This is a tiny house in the backyard of apartments. Actually, great place to stay. Everything was clean and great.

But, the communication while checking in was awful. We went to the address but we couldnt get in because there was nobody. People living there helped us and said "there is a hotel, you must go there, check in and get your keys" İt's really weird for us not to be warned about this before check in day. Since our mobile phone doesnt work out of country, we couldnt call. They didnt reply our messages about check in procesures on time Via booking. We waited a lot and it was disturbing. As a result, when you get the address, go to their hotel (i dont remember the name) and get your key cards. Then, everything will be fine

Ciao, i stay in your location Plantage Apartments from 15 to 18 may 2025, and the deposit did not be released in 48 hours time after you inspection, you must to cancel the preauthorization that you set on my credit card! I attaching you the screenshot of my bank transation and you can see a reservation of -300€ as a deposit, but we left 25 days ago!!! Please cancel the credit card pre-autorization!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Good location, easy walking distance to city centre. Also very close to a park and some good cafes, shops and restaurants. The apartment layout was good, with a well equipped kitchen. The kitchenette allowed for tea/coffee and meal preparation. Everything was very clean.

Check in was at a separate location which meant reception was not available to us throughout the stay. It would have been nice to have a towel change during our 6 day stay but this was not possible. The courtyard is central to all apartments and therefore there was significant noise some nights. The shower had no screen so the bathroom floor got very wet.

The apartment was well located and very clean. We walked all through the main parts of Amsterdam. Being so flat it was also easy to walk (about 20 minutes) to the train station at Amsterdam Central.

Unfortunately on our first night, people staying in other apartments got back in at about 2:30am and made a lot of noise until they packed up and left at around 6:30am. Not a fault of the property just inconsiderate travellers. The walls are also thin so you can hear quite easily other apartments and also noise from people when they are in the courtyard outside.

The apartments were really lovely. Quite a good location, right by the botanical gardens. And so quiet! Nicely set up with everything you need for a short stay. The bed was comfy. Bathroom nice and clean.

I had the deluxe studio apartment, which was great except that the emergency exit sign, hung above the door, illuminated the entire room like having a light on all night. One can't help wondering it there is a slightly (or considerably) less bright option for showing the way out of what is a single room.

Lovely quiet area not too far from main canals and city sights. Beds comfy and place was modern with basics provided to limited self catering. There are also plenty of good places nearby to get food out. TV had UK BBC. Check in staff at the main hotel were friendly and helpful, this is only a 8 min walk away from the apartment.

Small things: Apartment was very hot upstairs on our visit though the fans helped a little. Sofa a bit uncomfy and difficult to watch tv due to position. Could do with a tea towel being provided. Ventilation was poor to bathroom.

We thought this apartment had a great setup, it is well laid out to make great use of the space. It is located ina pleasant area, with a grocery store nearby, with great access to the center of the city, the metro and transfers to the airport or other locaitons outside Amsterdam. You have to go to the hotel to register, which we hadn't realised, so the staff et us at our apartment so we could drop off our luggage and let us go to check in and get the keys at our convenience.

The kitchen could have been better stocked, we didn't have a toaster for example.

We stayed for 5 nights in a two bedroom apartment. Reading previous reviews I was a bit concerned re noise/being to hot/bad wifi but this was not the case at all for us. We were a family of four and the space was more than enough. All hotel rooms/apartments are small in Amsterdam!! Apartment was spotless with everything you needed. Nice touch with yea and coffee bags. Lots of toiletries and toilet paper! Apartment is in a really lovely part of Amsterdam. Very close to artis zoo and the botanical gardens and a 15 min walk into the centre. I would definitely stay there again if I return to. Amsterdam.

The location was excellent with an easy walk into Amsterdam. The room was clean and the reception staff were very friendly when picking up the key.

This was a one room suite. The blind that covered the overhead windows did not work. When the air conditioner came on it made a bad rattling noise at various times and the exit light is so bright it lit up the whole room. The location was great and the bed was comfortable it was just a bit hard to sleep with the extra noise and light filling the room.

Well suited to a family with kitchen and large bathroom. Comfortable beds and good electric blinds on all the roof windows.

It would have been nice if the 2 bedroom areas were more separate. Also the floor boards upstairs were very loud and creaky in one spot, hard to avoid waking everyone when getting up early. It wasn’t a big problem but we did find it hard to find the door entrance, perhaps if we had a picture of it it would make it simpler.
