Close to Airport and has its own Shuttle Bus Service from Hotel to/from Airport.

Please be aware Shuttle Bus service starts only at 6AM, so not 24h service. For earlier flights taxi drive will set you back for 30EUR - for couple of minutes drive...

The staff were amazing and friendly.it has a free shuttle to and from the airport. The room was clean and in good condition. The environment,it was lovely and beautiful. It got a gym/fitness room that was helpful. The heating system in the room was functional and effective. Also a safe to keep my valuables

There wasn't any adapter to charge my phones/gadgets. We had to buy one from the airport mall after the first. If you haven't got an European adapter/extension or charger get one before going.. My advice to them is they should get a small adapter for their guests,give it to them or anyone that needs it at check-in and it should be returned at checkout .

While I did ask for late checkout upon arrival since our flight arrived at 2:00 AM, the person at the front desk had no information about this and made it difficult for us to organise this as he was on a student job. It would be great if the personnel responsible confirm the request in advance so we don't have to stress upon arrival when reaching the hotel at 3:00 AM. At the end he agreed to leave a message for the Manager to allow us to stay until 12:00. Some flexibility and understanding is required especially when the request was made in advance! This should be improve very soon!

This was the last and best hotel of our 3 week trip. The beds are so comfy and the shower… there are no words for how much I loved this shower. It was so big and the water pressure was like a waterfall after a storm. It was the icing on the cake of a fabulous European trip. There was even a make up mirror. Pure heaven after weeks of tiny showers with hand-held sprayers. There is a McDonalds right next door and a free shuttle to the airport. You can easily take a train to Amsterdam Centraal station from there.

Everything was great!! You are near the airport, and there are planes, but they give out free ear plugs at the front desk. We had a fan and they didn’t bother us at all.

I have stayed at this hotel more than five times now, and each visit has been a nice experience. The rooms are consistently comfortable and well-maintained, the continental breakfast is delicious with a great variety of options, and the surrounding area offers plenty to explore. Additionally, their shuttle service is reliable and convenient, making transportation hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and stress-free stay!

One major drawback I should mention is is their lack of responsiveness on Booking.com. Despite the platform recommending that guests contact the property through its messaging system, the hotel rarely, if ever, replies to inquiries. When they do, they only send generic, automated messages that do not address specific questions or concerns. This can be quite frustrating, especially for guests needing important information before their stay.

The staff was helpful and the facilities were an average airport hotel experience. The shuttle service was flawless and much appreciated as there is really nothing with in walking distance from the hotel.

The comforter on the bed was nice but was too small for the bed. If one person rolled over, all the covers went with them. The amenities in the bath were pretty scant and no bath mat, so a hand towel had to be sacrificed for a bath mat. The breakfast offering was at the hotel next door and was really pricey so we skipped it,

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. I liked the background with the old airplanes. Everything I needed was provided, friendly staff, and fast checking in.

There was no bus driver for the normal shuttle bus, so a fan was used. It came late, and was soon filled with people, so I had to wait for the next one. Happily, the taxi driver then did prioritize me, but again not all people fitted in the fan. I am wondering why the many hotels around Schiphol airport do not cooperate with each other in Shuttle bus transportation. I think Best Western/Bastion could have cooperated with NH hotel, because when driving to Best Western you pass NH hotel. But just setup a solid one Shuttle bus system for all of the hotels around the airport and call it: Schiphol Airport Hotel Rapid Shuttle Bus Express (SAHRSBE).

Best Western vs Bastion… what’s the story? Get confirmation from Bastion, go to check in and we are at the wrong hotel… Shuttle bus convenient but driver very not customer interested at all… At Best Western check in, only one receptionist on … apparently called in to cover sick leave as she told me… also not the greatest version of a customer service person I’ve come across… Pics on website not as per room… we actually got 2 x2 single bed rooms… expecting 4 in one room… probably the only upside…

The location is excellent. The shuttle bus service is excellent. The staff were uniformly helpful and courteous. The clerk at the desk offered us a very helpful cup of coffee as we waited for the shuttle bus in the early morning. The bartenders were friendly and made pleasant conversation in the evening.

The room was very clean, but there was a sour odor, especially in the bathroom. It may have been the smell of the cleanser or disinfectant--it didn't smell foul or unclean exactly but it was unpleasant.

The room was nice with a big comfortable bed. Our room did not really have a view, but there was a big window. It was easy to control temperature in the room, so you can at least expect to sleep soundly. There was a desk, coffee station and TV. Bathroom was nice and clean, although the shower was not the most comfortable to use. We took the shuttle to and from the airport, which sometimes started a little late, but not too bad. Overall experience was pleasant.

Our room was near the end of the corridor, and it was kind of dark (there were lights but quite dim). It's not a big problem but it felt a little creepy at night. The shuttle from the hotel was delayed sometimes, so we recommend planning in advance.
