I was satisfied with my stay. First of all staff were very friendly and helpful. Add to that I was able to do an early check in with small charge which was ok for me. I liked the location very much and I think I was lucky. Very dynamic location surrounded with every thing you need. Small shopping mall, grocery, barbers, many many restaurants specially halal ones turkish and Arabic, dessert shop. For smokers they provide shisha. People gathers evening to eat and smoke. Place is very safe And close to beautiful small parks. Very easy access to the hotel from the airport and from hotel to city center. Taking bus 369 from Airport will drop you in front of the hotel. Going to city center it will take 5 min by bus 369 to station sloterdecjk then 5 min by train to Central Station. Rooms are not brandnew but clean and comfortable. Coffee machine and capsules were added daily. Sure I. Would go back again

The hotel is very comfortable and surrounded by many restaurants and a large supermarket. You can park your car for free in front of the hotel between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. We were satisfied with our stay and would like to stay here again when we return.

The space between the bed and the cabinet at the foot of the bed was very narrow, and I bumped my knee on the drawer handles while walking. There is also a cabinet right in front of the bed that is quite impractical and makes moving around the room difficult.

The three-bed room was very spacious, with three beds, four chairs, a table, and a big wardrobe. The bathroom shower and tub were terrific. The price is also very competitive for the Amsterdam area. You can also book breakfast with a discount if you pay for it at reception at least 24h in advance. The room also had an ironing board, a vanity kit, and a sawing kit which came in handy. Our room was looking into an inner courtyard, so it was very quit as well. Some of the rooms look on a nearby lake, some on the street. So, it is a bit of a luck of a draw, but the soundproofing seemed adequate. The hotel is very well connected with the city centre (two trams and a bus) as well as with an airport via the 369 bus (with which you can get to the airport with a regular GVB card). There are also many shops and restaurants all around the hotel. The hotel only has three floors, but it still has a lift, which my elder guests would definitely appreciate.

One of the beds was very squeaky and the pillows were not too comfortable; those should definitely be replaced. The water container in our room had water in it when we got in, indicating it was not cleaned at all.

Location was well connected by trams or busses but it still took some time to the city centre compared to some other parts of the city that are closer to metro. The hotel was really nice and staff very hospitable. Process of check in and check out is automated, but there is always someone that can assist. There were lots of supermarkets and really well equipped shopping centre near by. Cosy cafe by the kinda lake-like canal bx the back side of the hotel. We had enough of towels, and coffee and tee were regularly added. They also offer toiletries with pleasant smell. And I liked that we had three chairs and quite spacious room for three beds.

I would like if the chain on the window was a bit longer because you couldn't really freshen the room through it. I also didn't need my towels to be changed every day, it is not environment friendly. It would also be good if there were more towel hangers in the bathroom, there were three of us and only one hanger with two hooks, and that one was very high. Towel cannot dry well if folded and put on the shelf and there were only two hooks. And my niece is 10, she herself couldn't even hang her towel without help. I didn't like the carpet (I generally dislike these) because I feel they cannot be properly cleaned after a while. Mattresses were too soft for my liking, but it is quite subjective.

Second time staying here and loved it! We got an early check in and they let us leave our bags whilst we went to the market next door (only on Saturdays and it has fruit, clothes and other items for very cheap!!). The room was spacious, nice waterfall shower and a great view of the water behind (although we also had construction items there but what can you do). Breakfast was nice and had a great variety too. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The fridges in the rooms need desperate updating a cleaning off the ice. We had stuff in the fridge and the block of ice on the radiator (or whatever the inside part of the fridge is) melted all over our fruits and other items. We asked them to come have a look and the person who did, did the bare minimum to fix it and said it’s supposed to be like that. I’d recommend they upgrade the mini fridges or at least clean the ice blocks off them between guests. Also, the signage for the airport taxi should indicate there is a credit card fee on top of the price. Luckily we paid cash but the driver told us there was an extra fee for paying with card which isn’t posted anywhere on the hotel signage. Otherwise, the stay was great and staff were lovely and helpful

Good transport links you can access to the hotel from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport via one direct bus. Also you can take Tram 7 to access to city centre very easily. If you walk you can take bus to Haarlem/City centre again. Supermarkets around, good kebab restaurants and sweet/baklava shops nearby. High speed internet speed. If you pay 10 euro per hour, there is early check-in/check-out option.

Although I requested cleaning room, I noticed that towels were replaced with clean ones but cleaning was not completed such as vacuum cleaner, bathroom cleaning...etc so it is negative point.

The room was very spacious and had lots of places to storage your stuff. You get a towel change every day and there’s lots of available toiletries. The room had a mini fridge, a safe and a coffee maker. You get to the hallway with rooms using your room key card so it felt really safe, even late at night. The location is pretty good for the money, there’s a direct bus from the airport to the hotel (around a 30 minute drive) and you can easily get to the city center using trams (a little less than 30 minutes). The staff is very kind and helpful, they speak English really good so the communication isn’t a problem.

The pillows are pretty uncomfortable, too puffy for my liking. The bathtub doesn’t have a curtain, just a little piece of glass between it and the rest of the bathroom so when you shower the water goes everywhere, but those are minor inconveniences. It can get loud cause the walls are pretty thin so you can hear other guests.
