Don't expect that some of the staff will care about your requests for an extra pillow, fresh towels, or room cleaning. For no clear reason, they didn’t clean the room until the very last minute, even though I asked at least four times. On the bright side, the breakfast is very good. If you have a problem with water pressure in the bathroom (my room was on the 8th floor, so maybe other rooms are better), you can take a shower in the gym on the first floor. You can also enjoy the great sauna and gym facilities—just be aware that some staff members may suddenly turn off the sauna!

The room was very spacious and there was everything we needed. The bed was also large and comfortable. No fuss at the check-in and check-out. Overall, great value for money.

The spa should officially be open until 23.00, but at 22.00 they had already switched off the sauna and the steam bath. I was told it would take too long to switch on again. Not great when you arrive late in the evening before your flight and would like to relax a bit.

Excellent location, close to the airport and less than five minutes walk from Hoofdorp station. Rooms were modern and clean (they all have a mini fridge which is great), breakfast was good (need bigger plates though!) and the design of the hotel was nice. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I woke up feeling so refreshed each morning.

Staff at check in could have been a bit more informative, I asked about the shuttle transfer and it wasn't explained that I'd need to pay for tokens to use, I only found out on the morning of departure. More negativity regarding the shuttle - it didn't turn up and we nearly missed our flight! The shuttle should arrive to the hotel half hourly, we were expecting it at 0545 and it failed to arrive. The hotel staff didn't have a contact number for the driver, so that wasn't very good.

Location of the hotel was excellent 5 min train ride from Airport. The little town called Hoofddorp. Hoofddorp station is 5 min walk from the hotel, you can actually see the hotel from station platform. There is good train connections to Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Hoofddorp town centre is 15 min walk through lovely park. Town centre is lovely, so many shops and caffes to explore, there is market in weekdays and weekends. Lots of lovely and fresh produce including cheese. Hotel itself very modern and quite, room was clean, spacious and beds are comfy. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t booked breakfast in the hotel, but there is restaurant for your convenience. We visited Keukenhof tulip festal which was 30 min on the buses.

Excellent location very close to the Sprinter train to the Airport and Amsterdam and other local transport services. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and neat and clean, with a lovely up to date bathroom area. The buffet breakfast and restaurant were handy and convenient options to have with plenty to choose from when we needed them. Super accomodating waiting staff! I was really impressed with their sustainable practices they have implemented, which meant all I had to do is let them know what housekeeping I wanted and when. Very impressive!!

The location close to the airport and Hoofddorp station is really good, the room I had was tidy, clean, quiet and big There was a box of water provided for free in the room, it tells a lot about the hotel when it cares for the basic needs of their guests The staff was really friendly and everything was done easily The water wasn't running out of the shower comfortably, there were only about 10 holes where water got out and either it wasn't a lot or the pressure was too much The breakfast was standard which was still good for the price but at least there should be cream cheese as an alternative for butter like in most other hotels

Great friendly helpful staff. Excellent, totally silent room with a nice shower. I am Celiac and must go strictly GF. Breakfast was safe with several options. I had dinner one night and the chef came to speak to me that he understood the situation and he took exceeding care to prevent any possibility of cross contamination. Then the meal was extraordinary ! I have had two stays here, both were great

Good clean hotel with spacious well equipped rooms. Bar area and meal choices in the evening, and an excellent breakfast included in the tariff. Hoofddorp is just one train stop beyond Schiphol airport so a very very convenient location for travellers.

Not very easily accessible from the train station on foot, especially with heavy luggage and in the rain! There is no shelter and multiple steep steps.The hotel is near a big area of agricultural land followed by warehouses and commercial businesses. Disappointing that the areas outside the building looke uncared for and overgrown.

The hotel was very clean, with modern facilities and located in a quiet area. The staff were particularly polite and helpful. The location is very convenient, as it's close to the train station and Schiphol Airport, making it ideal for travelers.

Access between the train station and the hotel involves stairs, which can be inconvenient if you're carrying luggage. Also, breakfast is not included in the price and is charged separately, while the hotel restaurant is relatively expensive. There aren’t many dining options nearby, so keep that in mind

+ The hotel is convenient to Hoofddorp train station (less than a 10-minute walk away), which is likewise only a few minutes away from Schiphol Airport via the Sprinter train, many of which continue on to Amsterdam Centraal (about a 20-minute journey). + The staff were an absolute highlight of the hotel; I had some delightful conversations with the front desk staff, in particular, sharing local recommendations (which I then went and explored!) + The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with the usual continental breakfast selections (breads, rolls, and croissants) with various spreads and sprinkles, along with an array of cheeses and cold cuts (with tomatoes, cucumbers, and coleslaw), cereals, fresh fruit, several flavors of yogurt, a pancake machine, an English breakfast (scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, chicken sausages, baked beans, and grilled tomatoes), a few Chinese options (siu mai, dumplings, and rice), a soup du jour (!), and a broad selection of teas and juices. + The room decor was really nice and modern, with a full-wall map of Amsterdam behind the bed, and bright red accents. + The spacious bathroom shower was gorgeous and hot, with glass walls so it felt well-lit. + I loved that my room came with a complimentary fancy bottle of water in its own little alcove! + Power outlets conveniently located by the desk and the bed. + Though I didn't get to do much more than poke my head in, I thought the gym, sauna, and steam room area was pretty impressive. + An unexpected surprise: on my walk home one night, I suddenly realized that there was a group of cows to my left (not naked people, as I'd thought at first glance! ha) chilling out on top of the dike.

- Aside from the train and bus station, the hotel isn't really convenient on foot to anything else, being located in the middle of a rural industrial park. The main shopping area (Hoofddorp Winkelstad) is about a 30-minute walk away.
