Perfect short stay parking, elegant layout, overall friendly personnel, nice rooms.

Because we exceeded the €100 deposit with €11 on roomservice. Someone tried to enter our room at 3 AM in the morning, followed by a letter under the door that we had to get to reception asap. Which disturb us and woke us up. We booked the hotel to have a good night sleep for an early flight, this was ruined without a proper apology from the staff, only explaining that this was procedure. We explained that especially with two ladies in the room this was very inappropriate.

The food. But next time we are going to try the Sheraton. It's closer and we are curious. We have always for 20 years stayed at the Hilton airport Amsterdam, for the convenience and food. But will now try the Sheraton.

I was upset that I PAID extra for a King Room with Lounge access and the Lounge was closed. I did not get a return for the lack of the Lounge. This isn't the 1st time I booked this way and the Lounge was closed. Not during covid, but after. No pre-knowledge or note from Hilton that the Lounge would be closed. But they surely took the extra fee for the room.

Location: Very conveniently located within the airport. Quick check in and check out. Comfortable bed. Nice and spacious bathroom. There is a supermarket and other shops nearby in case you need anything.

There are no signs for the hotel (and the other hotels that are nearby) within the airport. When I asked the person who checked me in about it he said that the airport doesnt allow that. So if you have booked a this hotel: you have to go through customs, exit the airport area. Then turn to the right (there is an information point). Then you turn left. From there you will see the sign for the hotel. The room service menu was very limited. Burger, Pizza, Sandwich, Soup. I would expect to see a little bit more on the menu. Prices for the mini bar were extremely high. 5 euros for a soda! (Hence: go and buy it at the supermarket:-)).

The Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is architecturally stunning — truly one of the most beautifully designed airport hotels I’ve seen. The location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute indoor walk from the terminal, which makes it perfect for travelers or events near the airport. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of fresh, international options — definitely a highlight of the stay!

However, I was surprised to find that there were no complimentary toiletries in the toilet and no free drinking water provided in the room, which felt a bit unexpected for a hotel of this level.

We stopped at the Hilton for 1 night after our flight was cancelled from Schiphol, while we were waiting for our luggage i was able to go online and book and within in 5 mins were were at reception at the hotel and everything had been arranged. The room was spacious and we had everything we needed including after a stressful day of delays from Zurich to Amsterdam and then finding out our flight to Birmingham had been Cancelled. There was a large bathroom with a Bath which we made use of as well as a walk in shower. Tea and Coffee making facilities as well as a stocked fridge, free WIFI.

The only issue i would have is that we would have liked to eat in the restaurant but this had just shut as we arrived at 10.00 and didnt fancy anything from the room service so we didnt have anything to eat

The room was fabulous and comfortable. The Hotel easy to find from the airport and easy to get to. Bar and restaurant lovely. Loved the big towels in the bathrooms.

I was double charged for the room! When checking in they asked for a card for extras and when I asked is this all they putting on the card they said yes but actually billed for the room as well which I had already paid for through Booking.com! When the charge went through on my card and I went down to reception to complain they said they would sort it out and reverse it as I had proof I had already paid for the room. The next morning I had a very rude check-out clerk who said it wasn't charged but in fact has been!!!

We stayed at the Hilton to escape the fireworks because our dog gets scared, and it was perfect for us. This was our second visit, and we loved it just as much as the first. The hotel has a great area for walking the dog, and the rooms are super comfy and soundproof. Highly recommend for a peaceful retreat!

I was very disappointed that the room charged €3.75 for a tiny bottle of water, which wasn’t included in the room price. This should be reconsidered, especially given the level of the hotel! Additionally, a few other things could be improved: 1. We booked parking in advance, but the parking was full upon arrival. A heads-up to make other arrangements would have been appreciated. 2. There was also no bathrobe in the room, which was inconvenient.

Everything, what a fantastic hotel. The room was so nice, the bathroom was impressive with a walk in shower. The absolute highlight though was the Bed and pillows.. Comfiest Bed and pillows ...... EVER I've been to many hotels in many countries and the Bed and pillows were epic.... The restaurant was very good too... Genuinely good food and very reasonable prices.. Highly recommend Hilton Hotel Schiphol.

Check-in when the receptionist rolled her eyes at me ( twice ) whilst trying to fill in the screen.. I'd been travelling 12 hours and my flight was cancelled due to fog over Schiphol, I was a bit tired so I was a bit slow, but thanks for the rolled eyes 🙄

The breakfast was excellent, my puppy was allowed to join us for breakfast and upon check in they gave her a proper doggy treat and poop bags. The beds were so fluffy and comfortable and perfect firmness. The shower was amazing just make sure you know which side is which, it was funny for me seeing my husband get full blasted with cold water, the scream had me laughing FOR DAYS. The rooms are extremely clean and homey. I really slept well. I will be bugging hubby to take me and puppy back. BTW the breakfast staff that was there are such friendly easy to talk to ladies. I LOVE THEM

We had a water leak in the room, it didnt bother us at all but the next day there was a lot of water in the dustbin, we didnt want the carpet to get soaked

Hotel is connected to the airport terminal by a covered concourse with moving walkways. Quiet, spacious, tastefully appointed room with comfortable bed, many English-language TV channels, hot water kettle for instant tea and coffee, safe deposit box and good AC. Polite, professional staff.

No privacy in rooms facing the inner courtyard. With blinds open the inside of each room is clearly seen from catwalks. Perhaps not a big problem for a quick overnight stay. A free fresh coffee station in the lobby or on floors,would be nice (like in a competing hotel down the hall). Eco friendliness is a plus, but small wooden spoons in a $500/ night hotel look cheap. Expensive for an airport hotel.
