The room was excellent -- ample closet space and a desk big enough to work at, and the climate control was very easy and not noisy. The room bathroom was VERY clean and this was the best part. Great plumbing and fixtures, ergonomics of bathroom basin to mirror was good.

The restaurant/bar food value for money was not really impressive. I think for evening meal, if we were to do our first late-night check-in over again, we should have eaten at the airport. Or! we should have eaten cup-noodles from the hotel shop. The restaurant/bar food was not so fresh-tasting and felt quite "processed" and mass-produced. Sad sandwiches.

The shuttle to Schiphol airport and train station was free and ran twice each hour. This made getting into Amsterdam from outside the city much easier. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable with modern bathrooms. I had a view of a nearby sheep pasture, which was unexpected and charming. I'd recommend staying here if you're flying in/out of Amsterdam and want the convenience (and price) of an airport hotel but still have access to the city.

Prices on convenience items like snacks and beverages were exceptionally high. The restaurant was reasonably priced with nice service, but the bar drinks were also marked up significantly.

Modern and beautiful. Large room with Nespresso coffee machine. Windows can be opened. 2 hours parking for free. Very friendly during check in and check out. Shuttle bus every 30 minutes (taxi is 35-40€).

Pillows are all too high for me. A selection of different size would be better. My booking included breakfast which was not visible during check in, different to my booking confirmation. It was sorted out, but obviously not as I was asked to sign the bill for it while going for breakfast. I did not have to pay and it was handled kind and professional, but it did not leave a good impression. If it is included in my booking it should not cause trouble to me during my stay.

So my daughter is the person who actually stayed at this hotel, I just made the booking, after her flight home was cancelled as she was waiting to board her flight. She was stranded so I found this hotel near to the airport. I phoned the hotel reception just to explain that it would be my daughter, not I, arriving, just to avoid confusion. The person I spoke to on reception was fantastic, couldn't have been more helpful. They even phoned me back to check on my daughters whereabouts whilst she was making her way to the hotel. Unfortunately, I dont know the persons name, but I'm very grateful. My daughter stayed and said the hotel room was wonderful and very clean and comfortable.

very convenient for travellors as they offer a shuttle at frequent intervals. The room was great! awesome shower,comfy bed, mini fridge, coffee, and lounging chairs

not a big fan of the restaurant. Dinner overpriced and staff was not attentive. We did notice that this was limited to our waiter as we noted his colleaque was very attentive to his customers. It was very obvious that our waiter didn't wish to serve us. Not sure what we would do about it going forward as there is no where to go without transportation. Perhaps I would recommend buy food at airport for dinner and bring with you. Breakfast was worth it. Honestly, if we weren't so tired at the time we would have sought out the manager.

I am always impressed by the Marriott brand hotels. Large, clean and well maintained for the good value. Excellent breakfast and polite staff. Room lighting is a bit dark though. It was a restful stay for a one night stay between fights

We were Not informed about the airport Shuttle service break it takes around between 7-9 in the evening in the Shuttle Schedule that was provided in an email. We were waiting outside for almost an Hour and a Half in the Freezing cold.

Room was incredibly nice and well laid out. Room was clean, well organized, and had everything we needed. View was nice as well. Bathroom was great also, with a large shower and quite modern. Hotel itself is very modern and has a lot of good amenities.

Location is a bit far from everything. Decently close to airport, which is great, but far from everything else. Make sure you eat at the hotel or when you are travelling because nothing delivers to the hotel.

Extremely convenient location, only 10 - 15 minutes away from the Schiphol Airport either by the hotel shuttle bus (yes, it comes with free shuttle bus every half an hour), or by Uber. Staff was rather efficient.

I would have a higher expectation if it is a Renaissance hotel when it comes to toiletries & in-room napkins - could be of better quality

The hotel is well located just 8 mins by the free hotel shuttle service from the airport. The room was a good size with a large kitchen king sized bed. There was plenty of storage space, power points tables comfy chair and tea/ coffee making facilities. The bathroom was spacious with an excellent power shower. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide choice of foods available. The staff were very welcoming and helpful offering us additional personal items as our ongoing flight had been cancelled and we had no access to our luggage.They gave us an adaptor for our mobile phone and other necessities.

The lighting in the room whilst subtle and atmospheric, made the room really dark and it was difficult to actually see anything. Not helped by dark skies and pounding rain outside! There was no simple on /off switch for the radiator in the bathroom. There was an incredibly complicated attachment to the radiator which presumably had to be programmed in order to get the radiator to work. As a guest you don't need all this. Just a simple on / off would suffice. Needless to say the radiator had to stay off making the bathroom pretty cold.
