The location is perfect - not in the crowded and noisy center but really close and with a comfortable public transport connection. The proximity to the zoo is also a +. I would definitely stay there again. The room was great - clean and with the necessary amenities, quiet and spacious. Check in was also done a bit ahead of time, which did serve us great being with a small child. Baggage drop is also possible. Staff was very friendly and supportive.

The only thing I could complain about is that the master bed was a bit sagged at my end which was felt in the last couple of days of our stay.

We went to Amsterdam for a night for a quick weekend visit and we are glad to have found a duplex room at Quentin Zoo Hotel. The room was very well equipped and comfortable. It had all the amenities specified and was clean + spacious which is rare in a city centre! I would like to specially thank the staff working there during our stay as they were very nice and accommodating to us since my dad fell sick in the middle of our trip and they allowed us an extra hour during check out to manage everything. I 100% recommend them and we hope to stay with them again in the future.

Location (there is a tram stop just outside the hotel but we preferred to walk as only 20/25 minutes to main city centre), staff was polite and helpful, lovely large room, fridge and coffee machine in the room, good value for money given location. Bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

The only thing I was not fully happy with was that, despite all towels were changed, the room and the bathroom were not cleaned during our two night stay. The bed was not made either. I’m not sure if other hotels in Amsterdam would not do that either but I wasn’t expecting that.

The location is absolutely perfect because it is a quiet neighbourhood with a tram stop right outside the hotel that takes you straight into the Centre and terminates at the Central Train Station.

The room was next door to another room which seemed to have a door into our room. Although it was locked you could clearly hear people in the next room as if they were in your room because the door offered no soundproofing. We had to wear ear plugs one night because the TV was blurring out until 3am. Also the wardrobe was situated above the kettle so if you used it the steam would wet your clothes.

It was very cold in Amsterdam when we were there, but the hotel was always very warm and so were the rooms, it was really nice. The beds were one of the most comfortable beds Iv ever slept in. There was also a fridge in the room which was a lovely touch. The tram stops right outside the hotel so it’s great for commuting. Also our flight wasn’t until the evening and the staff have a luggage room which is locked that they let you leave your cases in until you’re going to the airport.

You could hear some of the guests shouting coming in at the early hours from the pubs, but I guess that’s not really the hotels fault but that’s the only bad point

The location was absolutely amazing, especially for the price. Close to many amenities and easy to travel to and from. The view was also great as we had a small balcony that faced the street. The double itself wasn’t spectacular, it is just exactly what you’d expect from a hotel - nothing too fancy, but still cosy enough. There was ac that was working very well, as well as a small fridge which was amazing as the weather was quite warm. The bigger room was great though and very spacious, the second double bed was in its own room and the main area where the first double bed sat had even a little almost living room corner with few seats and a table near the window. It was rather cosy place overall. The bathrooms were quite basic, there is nothing much to add here, everything was clean and working well, although water pressure could have been a little better

The fact that the wall between bathroom and bedroom had a window, it was rather odd, though at least thankfully it had blinds on it that you could close

The hotel is well located, easily to get to the city centre by walking or public transport. As the room was in front of the street, we could hear some noise. The bed was comfy (but too soft for me). We didn't try breakfast. We were professionally received (not a warm welcome, but professional), and we were able to leave our luggage there. We liked the free stroopwafel. They have a nice balcony where you can smoke if you want to.

The head shower wasn't working. We didn't receive any face towels either for the floor. We didn't complain as we managed to deal without it. But it is not comfortable.

Fantastic location at a tram stop which leads to Central Station and the city center. Trip to station is less than 20 minutes. Staff friendly. Hotel clean. Neighborhood safe.

Daily maid service included but by the end of my 7 night stay I had depleted all the body wash and shampoo. Disappointed these basics were not attended to. Even so I would consider staying here again. I could have asked for some attention on that problem.

Amine is a great asset to your hotel. Friendly, patient, courteous, and helpful. Took time to help us navigate the tram system. Very thoughtful of him.

Floors in room need mopping after every stay, but that may be unrealistic.

The room (duplex) was a good size to sleep 3-4 people with enough privacy to accommodate for example two couples. The bathroom also had enough privacy. The room & bathroom were clean and tidy. A lot of beautiful design furniture. Body lotion, shampoo & conditioner available in the room, as well as some other amenities. Temperature of the room was easy to manage, you can also open the windows to let in some fresh air if needed. Beds are of good quality and clean. The location of the hotel is very quiet, but still near the city center, a lovely park and a few bars and restaurants. Breakfast options available nearby (Coffee & Bites only 2 minute walk away). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Option to leave your luggage in a safe spot before check-in or after check-out. Perfect for couples or friends.

Everything was exactly what I needed and expected.
