- Great location - rooms are small but have everything and enough space for 2 people and their luggage - good value for money - close to the zoo and good restaurants - lift

- only 1 negative for me, as the mattress was too soft, but that's personal preference.

The room was very big, I wasn’t expecting that at all. I was worried it would be too small after reading some reviews, glad I was wrong. The stuff were super friendly, the location was amazing, super quiet (which is surprising as the tram station was right under our window) and full of green all around. It also wasn’t too far from the city center, we walked everywhere by foot. There is a ah which was open till 10pm something like 10 min walk from the hotel, that was also nice. I would absolutely return again

They forgot to change our towels once and there wasn’t cable tv, only radio stations

Everything was great. Admittedly the room is small especially the bathroom but very clean and easy to adapt. We stayed in room 34 which has air conditioning but we found we didn’t need it because the window opens nice and wide allowing fresh air throughout which we loved. Initially our flight was delayed so with a quick call to the hotel we were able to check in the next day with no issues. Staff were lovely and accommodating, team stop directly outside 2 or 3 tram stops from main city centre was great. Quiet area not far off where all the action is was refreshing with beautiful eateries around we had breakfast every day at “Coffee & Bites” beautiful food and exceptional coffee, loved every part of our stay!

Well located with good transport links to the City centre. Room had a lovely high ceiling, a well stocked hot drink station and comfortable beds. Decently sized shower, no issues with hot water. Beautiful windows which fully opened out inwards as well as good air conditioning. Ample plug sockets in the room and a reasonably sized TV with BBC 1 & 2.

The shower pressure could be better and the bathroom whilst functional was on the smaller side. The bathroom would benefit from an additional hook on the back of the door to hang clothing/towels whilst showering. Able to hear fellow guests at times but nothing too loud. The staircase is steep, would recommend all guests to use the lift.

The location is superb where the tram is just in front of the hotel. Few place to eat around the area too.

The hotel is conveniently located at the Artis tram stop, an easy ride from Central Station. The room was comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would consider staying here again in the future.

This is just a nitpick, but our room was on the 1st floor (2nd floor for Americans), at the front of the hotel. This location was a little noisy, with beeping crosswalk signals and tram and vehicle traffic. It wasn’t terrible, just noticeable if you’re sensitive to this kind of thing. The noise died down close to midnight and was fine until morning. I realize the hotel has no control over this, but if you’re especially sensitive to noise you might want to request a room at the back or on a higher floor.

Friendly 24/7 staff. Option to leave luggage before check in and after check out. Small room but clean, only needed for sleeping and showering anyway, so perfectly fine for our needs. USB sockets for charging were great. Lovely local pub two doors down. Quiet enough neighbourhood though to get a good night's sleep even on a Friday or Saturday. Close to city centre and easy to walk everywhere but also with a tram stop right outside the front door (to Amsterdam Centraal).

There is nothing we did not like. But one bit of feedback would be the pillows that are too big and plump to sleep on. They bend one's neck up at an uncomfortable angle, we found.

The lights in the room is a little dark so at the evening it wasn’t comfortable… and the electrical outlets are different from ours, even though we're both from Europe, but here they're supposedly recessed into the wall, so my device didn't fit in, and they didn't have a power adapter or extension cord, but that's probably also my mistake.

The location was great for us ! We took the tram right in front of the 🏨. The staff was very helpful And took the time to answer our questions and explain; they provided us with a map and directions as the different transportation possibilities and places nearby we could go to Is plain and simple an oldie but served our purpose. Our Needs And provided us with map

Super comfy and clean, very easily accessible via the tram. Staff were all very nice and helpful.

I don't know if this was the case for every room, but for my room at the top floor, the shower felt slightly precarious in how it was situated. Nothing wrong with it, just the cord is a bit short, so felt like could only shower at a specific angle. There is a bath though, so that is an alternative option, I didn't have time to test it out.
