Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Separate toilet and shower, a plus. Good amount of TV channels to choose from.
The balcony furniture was dirty. I had to wait for bread to be defrosted in the oven because no one was paying attention to the breakfast area, despite there being 4 people. I also had to wait for baked beans, which had also run out. It was not nice to wait for components that should have been available and ready. I ended up not eating the bread, it was still frozen in the middle and didn't have time to wait again for a second round in the oven. The previous night, I used room service to order dinner. After waiting for more than an hour, I called reception only to be told someone had forgotten to make my order. Had to then wait another 25mins. These areas could do with some improvement.

The people who are working there were so nice, I mean honestly so nice. Up front, helping out, finding solutions and trying to let you feel welcome from the moment you step into the hotel. We had kind of a bad situation with the bike of my daughter which we rented out there. We'll bad things can happen, but what I liked they offered help, were looking right away what might be possible and also checked the situation. The bikes are from a rental company so they couldn't do a lot but the way how they handled it, was really good. Thanks for the drink afterwards to make up for the bad situation.
The only problem which we had, was with the bike rental. That was a little bit of a shame but nothing to do with the Hotel and the help and support on that topic from the Hotel staff was amazing.

breakfast was wonderful with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, links, plain yogurt and fruits and chocolates nuts and seeds...all the breads. there were olives and specialty fruits and jellies. a fair bed...hard for me, soft for my frin. Staff were touristy helpful...when we ran out of old town stuff to see, we asked them and they sent us to Keukenhof Gardens. We had seen much about it online before our trip. So, perfect as a day trip; and YES, it's the worlds best as we have seen MANY.

The hotel is nicely decorated inside with a big reception area, lounge and breakfast room. I had a warm welcome from the gentlemen on reception and the check in was prompt and professional. The rooms are spaced nicely apart with good soundproofing, plenty of space, large bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries, coffee, tea and kettle in the bedroom. There's even a service room with a washing machine and drier which you can use for FREE which is incredibly rare to find and very useful for anyone travelling. The carpark has lots of room and is very safe. The hotel is located by a main road so it's easy to get into Amsterdam by car or bus or by a train. I would happily stay here again to visit the city.

The area were kind. The rooms were spacious and clean. When we are in the area, we always stay for 7 nights so it is nice they have enough storage for all our clothes, etc...we enjoyed that the hotel was quiet (at least it was during our stay), since we are there for work. The breakfast is great, bread rolls, butter, jams, meat and cheese, fruits, veggies, cereal, coffee, juice...and you can request made to order eggs (just make sure you book with breakfast included). There is parking at the hotel. Over all, a good place to stay for your money.
It was wintery weather when we stayed here. We couldn't figure out why our room was so cold until we realized the air conditioning vent was open to the elements, easy fix.

Lovely hotel and was perfect for our small family! The staff were friendly, helpful (especially the lady on reception) and welcoming. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds offering all you would need for a short stay. Plenty of on-site parking (free) which is perfect if you travel by car. Good continental breakfast, managed by tentative and friendly staff. Great link to public transport from hotel, we used the bus as it was just on the main road.

Breakfast was incredibly good. I can say it was the best breakfast I had in a hotel. There was a variety to choose from and the omelette was out of this world. Also the breakfast room is in a modern glass extension with plenty of light coming in. The staff was also very competent and friendly. Staff put an effort to switch my room to a room with a terrace after it became available however be aware of the rear rooms with balcony or terrace as mosquitos will keep you up at night.
Toilet brush holder could have been cleaned up before checking in. Bicycle rent far too expensive.

The welcome and ease checking in. The information about food and overall accommodating requests. Fenny and Sam total professionals. I’d highly recommend staying here.
The location isn’t close to any bars or pubs, within reasonable walking distance (3-5 mins), most of the bars and restaurants are 15-20 mins walk. However, you are able to order food for delivery and the rims have refrigeration.

Nice room, good breakfast and if you like to go for a walk along fields and canals it is situated perfectly.
The matresses were a bit harder, than we prefer. If you like to acess the center of Amsterdam quickly, it is a bit far. But if you like to see some of the suburbs from tram and metro, there it is not a problem.
