Perfect value for money ratio. The location was close to both train and bus stations. The room was small, but we just stayed nights there, so it was passable. I liked that there was a kitchen there, so we could fix our favorite coffee, breakfast, and a cup of tea in the evenings; it's very convenient when traveling with the kids. The hotel was full, and all public space was always busy, so this is not the best choice for those looking for a quiet place to relax, but young people and families with kids will appreciate the facilities and easy access to the city.

The reception people should mention to the guests (especially when asked about this directly) that the fastest access to the city is by train, not by metro or bus. Unfortunately, we purchased our 3-day metro pass for the whole family and then learned that we would go a 40+min long way around instead of 10+ min trip with the pass we've got.

It's very close to the railway station (big plus for not needing to carry your luggage a long way) and several bus/tram stops, so you can easily get to anywhere you want (around half an hour to Central Station by bus). It has lockers where you can store your luggage if you arrive early or leave late in the day. Breakfast is good with sufficient options. Rooms are a bit on the small side, but we wew out for most of the day any way so we did not need something bigger. Staff are friendly and the place has overall a very good vibe.

A mini fridge would be a nice addition.

Excellent hotel for families. Fantastic location, exit Sloterdijk station, look to your left and the hotel is right there! Clean, spacious family rooms with towels and toiletries included. Breakfast was great, lots of cereals, fruit, yogurt, bread, crackers, cheese, meat, mini pancakes, porridge, juices and coffee to choose from. The bar was nice, serving drinks, pizza and snacks. The kids enjoyed the retro arcade games too. The little self service (card only) shop next to the bar was very handy for snacks & drinks when returning from the city at night. There's also a bar/bistro, Starbucks, bakery and a mini supermarket within 5mins walk of the hotel. We will definitely be returning next year! :)

Good location, 5 minutes walk from Amsterdam Sloterdijk station, with a good Spar food shop nearby. 24 hour reception, efficient and friendly staff. I had a single room with ensuite bathroom. It was very small but very comfortable and had everything I needed. It's a big busy hotel with families, groups of young people, and older travellers like me but it never felt crowded or noisy. There's plenty of space in the reception, bar and dining room, and tables outside at the front. The guest kitchen was really useful, especially the big fridges for guest's food. It got busy at breakfast and in the evenings but it was cleaned well each morning. I felt safe and comfortable staying there.

The bedroom and the bathroom were very spacious. We could manage our luggage with no problem and shower without any trouble. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. They let us check-in earlier because our room was ready when we arrived. The hotel has a community kitchen which is equipped with everything you need to do your meals and that saved us some money from eating at restaurants every dinner. The staff is very nice and helpful, specially Martin who checked us in. Last but not least, the location was awesome, because by train we would get to the Central station in like 5 minutes and besides that, it was basically attached to the Flixbus stop, which helped us a lot on our last day.

In general it’s great for a short stay.

booking.com stuffed up on the costing! My invoice said it included the City Tax. That wasn’t the case. I was charged €30.00 in total for both rooms that I booked. Just be careful…..cross check the amount charged at booking and the amount that actually gets billed on your credit card. My invoice said €118.00 expecting to have that amount debited from my CC. Instead I had €90.00 or so debited and had to pay the City Tax on arrival. Mis-leading from booking.com not the hotel!

The location is perfect, just beside the train station, about 5 minutes. The room is also comfortable, and the breakfast is good and delicious. One more thing, we forgot something in the room after we checked out, and the staff is helping us to figure it out, then we'll be glad to come back to pick it up.

The laundry machine must download the App and charge money by credit card. Then only two washing machines and dryers can be used. The kitchen is very chaotic during meal time, and you can't find anything to use.

Easy to get to from the airport, was also close to central so location was perfect! Very clean, even in corridors etc. Staff were nice and friendly, the rooms were big enough for a couple of nights and the bathroom was lovely.

We had an odd situation of a member of our party leaving her bag in a taxi (including her passport), the taxi driver brought it back and wanted payment for the fare. The hotel staff pounded on the door at 5am to get us to come downstairs and we were all a little terrified being 4 girls alone in a room, we felt this could have been handled better or they could have announced it was hotel staff instead of persistently pounding on the door.

Spotlessly clean and next to the main station on the outskirts of the city, the staff were great, found us a room to check in early (hasn’t pre-booked this, €15 so cheaper than paying to leave our bags somewhere). The room was perfect for us and our 4 children (aged 24-11) with the additional 2 sets of really sturdy, large bunk beds. Toilet separate to shower room was also a bonus. Breakfast was really nice (buffet) and extra facilities of a kitchen for your own food prep was a nice touch.

Opposite was some kind of club and was a bit noisy for a few hours that night.

I have stayed here before. Great place to stay due to location next to Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station which is easy trip to airport or Centraal station. This is a economy type of hotel. There are facilities to cook your dinner, do laundry. Lots of hostel and school groups stay here, We were a party of three senior women and felt very safe here. They tried to accommodate us to "quiet rooms" .

Bathroom is tight but good shower. Need a space in the shower for shampoo/conditioner etc. Beds were good and slept well. Again lots of young guest.
