Very convenient. Booked this place to catch an early flight. We visited the cinema to pass our time which was nice. 24h reception and 24h shop. Shuttle transfer to and from Schiphol.

Not really a con, but we booked the Urban hotel. Upon arriving security told us this hotel was unavailable because it is currently being used as a shelter for Ukrainian refugees (very good!). We would receive an upgrade to the appartments, as we did. As much as I appreciate the hotels' decision to give shelter, I don't understand why I am still able to book the Urban hotel rooms. If you know they are unavailable for the coming months, they should not be on offer.

This hotel was convenient, comfortable and for a one night I could not have asked for more. The Urban Double room I booked was spacious, modern, had all the amenities for a longer stay (dishwasher, stove, fridge) and I honestly regretted that I only had to spend one night. Because of my flight schedule I did not get to try the breakfast so I cannot comment on the quality of food at the restaurant. The airport shuttle was on schedule, best than any place I have seen - a comfortable 12 minute ride to the airport and available every 30 minutes. Makes a connection to Amsterdam Centraal a mere 30-45 minute ride. The price for this pretty generous room was very reasonable - I have stayed in Amsterdam for a room half this size and tripple the price. Add the cost of a cab early in the morning and there is no comparison! I travel through Amsterdam often and now I know where to stay between flights.

I do not even want to think this is a serios complaint, but the Urban Rooms were in a separate building (Apartments) with no covered walk. It was raining so I had to dash from the Rooms building to the Reception building while dragging two suitcases.

Having stayed at the Corendon on a previous trip before, I errored in assuming I have booked a room at the main part of the hotel. To my surprise, I had booked a suite at the apartments for a stay of 4 people. The room was specious with a separate WC and a shower stall. It also provided a safe. There were plenty of towels. It was nice to be able to check in the main lobby since the apartments were a few meters away from the main hotel. The frontdesk staff were professional and with a pleasant, polite attitude. I definitely recommend this hotel, and I myself will come back. P.S. Excellent staff and great food at the bar and grill section.

I liked that the hotel was close to the airport and had great dining choices. I didn't have time to use the pool or spa but I would imagine that would have been very nice as well.

I arrived late in the evening, as a solo woman traveller. The desk receptionist advised me where to find my room, out the doors and across to another building. I would have appreciated a member of the hotel staff to have taken me there. I didn't feel totally safe and encountered a couple of male strangers coming out of the lift as I was entering the building. The corridor lights don't come on until you enter your floor area. I think that safety should be of higher significance.

I really liked how close it was to the airport and it was just for once night so it was perfect. We stayed at the apartment part of the hotel and the room was spacious and comfortable. For someone that needs to stay longer it's perfect it had a kitchen, a microwave and a small fridge so everything you need if you want to cook there.

Even though we loved the room it looked like the cleaning staff had not been there for a bit it was very dusty so it looked like they prepared the beds but did not clean the surfaces. Also I slept on the sofa bed and there were someones else's socks that was left behind by another guest so I didn't like that. For the rest was good.

Really comfortable suite for our family of 4. Clean and close to the airport. The hotel is lovely and we enjoyed dinner and drinks in the rooftop restaurant with great views over the airport and surrounding area. Lovely sunsets from up there! There is a courtesy airport bus too, so it was perfect for us as we had a morning flight the following day. The hotel has a full-sized 747-400 jumbo jet in the gardens as decoration which impressed the kids (and us LOL!)! The staff were friendly and professional. We had a good experience. I would recommend this hotel.

Good location near the airport, great shuttle service really convenient! The hotel is huge , like all big hotels had no great character but serves perfectly it's cause. The room was comfortable, big and clean!

The guy at the reception was very rude and conceited. He made fun whith his colleagues, I asked him 3times what time the gym working hours and because he didn't pay attention to me I had to raise my voice. Due to his poor English accent ( he tried to speak whith an accent and made it worse)I couldn't understand half of the things he said.

It was spacious very comfortable bed clean 🥰👌 And everything we need it was in all in there…

We are very satisfied of our stay the staff are very friendly specially the one in the picture but we forgot her name she always happy Ang lots of energy for answering our question,keep that kind of employees she’s really professional of her work, and very accommodating even at night all our questions they answer very well it’s seems she never get tired of her work we love her already firstime we encounter staff like her 🥰🤗😘 Everything is in the hotel perfect for us… It’s a bit far in the city but it’s ok they have a free shuttle that are very accessible going to the city, thank you we have a great time there for sure will comeback 🤗🥰

The room was very big and the bed was very comfortable and soft like you sleep on the clouds Also big Restorant and the sky bar was a beautiful place to relax

I so on the site that they have a pool and I wanted to enjoy a little swim but it was closed due tu leek problem,and I got a good price for the rooom but I had to pay 50 euros deposit that they didn’t turn back!! They first told that they’ll turn the deposit couple days after I leave,then I later contacted them and they said they’ll send it after 10 working days,after 15 working days I contacted them and asked again but after that I didn’t get any answers anymore even I tryed couple times to get in touch by mail and by phone,there wasn’t any answers!!!

The facilities and location good enough for a sleepover close to the airport

The check-in should be easier and faster. It took me around 40min to go to my room The toilet paper was that cheap kind, please change it! Also, my room was dusty, it could be cleaner
