Staff were super friendly and helpful, sorted out any queries and issues we had straight away. Good breakfast for €14,50, could go down in the morning and book for the same day no problems whatsoever. We were a bit skeptical after reading some awful reviews about the place but by the time we arrived we couldn’t fathom how these people could have had such an awful experience, any excuse to complain is all I can think of. Tram stop was 5 minutes away and they came every 10, perfect for getting around and are super easy to use. Could also buy passes for the public transport at the hotel reception.

The only issue we had was we woke up a couple mornings with bites all over us, after a bit of discussion and research we concluded they were bed bugs. However for us it really didn’t change much, you’re not gonna die from them so for those who made such a fuss in a few of the reviews about it, grow a pair!

The hotel had everything we needed for a short stay and the bed was comfortable. There were vending machines and a bar and the reception staff were always very friendly. The hotel was well connected via public transport.

Just minor things. Despite signs asking us to hang our towels up if we didn't need them changing, we left them hung up and they were changed everyday anyway. There were a few bits of the bathroom I think could have been cleaner (taps etc). Also we would have liked a few more pillows instead of just one each.

Calm and safe area surrounded by nature and close to tram 17 which goes direct to city center; spacious rooms; confy beds; luggage storage; bike rental in the hotel and nice staff.

The fact of not having immediate reimbursement of the deposit after returning the bikes (2 bikes=100 Eur). This infornation should be totally clear before renting because waiting several days for the reimbursement to be available in the bank account, while travelling, can cause some problems.

Breakfast had a nice selection of foods and had a nice time frame for all purposes. Location was futher out than expected to central amsterdam but public transport was close and easy to use.

Shame there wasn't a kettle in the room as this did let it down but other than that it was a great stay. Also despite the signs saying towels will only be changed if on the floor we ended up with 6 towels for 2 people which was a bit overkill. Beware of killer bikes.

The room was very spacious for 3 people, it was warm in the winter, clean and comfortable. The supermarket Is nearby, lovely parks all around the coffee machine downstairs is ok priced.

The location is a bit far from the centre and you'll have to walk 10/15 min to get to the tram line. Some people on the last day left a mess at the entrance, empty beer bottles and take aways, the rooms could use a kettle and fridge.

Staff: One of the staff member Ace greeted us warmly and offered us coffee on our arrival. Unfortunately no room was available as we arrived before check-in time, however he guided us throughout and stored our luggage. Rooms were clean

Iron should be in every room. Facilities such as snooker and air hockey should be free for hotel users More switchbox in between bed. We only had four in the room which were quite far on the table.

It was our second time in the hotel - it is conveniently located, has free parking, and for us for 1-night visits it is almost ideal. The hotel is simple but clean, breakfast is good, it is 10 min to the tram through the nice park, and 30 min by tram to the very center of the city.

The neighbourhood was noisy that night, and my husband didn't sleep well (light sleep). The sound isolation could be better. No water is suggested upon arrival in the room. The hotel is a bit overpriced; still, convenience for us outweighs the inconvenience.

Room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was good, staff was polite. In general, accommodation in Amsterdam is very expensive, and this hotel has a more reasonable price comparing to the others. To get from/to the airport, there is bus 369, which is part of GVB network, so you may use standard 1,2,3...-day tickets (there are sold at the reception, as well as at the AKO store at the airport).

Check-in is at 3 pm. Fee for early check-in is 20€. As many other said in their comments, there is no kettle in the room. Windows can't be fully opened, and it's warm during hot days. I understand each of these things to some extent, but I'm just writing down and mentioning for other potential guests to know what to expect. In general, I'm satisfied with the accommodation.

staff didn't check the room they gave us initially. bird poop was everywhere the room. I have to go down and report the case. imagine us 4 people bringing again our luggage to the reception.

Nice comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. Things to do in the hotel like play pool, walk about, etc. We explored the city and surrounding all day and returned to the hotel to sleep. The car park is free. It is on street parking but it was very convenient. So parked the car and took the tram to the city centre. There are a few supermarkets near by and nice restaurants too. No tea or coffee in the room so had to come down every morning to get Euro2 coffee from the machine. It kept us going until we had brunch in town. Staff were brilliant. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The main issue we had was having to buy the coffee downstairs every morning. Other than that everything was ok.. bit pricey from all the places we stayed for this particular holiday but I guess that the way it is. we saved on parking which was brilliant !
