Close to Airport and has its own Shuttle Bus Service from Hotel to/from Airport.

Please be aware Shuttle Bus service starts only at 6AM, so not 24h service. For earlier flights taxi drive will set you back for 30EUR - for couple of minutes drive...

The hotel is conveniently close to Schiphol airport and they offer a shuttle service to and from the airport, so that's a big plus. We liked the bed, quality comfortable linens, the room is spacious and cozy, well equipped. We had a babycot (travel type) brought into our room upon request, which was fairly ok and comfy, but our baby slept like an angel in our bed! The breakfast is excellent (for a non vegan) and tasty, with many options and everything fresh, the options get refilled quite often. The staff was always and everywhere kind and professional, we especially appreciated the kindness of the staff at breakfast and reception. We had dinner next door at the partner hotel and that was tasty as well as convenient. Overall, great quality/price ratio!

The cleanliness of the floor was far from impeccable, but the rest of the room was nice and clean.

+ shuttle bus with set times and a very nice driver!! :) + very clean room and floors + rooms were spacious enough for a family. + appreciate the kettle and coffee maker + nice servoceminded and smiling staff + great for families as it had Mc Donalds in addition to the hotels own restaurant. Gave you a good alternative. All in all, despite the renovations (which we believe will update the hotels standard immensely) this hotel was worth the price we paid. And the quadruple option for families up to 4 pers is perfect!!

- some of the cups in the bathroom had residue in yhe bottom, and had clearly not been thorougly washed in a while. That truly dented the feel of cleanliness. - The bathroom is a little smallbut works well if you're a flexible family.

The room is located 15mins away from the airport and the shuttle service made it accessible to the train station. The shuttle bus drivers are super helpful and in time. Rooms are clean equipped with the basic things you need. Pictures on this site are real representation of the hotel. Thankful to Roland, the receptionist who check us in, very accommodating and provided us with the information that we need. He truly has the hospitality trademark.

I don't appreciate the lady who came knocking on our door, yes we exceeded few minutes for check out but her aggressive attitude is uncalled for. She can speak in a polite manner and not to be rude. She even made a side comment that we don't need as we are preparing to check out. She ruined it all especially to my teenage children. What a shame!

While I did ask for late checkout upon arrival since our flight arrived at 2:00 AM, the person at the front desk had no information about this and made it difficult for us to organise this as he was on a student job. It would be great if the personnel responsible confirm the request in advance so we don't have to stress upon arrival when reaching the hotel at 3:00 AM. At the end he agreed to leave a message for the Manager to allow us to stay until 12:00. Some flexibility and understanding is required especially when the request was made in advance! This should be improve very soon!

The staff were amazing and friendly.it has a free shuttle to and from the airport. The room was clean and in good condition. The environment,it was lovely and beautiful. It got a gym/fitness room that was helpful. The heating system in the room was functional and effective. Also a safe to keep my valuables

There wasn't any adapter to charge my phones/gadgets. We had to buy one from the airport mall after the first. If you haven't got an European adapter/extension or charger get one before going.. My advice to them is they should get a small adapter for their guests,give it to them or anyone that needs it at check-in and it should be returned at checkout .

This was the last and best hotel of our 3 week trip. The beds are so comfy and the shower… there are no words for how much I loved this shower. It was so big and the water pressure was like a waterfall after a storm. It was the icing on the cake of a fabulous European trip. There was even a make up mirror. Pure heaven after weeks of tiny showers with hand-held sprayers. There is a McDonalds right next door and a free shuttle to the airport. You can easily take a train to Amsterdam Centraal station from there.

Everything was great!! You are near the airport, and there are planes, but they give out free ear plugs at the front desk. We had a fan and they didn’t bother us at all.

I have stayed at this hotel more than five times now, and each visit has been a nice experience. The rooms are consistently comfortable and well-maintained, the continental breakfast is delicious with a great variety of options, and the surrounding area offers plenty to explore. Additionally, their shuttle service is reliable and convenient, making transportation hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and stress-free stay!

One major drawback I should mention is is their lack of responsiveness on Booking.com. Despite the platform recommending that guests contact the property through its messaging system, the hotel rarely, if ever, replies to inquiries. When they do, they only send generic, automated messages that do not address specific questions or concerns. This can be quite frustrating, especially for guests needing important information before their stay.

The staff was helpful and the facilities were an average airport hotel experience. The shuttle service was flawless and much appreciated as there is really nothing with in walking distance from the hotel.

The comforter on the bed was nice but was too small for the bed. If one person rolled over, all the covers went with them. The amenities in the bath were pretty scant and no bath mat, so a hand towel had to be sacrificed for a bath mat. The breakfast offering was at the hotel next door and was really pricey so we skipped it,

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. I liked the background with the old airplanes. Everything I needed was provided, friendly staff, and fast checking in.

There was no bus driver for the normal shuttle bus, so a fan was used. It came late, and was soon filled with people, so I had to wait for the next one. Happily, the taxi driver then did prioritize me, but again not all people fitted in the fan. I am wondering why the many hotels around Schiphol airport do not cooperate with each other in Shuttle bus transportation. I think Best Western/Bastion could have cooperated with NH hotel, because when driving to Best Western you pass NH hotel. But just setup a solid one Shuttle bus system for all of the hotels around the airport and call it: Schiphol Airport Hotel Rapid Shuttle Bus Express (SAHRSBE).
