The room was spacious, clean and since the weather was a bit cold, the room kept a pretty good temperature. The personnel was great and helpful with various information we asked to learn. The parking had always free spots and its location is pretty convenient.

The rooms could use a better layout in for the electrical switches and plugs, since we had to leave some devices far from our beds. Also if you miss the time for the room cleaning is pretty short so if you leave after it they will not change your towels (but you can always ask new ones from the reception).

The room was lovely, very clean and very comfortable, with good lighting and a spotless bathroom. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and more than happy to help with directions, as well as forgotten toothpaste! There were a wide variety of items available for breakfast to suit most tastes and dietary requirements.

An air freshener or very strong cleaning products had been used quite heavily in the room. This was quite overwhelming and didn't seem to shift as time went on, giving me a bit of a headache and sore throat. This was a small issue though, and I'd gladly take it to ensure the room was clean and fresh.

The hotel is beautiful. The architect did a great job designing the lobby, the restaurant, and the bar. The hotel is located on the main street in a cosy quiet new picturesque and very green town. I had a large room with a very well-equipped kitchen (with a real large refrigerator), a big bathroom with a shower cabin and a tub, with the view on the avenue. The room was very clean: the freezer of the fridge was clean of ice; - congratulations for being attentive to details! If the guest has problems climbing stairs, do inform the reception so that you get a room accessible by elevator. The location is excellent, not far from Keukenhof,(the highlight of the Netherlands in spring), from the airport and from the Hague, Delft and Dordrecht (by car), the most attractive places when it comes to visit Holland. Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of dishes, a variety of fresh bread, cold cuts, omelettes, fresh juice. A very good quality coffee is made by a high tech machine, keeping all the aroma in the cup. If you come by car, the hotel has a large private parking just in front of the entrance.

Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience. There is nothing to be unhappy with. The reason I could not mark "10" on the rating is related to, among others: The lighting in the bathroom is not bright enough, and the room's interior design... not special... all in all, I would choose to come back anytime!

Property is well maintained with helpful staff. Check-in was smooth, staff was courteous and explained everything in detail. Staff also guided us properly on public travel mode, visiting attractions, etc. Bar is also well stocked with good beer and wine availability and very cordial servers. Hotel is located in a very good surrounding with a mall and a superstore nearby.

It is a little far from the train station so you have to walk a bit. That is the only critical point I can think of as everything else was pretty good. Still it is not a major issue and you can book this property without any apprehensions.

Very close to Keukenhof which is what we wanted. Parking on site and the room was fabulous!

They had a party just outside the hotel one of the nights so parking was a bit difficult, but there was another parking lot just around the corner for free!

Lovely location and great hotel. My son lived there piano. Reception staff lovely.

Our room wasn’t cleaned well most days. Coffee not replaced each day, bedding just thrown on after first night. We stayed 4 nights. Toilet roll not replaced. Reception staff were quick to replace when asked though.

Last minute find for a flight cancelation. The triple was a large room with very good sized beds. Maybe a king and a twin. Huge clean room. Lovely staff. And the hotel was a destination for watching the NL football match so that was also very exciting and fun.

Nothing - it was great

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and love the location. Quiet, great free parking and you can walk everywhere, plenty of great restaurants nearby.

Having stayed at this location a number of times I was surprised about how rigid personnel was about having to wait till check in time for 3 pm even though the room was ready. We ended up having to stay in the lobby area for an hour just because of some rule... I understand it on the one hand but would have expected a bit of leniency for someone who has stayed there some 10 times before or even more over the past few years. Not the most service oriented. Also, we had emailed asking about a shuttle to the airport and were told that the shuttle was booked even though we hadn't even said what time we needed the shuttle so how could that be?

Comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, nice large room with good beds, good bathroom. Nice restaurant. Clean and well designed. Easy parking in front. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Thank you.

It’s a bit out of the way not close to major roads, but worth the detour.

The hotel is located in a very peaceful location, with lots of restaurants nearby, including the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast was decent, with a good variety of things to choose from. The staff were also very friendly.

It was very hot in the room, even with the fan on. The door of the room was very difficult to open from the inside. The parking is open air, which wasn't ideal for me (parking with a car full of stock and displays for a festival).
