Great location (and surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the city centre!) Staff is super helpful and kind, quick check in and out Clean both in my dorm and in the bathroom Even though I didn't rent a bike (it was December) I like the option to do so Really warm but not too hot Basically everything you may need and look for

The bathroom is definitely too small. We got just w toilets and 2 showers for 18 people I know it's a hostel, not a 5 star hotel but I was a bit annoyed that we had to make our own beds and take the bags with our bedding back to reception when checking out. It wasn't easy to put bedsheets on the bottom bed so I bet it's quite a challenge to do it on top bed (3rd one, there's also middle bed) Some people were noisy but that's what you might get in any hostel. Pillow was bad, not the best sleep

Staff member who greeted us was really kind and welcoming - also got free coffee, bonus! First time ever staying in a hostel, and this place was a perfect first start. Bed was comfortable, the curtain on the bunks gives plenty of privacy, so you can sleep easy. The Bees security was spot in with needing your key card to get through the front door but also your floor door AND your locker! ( lockers are also perfect size for a suitcase or in our case big rucksacks. The location is perfect, about 20 minute walk to train station/ferry and also about 20 mins to the centre. When we visited I suppose you could say it was off season so it wasn't incredibly busy or rowdy but still plenty of people if you want to socialise. And if you really want to fit in with the locals, you can also rent a bike! Would totally go back to the bee hostel again!

Honestly, not a bad thing to say about the place. However, only thing that was a little misleading was the number of beds in a room. When we booked we booked the 6 person room but when we got there, the room was actually a 12 person room in like an 'L' shape so 6 people up one side and another 6 across the bottom. But in all fairness, this wasn't a big inconvenience or anything, just caught us off guard for a first hostel experience.

Very nice and modern hostel, well equipped, you can find there everything needed for a comfortable stay, the location is great, I could walk to the center.

The bathroom door was opening/closing loudly, which made me wake up a few times at night because someone was using it.

The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very clean, no horrible smells or mould, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and fresh. There were spacious lockers. Everything you'd expect in a good hostel, really.

Just little niggles, really - the dorm had lots of beds yet there was no space to put your case except out in the main corridor - seemed a security issue. You had to make your own bed on arrival which was hard to do late at night while trying to be quiet! There were three toilets and two showers between about 12 people, which actually wasn't an issue because I woke up at 11.

It was very clean. Exactly where I needed to be. Easy access. Pods were comfortable.

One bathroom for about 15 pods was not great. I had to skip showering a few times. The keycard did not work a few times and my room was on the 4th floor without elevator so several tines had to go down again. There was a messaging app. But it took ling so went down. My light in the pod i couldn’t turn iff so covered it instead and only one charging outlet was a bit minimal but not devastating.

Very clean and quiet.

You had to make your own bed. With the amount of money paid for the booking, it only seemed fair the bed was made already.

Very clean hostel with friendly staff. I was quite surprised how clean the bathrooms were despite being shared by many people. Location was perfect, close enough to the centre, with a tram stop right outside the hostel. Loads of eating and drinking options within a minute of the hostel. Calm and quiet location despite being so close to the city centre. Also loved that they have a community Whatsapp group to keep everyone informed of updates, activities, etc. Somehow even the other guests were mindful and accommodating. A pleasant stay overall.

Not much really, for the price and what it offers, this was perfect. A small suggestion is to have USB charging slots in the beds instead of plug points - given how many international travellers pass through here, a USB will be much friendlier :)

-Beds and pillows were actually really comfortable (rare for a hostel!) -Rooms were quiet at night and I slept comfortably -They have a group WhatsApp for guests and it was a great way to meet people and go out together -Very clean and tidy hostel. Facilities were great and the locker was locked by keycard.

-Service was odd. The girl who checked me in seemed a bit out of it and as if she was bored and didn't care. But others were nice. -You have to make your own bed!!! They give you a bag with sheets, pillowcase and towel. You're expected to put it on and take it off and return at the end. Considering the cost of staying I would have expected my bed to be made already like every other hostel. Wasn't a fan of that but not a deal breaker. I still had a good stay. -Shower water pressure and temperature was inconsistent... Also only one shower and toilet for the whole dorm room floor of around 20 people.
