The hotel is neat , clean and close to the Sloterdijk station as well as a supermarket. Beds were very comfy and the bathroom is lovely

Rooms are abit small but that’s a norm in Europe. There’s actually nothing else around the hotel to walk around and see. And not much restaurants or activity. You have to take the high speed train which takes 5mins to the city centre or the metro which takes about 30mins.

We came for a festival near Sloterdijk, so Location was great! It's only one train station into the city center. Room was clean, we were able to get the room earlier than the checkin time. Everything was great.

The location was very close to the train/bus station and was easy to get around amsterdam. The rooms were relatively quiet and the aircon/heating worked well. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. I hired a bike from the hotel for about 19EUR and that made it easier to get around the local area.

The twin room we chose had a frosted door for the bathroom that didn't have locks and it wasn't fully frosted there was tiny sliver that was see through. Sharing the twin room with family who are not your spouse was a bit uncomfortable. The pillows were too soft and needed bunching together to get the comfort level we wanted.

I like the Ambience and I loved my room. Always ask for room 204 it has the best view. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes. And it was very tasty. I stayed here on two different occasions because of how comfortable it was. And very close to a metro station

On my second stay I wanted a change of rooms, there were these two gentleman at the front desk that dismissed my complaint rudely but the next day two lovely front desk ladies came to my rescue and gave me a better room. I wish I could remember their names

Very Nice hotel , great shower room. Cleaners did a great job for us for a three night stay Staff friendly but limited interaction as out in the city most of the time One stop from Amsterdam Central station, 5 mins.

Nothing

It was a perfect location with the train station just directly opposite with a five minute train journey into the centre of Amsterdam or a 10 minute train journey to shipol airport.

The lighting was very dark in the room and there was no mirror at the dressing table then no plug socket near the one mirror which was in a very dark place of the room making it very difficult to get ready I could barely see to do my hair or make up luckily I took a tiny little pocket mirror and had to sit in front of the window to get ready which was very awkward. Definitely needs a mirror above the dressing table where the plugs are also located.

Very beautiful hotel, room was nice and spacious. Great amenities and staff were incredibly lovely. Mini fridge in the room which is always a bonus! Great location from Amsterdam Centraal/Schiphol airport so amazing value for money because you save so much on travel

Only odd thing I found was that I wasn’t allowed fo access a microwave or any type of cutlery/plates/bowls. Was told these were only for staff members (just wanted to heat up some leftover lunch. Our exploring all day don’t always get the time to eat on time, especially during busy seasons so would have thought hotels would factor this in and be more accommodating)

The location was perfect: near to the Sloterdijk station. The room was perfect clean, very good hairdryer and clothes iron.

Value for money

This hotel far exceeded my expectations!! It was only 20 minutes from the airport and the city center. The hotel was clean and the staff was very welcoming and accommodated us with late checkout on our last day which was not an added charge. The room was very cozy offering a great view of the city with a modern shower and a bathroom. I enjoyed the rainforest shower. We had outlets next to the bed. The best part was the skybar with a panoramic view of the city. The breakfast was excellent!

I was surprised at how dark the hallways were it was somewhat disorienting when looking for our room. Also, there were no cellphone adapters for the phone except behind the TV if you didn't have the correct voltage for the outlets. My husband is a steak person it would be nice to have steak on the dinner menu.

Two train stops from airport and one train stop to Amsterdam central, this business hotel provides great money for the buck. Our room was big, with nice furnishing and a good size bathroom. There is plenty of closet room to store luggage and hang clothes. The cafe restaurant on 8th floor has very good breakfast and nice view of the city. So get the breakfast included package! There is bike rental as very affordable prices. The front desk also has power plug adapters on sale in case you need and they come with iconic Dutch designs. We also appreciated the staff giving us a late check out.

The bathroom sink was clogged during the first night. Staff got it fixed on next day.
