Absolutely everything, genuinely. I've never stayed somewhere where there hasn't been a single niggle or thing I would change or improve. Koen was an amazing host, our flight didn't land until 9pm and he was very accommodating with providing a late check-in for us. Very welcoming, very knowledgeable about the area and all the best places to go etc. He even kitted us out with booze and breakfast goodies!! Impeccable utilities and the views!! Sensational. Ideally located with plenty of cafés and local shops nearby. A lovely walk into the centre too past the NEMO museum. I honestly couldn't express how amazing Koen made our trip with his beautiful B&B. So perfect. Thank you so so much. We will most definitely be returning!! X P.s. it's so much bigger than the pictures inside!

Genuinely no issues whatsoever.

Do not pass Go, do not collect $200 - STAY HERE!!! This was such a unique and delightful experience!! Koen and Olivia were super-gracious hosts, got us everything we needed, most of it before we even got there! They were very happy to share advice on transit, grocery stores, and attractions. But most importantly, the Houseboat Concordia is SO CUTE and comfortable!! We were RIGHT on the water, IN the canal. Every night, we came back and had a glass of wine (or beer) at the table, with the sliding door wide open to the canal, waving at the people as they motored by in their little electric-powered boats - it was AWESOME!!!

Nothing, really - they had a heat wave while we were there, and nobody has a/c, but they provided a nice big fan which worked great! And that's out of their control.

Such a wonderful Amsterdam experience to stay in a river boat on the canal and watch the boats cruise by, and the many birds! It is a beautiful setting and very peaceful. Everything was perfect, and it was so cozy and warm and bright, even in the winter. Our host was so helpful and kind, and even had wine and beer for us, and breakfast goodies. A fridge was a bonus. The location was great! You could walk or bike to many tourist sites.

Koen and Olivia were the most fantastic hosts. We stayed for my mum's birthday and they went above and beyond to make it an even more special trip by providing decorations, bottle of bubbles and even some cake. The houseboat itself was beautifully decorated and clean with great facilities. It was an amazing experience to stay on the canals of Amsterdam. There were plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would highly recommend a stay at Koen and Olivia's houseboat!

We had a wonderful two-night stay. The host was friendly, attentive, and readily available if needed. The houseboat offers stunning views and a unique atmosphere, with swans, ducks, and seagulls often passing by. The location is also excellent, just a short distance from the city center, making it both scenic and convenient.

Not ideal for those with arachnophobia.

-Great location (away from the hustle and bustle, but easily accessible) -Sliding door with a great view of the canal -Hosts were lovely and left surprise treats!

-No toiletries included (this was fine for us because we had them, but it's good for future guests to know to bring your own shampoo/conditioner/soap)

The view⛵️ The calm Owners who are really sweet and so nice🩷🥰 The location THE BED --> very quality sleep 🛌 Nice intention from the owners ( breakfast, tulipes on the table.. ) 🩷 What a pleasure to wake up here each morning, we had an amazing time, i'll come back for sure next time!

Nothing, everything was perfect

Houseboat Concordia was such a cool place to stay in Amsterdam! Gracious host, comfy, cute accommodation on a quieter canal. It was really nice to have our own space and to have a little kitchenette for light breakfasts, making our own coffee, etc. Nice to have fruit, milk, cereals, etc. provided, and we could refill our reusable water bottles right at the tap. Bathroom was a really good size, adequate pressure in the shower, etc. Hairdryer provided, but bring your own bath toiletries. Loved how the sun streamed in the canal-facing big slider door in the afternoon, really bright and cheery (and we just closed the curtains during the day when we weren't there to keep it cooler). Koen was very responsive and excellent about answering our questions before we arrived, and was kind enough to hold our luggage at the Houseboat for a few hours since we arrived well before check-in time. Also he left us a bottle of wine and some local beers, such a thoughtful touch.

We're active and like to walk a lot so it worked fine for us, but this Houseboat is a little further from a lot of the main attractions, museums, home offices for bike/boat tours starting, etc. We put on a TON of steps (earned our cheese and beers!), which we were fine with, but it might be important for others to know. There are public transit options nearby also, that we didn't try.

Staying at the Houseboat Concordia was a unique and special experience. It was in a peaceful neighborhood but with quick access to the bus, tram, a market and restaurants. You could get anywhere pretty easily and quickly. Our host stocked up the place with wonderful staples (cereal, milk, coffee, tea, etc). We loved quiet evenings on the canal! We had a wonderful, memorable stay and definitely want to go back! We highly recommend it!

Perfect location, lovely waking up to the view of the canal. Bus stop just outside, or it’s a nice 20 minute walk in to the town. The host is very friendly and accommodating. We stupidly left our travel adapters at home but he had some to hand to lend us. He recommended a lovely Italian restaurant which was absolutely incredible. Will definitely stay again!

The only thing I would say is the towels need to be bigger. And there is nothing to step on to when getting out of the shower so the floor gets wet. That’s the only thing I can think of.
