The room looked like on the pictures. We were able to take the motorboat and have a swim in the the pool. The pool was a big surprise for us!

We had a wonderful stay at the boat house. We enjoyed being right by the river, and having the bikes to get about was a real bonus. The property was close to a beautiful lake, which has a cycle path right into the city, which took around 30 minutes at a leisurely pace. Our host Sander was really helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Also worth a mention is the pool in the garden, the motor boat and the comfy beds. Definitely a fun place to stay if you are visiting Amsterdam. Also, the windmill just down the road is worth a visit..

We absolutely loved the location, the whole experience of staying on a boathouse was unique, and the peace and quiet we found! We woke up and had our coffee next to water with the ducks swimming by whilst the centre of Amsterdam was at 15 minutes driving. Nikki, the owner, was very friendly and helpful and even helped us when our car broke down! We highly recommend it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the houseboat that exceeded all of my expectations. The houseboat was equipped with everything I could possibly need, including four bikes and a motorboat, which made exploring the surrounding area an absolute breeze. One of the highlights of the houseboat was the stunning view over the water. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a busy day. The host of the houseboat was also exceptional. From the moment i arrived, i felt welcomed and at home. The host went out of their way to ensure that i had everything i needed for a comfortable stay and was always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. One of the best things about the houseboat was its location. Although it was tucked away in a quiet spot, it was only a short 12-minute walk to the bus stop, which made getting around incredibly easy. I was able to explore the local area and beyond with ease, and the bikes and motorboat provided even more options for adventure. Overall, my stay at the houseboat was an absolute delight. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience with a fantastic host, stunning views, and convenient location.

Nikki was extremely kind and helpful from the moment we made the booking. The kindness upon arrival just makes everything start with a good foot and then the place is beautiful and calm.

It's a bit of a trip from the center and parking in the center always has to be planned, but it wasn't a surprise as the description said it.

I really love the location. It was great to wake up and to have a beautiful view of the water. This was so soothing. We were allowed to make a campfire in the garden. This was also a great experience. It was very convenient to be able to use the bikes. It did not take very long to get in the city by bike. The hostess made us feel at home. I liked that she gave us privacy but always answered the questions we had. We had a amazing stay!

Lovely boathouse on the canal. Suited for group of friends or romantic couple who want to visit Amsterdam and surroundings. Nikki, the owner helped us to accomodate, showed us arround and even gave us a drink. You just couldn't ask for more. Thanks for everything Nikki! We will see you again.
