Great coffee capsules provided. Pleasing selection of tea/ coffee/ milk basics provided (which is not always found in other properties). Hot water ALWAYS and a spacious bathroom. Easy check-in and good communication. Lovely to have a canal view.

We found the bedding a little heavy (thus hot). We made sure we had the windows open at night to get some cool air through the apartment. Coming from Australia, we are used to having windows open for fresh air. This is a design comment. Why are there doors that open into walkways obstructing movement? Surely a sliding door is more space efficient for the bathroom and toilet?

The location was perfect for us. We used the trams a lot as there was a stop just across the road. The apartment was clean and spacious. Had a problem trying to drop off our luggage couldn't get the locker to lock. Lovely shower and large bath. Could of done with a proper bottle opener, but all other bases were covered

Needed a proper bottle opener had trouble using the adapted scissors. When we arrived to drop off our luggage we had problems with the lockers. It took 52 minutes for a response. By then we had moved off into the City Centre dragging our luggage.

We’ve previously stayed very central so we were wary to book a bit further out. However this was absolutely no problem in the end as we’d go to the number 14 tram stop every morning and get into the centre. The journey never felt long! There are also bars/restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. The Numa staff answered any question very quickly and the check in and PIN code entry was a breeze. The apartment itself was cosy, but not too small, the bathroom was lovely and the separate toilet a bonus. There is also a smoking area outside of the rooms which we found convenient. Overall a lovely stay and we’d stay there again!

Great to have more space. Quiet location easy to get to. Tram 14 from central and you can see the property from the tram stop. Loved the keyless entry and responsive WhatsApp for any questions Comfy beds, good hot shower, huge bathtub and small kitchenette

It was a little bit cold as it had huge windows overlooking the canal. Additional heating would have been good. A tram ride into the city wasn’t a problem for us but might be for some

The apartment was lovely! There was always someone there to help or answer any questions. We had 6 people and there was plenty of space. After checkout we used the lockers which was very helpful as we had a late flight back

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like! It is a little out the centre of Amsterdam but it’s nothing with a tram pass and the tram stop is only a short walk away

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Updated modern appliances and a little industrial which was neat. The beds are very comfortable and I loved how the toilet was in a different room then shower/tub. Communication was excellent, and clear directions on how to get in and out. The location was close to a few restaurants and bars, and about a 7min walk to the train.

I didn't mind the location, but some may think you're out of the center a little too far. However, the small walk is worth the money you save by staying here. One thing I could say, provided directions for the washer/dryer. Sorry, but us Americans have a hard time figuring out how to use it. We washed our clothes three times when we just wanted to dry them. Lol Really these two things should not prevent you from staying here. I really enjoyed our stay and I would stay there again.

Lovely modern environment right on the canal. The space is located very close to tourist attractions such as the Artis Zoo and the NEMO science centre. For children this made our movements around simple and efficient. Having the thick doors and smart TV also helped us settle at bedtime with two little ones as well as keep the older one entertained when the younger one napped.

For the price I felt it was quite small. We only received a couple of dishwasher tabs and washing tabs and the machine had a leak. This was replied to very quietly but it wasn't fixed. The main rug in the living room casts so much hair from previous guests and needs a good clean. It was, even though advertised as soundproofed, still noisy from other guests and then the local train lines.

Kitchen has very limited dishes. A few more mugs, bowls etc would be nice. And also some basics like margarine, cooking oil, salt etc There are very few windows which can be opened, so it's difficult to get fresh air

The apartment was clean, efficient and well-appointed. We loved the keyless entry system where you had the app on your phone and opened the doors with the app. The neighborhood was quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We had a group of 5, so the toilet in a separate room worked very well for us.

Although the neighborhood was quiet, it was far from everything. The weather was not pleasant when we were there, so we used Uber or walked a long way in the rain. With a group of 5, it would be helpful to have more mirrors, i.e. one in the toilet room and one in the loft would have been great for getting ready. An outlet in the toilet room would also be really helpful!
