The elegantly quirky jungle themed decor was really fun. The location is really convenient for getting to and from the airport. The 300 bus to the airport stops right outside the hotel every 10 or 15 minutes. It’s easy to take the train from the airport to the city center. I highly recommend getting an Iamsterdam card for unlimited bus and train rides. There is a restaurant and a little store where you can buy snacks and drinks. Our room was modern and very spacious. There is a McDonalds and a couple of other restaurants within walking distance.

The breakfast buffet was lovely but it got very crowded around 8am with no seating available and they ran out of plates and silverware. There didn’t seem to be anyone keeping an eye on this. The first day we came down around 7 am and it was fine.

I love that the hotel is a bus ride away from Schiphol Airport. Just pay attention to which direction the bus is going. We were able to drop off our luggage even though our room wasn’t ready yet. There is a restaurant on site, which we didn’t try. We walked half a block to McDonald’s.

The hotel is great if you’re wanting to be close to the airport before an early flight or a late flight arrival. It however is quite a distance from Amsterdam, the restaurants, shopping and museums. Even if you’re skilled at riding the bus, the extra time traveling is still a deficit.

Quality/Price = 10/10; comfy and beautiful place. I just stayed for one night because it was a flight lay-over but place has everything you need if you're staying longer than me. 2 bust stops (10 mins) away from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, and if you have a plane to catch it is something you would really appreciate. The whole place is pristine and a lot of storytelling details in every part of the hotel that you will enjoy when you find out. WiFi was a bit slow at night and ok by the morning. Definitely not a deal breaker.

Wonderful hotel, the entire staff was extremely kind every time. Delicious breakfast, I really wished I would have bought it as included in the booking, while I had to pay a bit more separately when arrived there. Clean hotel, water heats up instantly, location absolutely brilliant and quiet(no airplane or traffic noises) and also had qualitative sleep due to comfy bedding.

The breakfast was good, we enjoyed it. The room was clean and managed well during our stay. And we loved the proximity of the hotel to the airport and the easy of travel via bus to access the city.

It is a cold breakfast, there was enough of a variety of staple breakfast foods. The room was clean and tidy. There was water in recyclable bottles which was a nice touch. The Wifi worked well. I mainly used the room as a place to shower and sleep and it served the purpose well. The bus stop is right next door with easy access to the airport and to the city (via a train from the airport). There is no dedicated/free shuttle to the airport, you have to take the public bus that goes to the airport. This is an even better option since the frequency is higher.

For this price range, I can't complain about anything.

Breakfast had a good variety of choices. My timing was off as lots was missing but they did replenish and I was able to eventually sample what I missed the first time.

Found it difficult to get to hotel from airport as GPS does not take you to a road where you can access the hotel so had to circle to find a way to that one way street. Hotel name sign is so small it is easy to miss. Credit card only for everything including the bar. Staff unable to help with what site to use to buy bus ticket passes so had to buy from bus driver which costs more.

The room was clean, and the size of it was nice. The bed was okay, but there was no choice of a more firm pillow. The heating was central, and there was no option to regulate it yourself unless you wanted it in cool mode ( during March). The breakfast was great with lots of choices, but you should not go for a breakfast box since it's really small, not worthing its price, and it does not fit with the in-house one. The location was great, near the airport with lots of choices concerning commuting. Overall, I would recommend it as a convenient choice of stay in Amsterdam.

Hotel name change is not notified to clients. The old name is Hotel 99 which is the sign visible on the facade. Apparently the management knows about it but they haven't done anything to inform the clients when the booking confirmation is sent out. It took us a while to find the hotel . Secondly, when we were there the bar was closed most of the time. Thirdly, the room needs a chair if you are going to work at the desk. It just has a stool only.

I enjoyed my stay. If I'll go to Amsterdam once more and have to stay somewhere close to airport I'll definitely prefer "Vienna House Easy". There was a problem with my booking and the staff helped me a lot to resolve the issue. Also at the restaurant I had my dinner at last possible minute. Thanks to those people that made this happen right before the kitchen closes.

There was a water noise all night long. I think there was a problem with water in a nearby room. The room was quite clean and has everything I need. AC was a bit loud though :)
