The room was really nice.It was not dirty but it was not really really really clean.The bed was comfy and the location omg.the location was amazing!! Definitely worth it.The staff was great as well,over all everything was nice what I believe is that a little make over of the whole hotel would be perfect!

IT WAS WAY NOISY I COULD HEAR THE NEXT DOORS OPENING AND IN GENERAL PEOPLE SPEAKING.Really really noisy but I was I okay with it I don’t mind noise but I wouldn’t recommend it for people who get annoyed easily with noises! The room and beds were clean,the floor wasn’t that clean.It does need some cleaning.The bathroom was okay small and it wasn’t clean but not dirty,let’s say something in the middle.

Can walk into city centre or metro strop is 4 min walk. Nice restaurants around it too. Fresh towels and bins emptied every day while we were out . Fridge in room which was great for our water, as it was 28 degrees out.

Room was very warm although there was a fan. And hotel was quite loud on some nights, doors banging and could hear people in room above us and beside us quite clearly

Hotel was cozy and near to metro with direct routes to central station. Several trams for different routes located right outside the hotel. We walked the majority of the times as the weather was nice.... about 25mins walk to Rokin and Dam Square The staff were friendly and professional and available 24hrs. Each time the room was cleaned, clean towels were left.

The bed was a thin mattress and not very comfortable. When we arrived the elevator was not working and our room was on the 4th floor with 4 suitcases between us and short winding stairs. The staff were nice enough to offer to move us the next day but with a mix up, we ended up staying. The elevator was fixed by the 2nd day.... so it all worked out.

Hello! The staff is friendly)) The rooms are beautiful, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the water pressure is excellent, all the accessories were there. The view from the window is gorgeous, even with the window closed, you could hear the sound of the waves slightly.

The windows were not very clean. We washed them in 10 minutes and enjoyed the clear view of the sea. But due to strong winds, the next day the windows became slightly dirty. The balcony was a little dirty, but the view saved it. The doors in the bathroom did not stay open. There were no slippers in the room. This is if you get down to the little things. Overall we really liked everything)) Thank you!

The room is very comfortable, spotless and spacious. The balcony gives a pleasant atmosphere! Staff are friendly and helpful. The drink/snack machine at reception is a plus that makes our lives easier (you’ll need coins).

The only two things were “missing” was a shower support, we had to hold it during the shower what was uncomfortable… and it was much better if there was a little fridge in the room. Other than that everything else was excellent.

the property has an elevator which is very helpful for travellers like us. we brought our baby with us and they had the initiative to provide us with a crib. the room is small but has a balcony. the bathroom is small but very clean. towels and garbage are collected everyday even if you dont say it. it was also very near the metro station.

*For us, great location, just walk for 20 mins to city center or 10 mins ride a bike. *Heating was great, we didnt feel any cold while outside was 2-3 celcius *LIFT! You cannot find easily lifted hotels around Amsterdam, you need to climb many stairs for upper floor but we were lucky, 3rd floor with lift was awesome! *You can rent bike directly in front of your hotel

There wasnt any disposable flip-flap, or whatever called for wearing on foot and hair dryer is getting humid so quick, so we couldnt use properly, but still room was hot so it doesnt bother too much...

Its kind of old hotel with rooms allocated in two buildings next to each other. Receptionist is so helpful and friendly. HK clean the room everyday. We heard noises from other rooms easily. Transportation isn’t an issue. Tram/train is nearby.

Very good location for Ams - walking distance to the center, but at the same time - just 2 min walking to the metro station. Good in case if you prefer to live not in the very center of all events, but at the same time to have a quick access to all of them. And it was really clean! We even noticed some strong smell of cleaning detergents while opening the room the first time, so for us it was a good sign.

Rooms are really a little bit "tired" - a little broken furniture, wall painting had some cracks , etc, but nothing really very dramatical. Unfortunately, very bad sound proofing - both from the inside and outside. Every morning we woke up because of some activities right behind our door. And even if your room is on the opposite side of the building from the trams line - you will hear it anyway :) But it's definitely silly to expect these things to be perfect from the hotel of this price category, so this is just something "fyi', and not to blame.

The hotel location was good. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was just perfect for a city break. Apart from the room being cold ( heating was off, but we haven't raised that with reception). Overall, a pleasant stay!

The breakfast. We didn't actually have it, as you can have an option to look at it first, and we weren't impressed by the choices for the money.
