The hotel was easily accessible from the airport with the shuttle bus and the staff was really friendly and helpful. It's quite a walk from the tram stop but still manageable in 15-20 minutes. Very large and cosy room and the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub which was great! All in all, we had a very good time at the Park Plaza and would definitely go there again if I need to stay close to the airport.

The conference was in this hotel, so it was comfortable location. I liked that they provided a shuttle bus from the airport. The reaction for issuing the invoice was quick.

The windows were not able to open. The breakfast for 18.50€ too expensive. The access to the city center by Bolt / Uber was expensive, and with a tram No 1 it takes about 45 min and 15 min on foot to the Matterhorn station.

We were met with a complementary upgrade which really helped since we were traveling with our 6kg service animal. The room was really spacious and gave us the ability to re-pack for our trip back to the USA. We picked the hotel because it was close to the airport with FREE parking. Gas station nearby to refuel the rental car. 20 mins from down town Amsterdam. The Staff is multi lingual, there's security on site. Everything you're looking for in a short layover. We had our own rental car, but there was also a hotel shuttle for 5 Euro's pp. if needed.

That my stay was only one night. Would have loved to stay there longer so I could have tried the breakfast and restaurant.

I want to register my enormous gratitude to this hotel, my flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight to Brazil, what KLM didn't do, this hotel did everything!My friend and I arrived exhausted after spending 7 hours inside the airport trying to understand what they were going to do with us (if we were going to Brazil the next day or the same day) we decided to book this Hotel because it was close, they offered us complimentary dinner, and in the morning when I needed a toothbrush they offered me a small bag with everything I needed , absolutely everyone was friendly and very helpful, dinner and breakfast were great, large room, clean bed and great shower. I recommend anyone who has to stay near the airport to stay at this hotel.

We recently stayed at the Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport Hotel, and I must say that one of the highlights of our visit was the exceptional service provided by Omer (or Omar- I hope I got his name spelling right!) at the reception. From the moment we arrived, Omer greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to help. His professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor truly stood out. Omer went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was assisting with our room preferences, providing insightful local recommendations, or simply making us feel welcome, he consistently delivered with a level of service that is hard to find. Thanks to Omer, our stay felt more personal and memorable. His hardworking attitude and incredible mannerisms are a credit to the hotel. We are extremely grateful to him for making our trip so pleasant and stress-free. To the management: We have stayed at many 4* and 5* hotels around the globe, and I must say that Omer is a gem in your team, and his dedication deserves recognition. I liked that they allowed us to check in earlier than expected, and that they were able to fix the twin beds we were given to make it to one bed. They also gave us snacks and voucher for free drinks because I believe we were assigned to an incorrect room. We booked superior queen room but then we were assigned to a room with twin beds. The room is quite big which is nice, it was also well kept/cleaned and it is value for money. I like that they do not charge you extra for parking and a lot of slots are available.

It's a pity that we were assigned to a room with twin beds. It was have been great if our booking was followed but at least, the hotel was still able to resolve it, and even provided us with snacks and drinks to make up for it.

Nice & clean accommodation. Friendly staff. free shuttle from airport (10mins) then €5 each thereafter. From the airport you can get the train to Amsterdam Central (15 mins) or other directions. We bought 2 day travel pass €24pp you can use as many times as you like for train, buses & trams I thought it was good value. shuttle from airport to hotel stops at 24:00 resumes at 05:00 We only ate dinner on evening of arrival and couldn't fault it. Tasty & filling. 24hr shop for snacks, drinks and even alcohol to take to your room along with bare essentials you may forget to pack, card payments only.

Card only payments in bar/restaurant. It's out from the hustle & bustle. This suited us. The rooms didn't smell fresh we got used to it but maybe the hotel could work on an air purifier or freshener in the rooms. it's probably because the windows do not open. which is probably a safety measure.

It's a great place to stay if you have to catch an early morning flight. You can catch a shuttle (for free) from Amsterdam Airport to get there, and then in the morning you can book a return shuttle (for 5 euros). If you have to change, that is not a problem (very convenient since my flight was delayed by more than 2 hours). I was lucky because I got a free room upgrade, so I had a massive room. It is clean, has a nice coffee/tea station, solid bathroom with nice products, and a very soft bed. The hotel is not too expensive given what you get.

Decent quality room, and amenities. Free coffee in the lounge! It is also very close to the airport and the shuttle was a God-sent as we had been travelling hours prior. The shuttle drivers were also amazing, helpful and lovely to talk to. Tbh we had just come out of a 20 hour flight and crashed in the room so I cannot comment on much else! Not a terrible distance from the centre but also not close, it's just Amsterdam is small so not massively inconvenient to find one's way around.

May have been because we looked terrible and (possibly) smelt terrible from the (VERY) long flight but the guy checking us in were a bit snooty and did not quite believe we were part of their hotel loyalty scheme, but all the other staff were absolutely lovely and maybe we were grumpy from the long flight so I haven't marked it down for that. The remote and TV were hard to use... Or maybe we were really tired.. Not actually sure! Internet was a bit bleh.

We were chosen for the guest of the day and were told that we were upgraded. We had a larger room and they gave us some special amenities. We enjoyed a drink in the bar and the strofwoffels.

We found the room acceptable and a bit larger than we had booked but even though it had been recently refurbished but still felt worn down. Also we were put near a huge group that kept coming in and out of their rooms making a lot of noise. The carpet in the hallway was stained., sort of giving your whole hotel a dingy appearance!
