The staff were so very helpful and courteous. As older folks (70s/80s) we needed lots of public transportation help - booking Uber, navigating bus routes, finding groceries and places to eat. They were available and so willing to help with lots of people in and out. The facility is kept to very high standards of cleanliness. We appreciated the storage lockers (for a daily charge) for several days while on a side trip to Switzerland. Location is great with bus service closeby. Spacious eating area connected to the lobby.

We were somewhat surprised by how tiny the room was (twin beds) - but we're not large people and it actually suited us fine. Beds were fine but the space between allows only one person to pass through. It's a good reminder to pack light - very little shelving/no drawers. While the layout is quite efficient, a few creative touches like a couple of narrow shelves under the TV and a few extra hooks in various places (besides a not real useful tiny one by the bathroom towel rack) would be very useful.

Very comfortable bed and blanket, has aircon, tv, good bathroom, comfortable locations for light switches and charging. And great location. I really liked the small counter where you could buy some essential snacks or drinks with very reasonable prices. Also McDonald's is next to the hotel if you like.

Not the hotels fault and expected really, It is quite far from Amsterdam Central. But bus and train connections are reasonably close and simple to figure out if you can use your phone. Can get to the airport and back easily. And from there are you have all the options available.

The hotel is located two bus stops behind the airport if you are coming from Amsterdam. The location is convenient - only about 100 meters to the stop. Bus 397 goes to Amsterdam every 15 minutes. But pay attention to this: it is better to buy a bus ticket directly from the bus driver, since in case of online purchase of a ticket through the GVB app, your ticket will be valid only from the city to the airport - that is, part of the way. McDonald's is also located next to the hotel.

Appreciated the early check-in and self-check in functions - very convenient for when I was flying in late, although there was also staff on hand to help. I felt the room was very clean, and it was nice to have amenities like the microwave, hot water, etc., even if these were in communal areas. The location is a couple of stops from the airport, and there's a mcdonalds that opens early and closes late within walking distance, other amenities are a bus ride away.

My only gripe was that the room was really small. It was sold as for 2 adults, but if I had travelled with someone else, there would have been very little space for either of us to stand in the room without bumping into either the bed or a wall. Other than the floor - of which there wasn't much space as well - there wasn't anywhere to put a bag or suitcase down to pack/unpack either.

Short trip to Amsterdam for plane spotting. Landed after 10pm but staff had already replied to my inquiry of best/ easiest way to get to the hotel using public transport. Their advice was spot on and it was easy to find even in the dark. Very short walk from the bus stop. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. Enquired if there was a room that had a view of aircraft coming in to land or taking off from Schipol. Was given room 259 which was ideal as right under the flight path. The room was compact but spotless and very comfortable. Mcdonalds is right next door and again you can view the airplanes flying overhead. There are a range of snacks and drinks available to purchase in the reception foyer which is also very convenient. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again if visiting Amsterdam.

Nothing. Hotel more than met my expectations.

The room was fresh and clean. Lots of natural light and air conditioning. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. The sound proofing is better than expected, there wasn't a lot of noise (maybe the room location is also important). Nice staff and good location, close to the bus station.

It would be nice to get 2 towels per person from the start (1 large and 1 small), we only got two, but the reception said we can ask for clean towels if needed, so that's a plus. It's good you can buy some snacks and drinks from the reception area, but the prices are a bit high.

The property is very nice and clean. Snacks/ tea and coffee offered all day long. Big dining room to eat at, do some work or socialize with other guests. Close to transportation towards city or airport.

Checking in is done by the guest. After a 15 hour plane ride, I wasn’t ready to spend 10 minutes entering all my reservations information. For a longer stay, housekeeping wasn’t offered every day. The room I stayed in was very small but beautiful done.

I took a taxi because i didn't know the bus from the airport was just two stops. The taxi was 30 eurios the bus was quiclker and cost just 1.60 euros. If the hotel literature had tol me that i could have saved some money.

staffs were friendly and helpful. The bus stop is nearby. There is a McDonald's next to the hotel. This is helpful if you miss lunch or dinner at the airport or city.

It's away from the city and takes around 35-40 mins to reach. The bus ticket price is highly confusing. Just for 5 mins ride to the airport, the bus driver may charge 6.50 Euro. That's crazy, and it's not clear which buses do that. Ask at the reception about it. They may know.

This was our return overnight, having spent a week when we first arrived in Amsterdam. Again, the staff were wonderful! So available and willing to help with directions or whatever we needed. We were able to make use of their lockers for our side trip to Zurich (@4/day). The rooms are tiny, but suited our needs...pack light and enjoy your stay!

Creative shelving for a bit more place to set items. No drawers, only a shelf along the window and another in the bathroom. But again, pack light!
