Location was excellent and common space was set up nicely. Wonderful place to be together as a family. Staff were helpful and friendly. Shower was great.

Some basics for kitchen missing: no tea towels, no sponge, cutting knives were dangerously dull, not even 6 forks or glasses (should have extras of each cutlery item), no tongs or serving utensils, wine opener was wonky, only one (small) cutting board, no dishwasher soap, no oven mitts or hot pads. VERY weak WiFi. Often had to stand at the top of the stairs to be connected. Need to add a booster or something. Television did not work (so missed Euro Cup matches). Efforts were made to fix it after we reported it, but no resolution before we left. Would be good if all windows could be partially opened - a few only had the option of closed or wide open fully (like in upstairs left bedroom and 2 windows in Living Room).

It looked very nice. Just like the pictures. the stairs are very steep so If you can't do stairs do not book. Not very accessible at all.

There were rodents in the kitchen. but overall nice place

We had a beautiful top floor apartment which was organised over two floors, with three bedrooms and a beautiful lounge/diner. We are a family of 5 and there was so much space - it was brilliant! Also loved being able to watch the parrots in the treetops that the apartment was surrounded by. Beds were really comfortable.

Overall the apartment was very clean but a few little things stood out e.g. there was a piece of chewing gum stuck to the wall by one of the beds, the bath and kitchen sink didn't have a plug and there was limited cutlery and crockery. The stairs between the two floors of the apartment were really steep which was fine for us but would not suit a family with a toddler or anyone with accessibility issues - but we get the sense this is common to all apartments in Amsterdam that are set in historic buildings.

We stayed in the Jasmine Penthouse. Fantastic bright apartment split over 2 floors. Wouldn't recommend if you're unfit or have bad knees as it's a long climb to the top up very narrow staircases. Plenty of chill out area and seating if you wanted to eat in. Walking distance to the centre if you don't mind a bit of a stroll. I would definitely stay here again. The apartments are located in a nice quiet area.

The drains in the bathroom/shower room smelt awful in the mornings before anybody had been in there. But the smell seemed to pass after running water down the drain. This is something that does need to be addressed as it did make us feel quite sick.

we enjoyed Amsterdam, the location of the apartment is right next to the tram line which takes you everywhere you want to go. very close to nice cafès and restaurants, and a really chilled out feel to the area close to the University. away enough from the hustle and bustle of the day trips around the tourist attractions, but close enough to easily travel to them in 10 mins on the tram

the stairs were a bit of a negative as we had to haul our luggage to the penthouse. no lifts!!

The area is very good, the apartment itself is good, you can get there by tram without any problems. The place is convenient, quiet, I can recommend it.

We stayed for 4 nights, unfortunately we didn't see any staff there, the toilet tap was leaking and we didn't want to go to the reception at the hotel, which is 500 meters from the apartments.

The location is great and staff were very helpful. The apartment is small, but it's very central. Don't expect loads of space! We were a family of 4 (2 young kids). Our particular apartment would NOT have suited 4 adults, but it suited us fine. I would advise that you read the previous reviews so you know what to expect regarding the stairs & the short walk to the apartment.

The stairs are very steep, but we read the reviews so knew exactly what to expect. There's also a short walk to the apartments. We only had hand luggage so it was no problem for us. This would have been an issue if we had larger bags.

Convenient location of property for trams and metro. Excellent coffee shop at the corner of the street provided easy breakfast. Quiet surroundings which made for peaceful nights.

Last flight of stairs were rather steep, which made transfer of luggage challenging. That said, the housekeeper offered to help us on leaving. Most kind, and prevented any slips or trips.
