The room is nice and comfy overall with carpeted floor. It's perfect if you need to stay a few days and aren't too picky. There are two coat hangers (but no proper wardrobe), a chair, a coffee machine (2 coffee pods and 1 teabag provided) and a TV. Toiletries and 3 towels are provided as well. The staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel is well connected to the airport, the city centre and the train station by busses and trams. In the nearby there are many restaurants and supermarkets, so the area is well served.

The room wasn't sound-proof; I could hear the noises made by other guests in other rooms. I occasionally smelled tobacco and fried food from the bathroom's air vent. The bathroom was also lacking a bathroom mat, which would have been useful for when getting out of the shower without having water dripping off the shower door onto the floor. It would have been nice to also have a mini shower gel/shampoo along with the other toiletries provided (soap bar, body lotion, conditioner and a shower cap). The bed was a bit hard and the pillow very flat. The neighbourhood is mainly Middle Eastern, so the restaurants nearby offer only this type of cuisine. Not necessarily a bad thing, but if you want to eat something different then it may be challenging.

Newly renovated clean rooms with comfortable beds and great showers. 24/7 reception, good breakfast, very easy to reach by public transport.

No soap in the bathroom, only body lotion

We stayed here for 3 nights (2 people). The room was very clean and well-equipped: 4 towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, and a coffee machine. The location is convenient — just one stop from the bus station in the right direction, about 40 minutes to the train station and ferry, and only 25 minutes by train to the Jordaan district (the most beautiful area).

Breakfast was poor and the same dishes were served every day, but it was acceptable: eggs, meatballs, a salad with only cucumber and not much taste, bread, and jam. No door between room and bathroom, could be not comfortable for travels(friends)

The air conditioning worked well. The beds were fairly comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, and the water pressure was good. The location was odd, but we knew that booking it, it took a while to get into the main part but it was easy to figure out. Also easy to get to the airport ! The nespresso machine was a good addition! Plus the grocery store across the street. The area doesn’t seem Unsafe, we were expecting it to feel that way after others reviews. The guy who was there for most of our stay was really nice. The self check in was interesting, happy there were still people there.

It was loud when people were in the hall. The beds were poorly made when we checked in. It’s a non fitted sheet over the mattress. The wifi was bad in our room. The one lady at check in was super rude! It was quite expensive for the location.

It’s easy to find, check in and out is rather simple and fast! The rooms are neat and cozy, basically it’s a good value for the money. Likewise the staff is super helpful and friendly!

The hotel was very nice, our room was cleaned every day during our stay, the room was small but it was enough for two people, bathroom was new and clean but I recommend bringing slippers or something because the tiles were cold since there was no heating in the bathroom. Staff was very kind and polite.

The location is not that bad because it is perfectly positioned between the airport and the city centre and it is well connected to anywhere in the city with busses and trams, and the metro is three stations away. However it takes about 20min to get to the centre but again that is not too bad.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. There was a luggage room for us to store our bags before check-in which was convenient. The room had a comfortable bed, good aircon and fast reliable wifi. It’s about a 30 minute bus ride from Amsterdam Central.

We booked a double room and didn’t realise it was so small and extremely dusty. You put your phone down for 2 minutes and it’s covered in dust. Not good if you have allergies. The room itself did not feel very clean, we found an old pair of dirty socks under the bed.

Very easy to get to the hotel by bus from Amsterdam Centraal Railway station. Catch Bus no. 21 which is located above the train station on the river side. The hotel is about 50m from Amsterdam Plein bus stop and Bus 21 comes every 10mins.

The location was really convenient, especially if you're flying in, since the bus stop out front goes directly to the airport. It was very easy to get around from this location by bike and public transportation. I was visiting for the ADE music conference and this was also very close to many of the venues hosting events for it. Getting to the city center was an easy 20 minute bike ride or tram ride, with plenty of bike racks out front. The room was very nice, everything was in good condition, and the staff was always helpful.

The only minor complaint I have would be the sheets not getting changed more often when the room was serviced. My bed was made with the same sheets for most of my stay.
