The host sent us amazing amount of information, including how to get around, where to eat, personal favourites, what to do around the city, it was the most personal and comprehensive guide of Amsterdam I've seen! Location is fantastic, very quiet neighbourhood, in front of the water, just few minutes from public transport and 10 minutes from the supermarket.

Sound isolation could be better, but in such a quiet neighbourhood it is absolutely not a problem.

I loved the location of the studio - very friendly neighbourhood where you can go swimming just in front of the house and feel like a local. Communication with Etienne and all the local tips that he provided us with - priceless!

Located in a residential Eastern area of town, by the canal, 2 minutes from public transit and 10-15 minutes from Amsterdam Centraal, it is quiet and at the same time offers a glimpse of how modern Dutch city dwellers live. The owner is a very hospitable host!

What a beautiful property! Clean and comfortable with everything you need. it’s easy to get to from Centraal station on the bus. And it’s a lovely space to relax in after a busy day. Etienne is an amazing host and had lots of great suggestions of things to do in Amsterdam with my young daughter when the weather wasn’t great. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Etienne was extremely helpful and was ready to answer any request we had. The location wasn't central but was very accessible by public transport or if you rent a bike (around 20 mins away from the center by bike). The place has a great calm sea view.

I loved the location. I get to know the new part of Amsterdam and from studio is a pleasant walk to city center. The interior design is very nice. For next visit to Amsterdam, I will choose again the same studio. And I also recommend it to m friends <3

Good location right next to the bus and in walking distance to lots of nice areas (you can swim right outside too). Very nice host who lives upstairs, will offer you lots of tips, suggestions and help you with anything you need. The place also has a coffee maker and small fridge.

Great location with easy access to public transport(which is excellent in Amsterdam). All services in easy walking distance.

There is nothing negative to say about the property. Perfect for a couple.

Really nice host very welcoming made us feel right at home. Really liked the location beside the canal. It was out of central amsterdam which I preferred also thanks again.
