Location, parking and staff were all excellent, friendly and relaxed. Quiet location with plenty of shops close by and complimentary hotel transport. Also the reasonably priced coffee and drinks etc downstairs with couches was a bonus.

We were a little disappointed there was no fridge in the room, and no comfortable seat or table, and the TV remote was the wrong one and not able to be swapped in 10 days. Also no tea making facility in the room. However staff were able to help us find suitable solutions and were understanding.

The bed and pillows are so comfy and the bedrooms are really nicely decorated and kept nice and clean. Shower was lovely; powerful and hot, fresh towels were provided though no radiators or anywhere to hang them to dry.

No kettle or cups or anything in the bedroom, drinks were available to buy at the reception and were nice but would of been nice to have some glasses in room and to have a kettle to make out own coffee/tea. No seating areas out the front which was a shame as weather was pleasant so would have been nice to sit out front. No transfer services when hotel is so far out the only option is a taxi, seems silly not to be a service the hotel offers even if they charged a fee for it.

Only one thing: the location. Hotel is promoted as an "airport hotel". But without a car or OV bicycles, it's too far from Schiphol and too far to reach from Hoofddorp even. Do not follow Google's "walk" directions because you will be walking along the car highway. Very dangerous. And still too far, even from the nearest bus stop

the room is very beautiful, comfortable, very clean. the staff was polite, explained what was best and how to get to the city (we wanted to take a bike, but your employee said that we would get very tired). We are satisfied!

there is no nearest bus stop. while we were walking, we got caught in the rain, and it was very expensive to take a taxi. and the restaurant in the hotel did not work, and the nearest restaurant was very far away when we went there for a walk, there were no sidewalks, after the rain we had to walk on wet grass.

I had a great experience. Frist of all the staff was very friendly!! The room is nice and clean, bathroom is very pretty. Good coffee, nice view and nice decor!!

This hotel is excellent for spending the night before an early morning flight. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. While the room facilities are basic, they are perfectly sufficient.

The floors in the rooms seemed unclean. A significant issue was the absence of shower curtains in the bathrooms, causing water to spread across most of the floor when showering.

The staffs were great 👍 and was happy to be given directions whenever I requested. The only difficulty was transportation and I hope the hotel will be able to give free shuttle especially from the airport.

There was no place to eat but I was able to order my food through the help of the staffs.They were really generous 😋 I was informed also that the restaurant will be fully operational by beginning of August.That is positive.

The hotel itself is really nice and it have a great views from my room, just the scenery alone is something you don't see else where. Everything was clean and tidy and I have to say I loved the pillows lol... They were so fluffy. And the staff were super helpful and accommodating ( thanks for the charger <3 <3 ). World of advise If you're travelling from the UK bring your own EU charger.
