Very convenient. Booked this place to catch an early flight. We visited the cinema to pass our time which was nice. 24h reception and 24h shop. Shuttle transfer to and from Schiphol.

Not really a con, but we booked the Urban hotel. Upon arriving security told us this hotel was unavailable because it is currently being used as a shelter for Ukrainian refugees (very good!). We would receive an upgrade to the appartments, as we did. As much as I appreciate the hotels' decision to give shelter, I don't understand why I am still able to book the Urban hotel rooms. If you know they are unavailable for the coming months, they should not be on offer.

Great facilities, smart clean room but for vit of noise from ground floor foot traffic during the night. The buffet dinner was superb value and very good.

We had originally booked the urban hotel and were not sent any information that this has been taken over by the NL government. We had to carry 100kg of luggage back and forth between on arrival which wasn't ideal. Other than that a great stay.

Very nice airport hotel. Good shuttle bus to/from the airport (first one at 4 am so works for early flights). Spacious, clean and comfortable room with toiletries, tea/coffee (espresso machine) and a little goodie box which was a nice touch. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Tried room service and the food was good, but had no time for breakfast.

The swimming pool was really nice, but unfortunately it was full of big, loud men who were constantly on their phones doing who knows what, making several women uncomfortable. Mobile phones were not allowed but there was no staff there to check that the guests actually complied with the rules.

We loved our stay. They even upgraded us to the apartments so that we would be closer to the amenities in the main building. Everything was spotless. We were only there for one night due to an unexpected layover in AMS but could have easily spent a week there! Full kitchen, comfortable living area with couch, very cool decor/design, and the most comfy bed I have ever experienced. Our kids loved it and want to go back just to stay there. Their free 7-minute shuttle to/from the airport was perfect for catching the train from Schiphol to central Amsterdam or anywhere in the surrounding area. Next time, we will stay longer so that we can enjoy the pool/ spa, the dinner buffet, and take the tour of the 747 in their garden. We will definitely return!

It was awesome, nothing to not like!

We stayed in the Corendon Apartments which, I believe, is bigger than Urban. I didn't realize they have these different types of accommodations. We have two teenagers and the extra space was very nice. The place was clean and comfortable. I like that it had 4 twin beds so it made for flexible sleeping arrangements. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The Corendon Apartments a small kitchen with dishes, pots, microwave, stove, etc. but there is not a "starter kit" that I have seen at other places with dish soap, small salt/pepper, dish towels, and a few other things. We weren't cooking so no big deal for us.

The shuttle service, room size was designed by a person who would stay in a hotel to be practical and comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Comfortable bed and linen with extra pillows which in many hotels are a struggle to find. Check in was quick and check out was just drop off key and go. Dining facilities were great with the all u can eat buffet available drinks included or the bistro both on the ground floor.

Shuttle service could be more suited for a larger luggage area. There was plenty of seating but not much area for luggage possible better design for luggage racks on the bus. Hotel was excellent.

This hotel was convenient, comfortable and for a one night I could not have asked for more. The Urban Double room I booked was spacious, modern, had all the amenities for a longer stay (dishwasher, stove, fridge) and I honestly regretted that I only had to spend one night. Because of my flight schedule I did not get to try the breakfast so I cannot comment on the quality of food at the restaurant. The airport shuttle was on schedule, best than any place I have seen - a comfortable 12 minute ride to the airport and available every 30 minutes. Makes a connection to Amsterdam Centraal a mere 30-45 minute ride. The price for this pretty generous room was very reasonable - I have stayed in Amsterdam for a room half this size and tripple the price. Add the cost of a cab early in the morning and there is no comparison! I travel through Amsterdam often and now I know where to stay between flights.

I do not even want to think this is a serios complaint, but the Urban Rooms were in a separate building (Apartments) with no covered walk. It was raining so I had to dash from the Rooms building to the Reception building while dragging two suitcases.

Having stayed at the Corendon on a previous trip before, I errored in assuming I have booked a room at the main part of the hotel. To my surprise, I had booked a suite at the apartments for a stay of 4 people. The room was specious with a separate WC and a shower stall. It also provided a safe. There were plenty of towels. It was nice to be able to check in the main lobby since the apartments were a few meters away from the main hotel. The frontdesk staff were professional and with a pleasant, polite attitude. I definitely recommend this hotel, and I myself will come back. P.S. Excellent staff and great food at the bar and grill section.

I liked that the hotel was close to the airport and had great dining choices. I didn't have time to use the pool or spa but I would imagine that would have been very nice as well.

I arrived late in the evening, as a solo woman traveller. The desk receptionist advised me where to find my room, out the doors and across to another building. I would have appreciated a member of the hotel staff to have taken me there. I didn't feel totally safe and encountered a couple of male strangers coming out of the lift as I was entering the building. The corridor lights don't come on until you enter your floor area. I think that safety should be of higher significance.

I really liked how close it was to the airport and it was just for once night so it was perfect. We stayed at the apartment part of the hotel and the room was spacious and comfortable. For someone that needs to stay longer it's perfect it had a kitchen, a microwave and a small fridge so everything you need if you want to cook there.

Even though we loved the room it looked like the cleaning staff had not been there for a bit it was very dusty so it looked like they prepared the beds but did not clean the surfaces. Also I slept on the sofa bed and there were someones else's socks that was left behind by another guest so I didn't like that. For the rest was good.
