It was clean, easy to get to, - they provided excellent directions. Auro was very kind and incredibly helpful, with directions and suggestions for restaurants and places to see. Fun to wake up the next morning and realize that you were sleeping below the water level. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and they were accommodating for our gluten free needs.

Really cool location on the water, on one of the newly built islands east of the city center. Short walk to the tram, 10 minute ride to Centraal. Auro could not have been a nicer host, with tips on transportation and the area. We had lunch at an outdoor market in Ijburg based on his recommendation, and were able to find our way around quite easily. Houseboat itself was very interesting. Comfortable and quiet rooms and great great bathroom facilities. Our family of five fit well in two rooms.

The location was very special, it was a house on the water, very quite place a little bit out of centre of the city but very well connected by the tram 26 (in 12 minutes from the central station). The host was very kind and helpful, for us it was like staying at home. The room and the bathroom were very clean and there was everything we needed.

The location was fantastic and Auro was incredibly kind. The room accommodated everything we needed and we were able to bring our dog with us. It was easily accessible and we were thankful that it was away from the touristic areas of Amsterdam

The property was great, just that there is a little bit of mold all around the shower floor and that is not so nice to shower in.

Everything! But what made it truly special was Aurdo! The home itself is clean, comfortable and absolutely gorgeous. Location is good (a little far away from the city center, but cheap to get down there). Breakfast was great, and the host went out of his way to make it a fantastic stay.

That I was only there two nights. Could have easily stayed there a month.

Unbelievable to stay in an area designed by living architect to combat global warming. Thanks New Yorker magazine for clueing me in. Area was beautiful — like staying in a houseboat in Sausalito and who gets to do that but zillionaires?? Auro was a great host, giving me many insights into life in Amsterdam

May be a bit of a trek into city center but nice to be away from tourist hub.

Location by public transportation, quiet, comfortable bed, the daily breakfast was OUTSTANDING, and the hospitality!! Auro is PHENOMENAL he was so personable and gave amazing suggestions. If you don't book here your crazy 😜

Host was great, very welcoming and helped us to decide where to go and best way to get there. Situation was quiet but a fair way from the centre.

One toilet between 4 people was worrisome, and it potentially was one toilet between 6 people. Sound proofing between rooms wasn't great.

Everything! I wanna live there myself! The host, Auro was absolutely incredible, super friendly and helpful. The property is located in a stunning place, 15 minutes (or less) away from the central train station. There are restaurants and transport near by. House is beautifully decorated, room was spacious and beds were comfy. The concept of staying in a floating villa is just amazing.
