Awesome hotel, with perfect rooms, super clean, well equipped, very friendly staff. The room that we had has a living room with a confy sofa bed, a small kitchen fully equiped (latest kitchen appliances😉), a separate bedroom with a king size super comfortable bed, a huge bathroom (for accomodation in Europe😀). There were also laundry services, very easy to use by installing an app and top up with the desire amount. A supermarket was very close by. Getting to the city was just 6 min ride by train from Sloderjik Station whic was right across to the hotel. Definetely it is a highly recommended place to stay, as price, comfort and location are super top for the accomodation value for money in such an expensive city like Amsterdam😀

Considering the room is hundreds of dollars per night it seemed petty that you only get a few coffee pods for the machine in your room and if you need more you’ll have to stand at the front desk and pay them like a couple of dollars for a few more or 60 cents each!! Seriously?

The hotel was super clean, staff was beyond helpfull and friendly. The hotel has numerous appartments and rooms with facilities like gym, parking and a sky bar/restaurant. Our appartment had area of about 30 m², with living room and kitchen, a separate bedroom and gorgious bathroom. We had all that we needed: clean towels, shampoo, liquid soap and body lotion plus iron and hairdryer. Room has also a safe for all of the important documents. The kitchen was fully equiped with dishes, kitchenware, induction stovetop, an oven and refrigirator with a freezer. The location is superb, 100m away from Sloterdijk railway, bis, tram and metro station and there is Spar next to the station. Supermarkets are about 1,1 km away which is about 10 minutes of walking (Lidl on one side and Dirk van den Boerk on the other side with lots of street food restaurants).

The room cleaning is once a week but i wouldnt say that is a problem because you can get clean bedsheets, towels and kitchen towels at any time.

5 mins (1 train stop) to the Amsterdam center. It's extremely convenient. 2 train stops (10 mins) to the airport. I was able to order breakfast , but it's convenient, because I could pay on the spot, and if I didn't feel like having breakfast, I didn't feel obligated to go because I've paid. Also the room was prepared for me and my boyfriend's anniversary, it was so lovely and sweet, they didn't have to, but it's an absolutely amazing touch additional 🤩 Honestly, I will recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely stay there next time I visit Amsterdam 💕

The location is the best thing about the hotel, Sloterdijk station is 3 min away on foot with direct trains to Schiphol (10 min) and Centraal (5 min). The kitchen is equipped with the basics and more, spacious fridge, even cooking a full meal is not a problem. Staff is very accommodating, we were allowed to check-in earlier than expected, no charge. Cleanliness is 9/10. Overall, the apartment looks practically new, very little wear & tear, the bathroom is spotless.

Minor things - 1) we were told the day when the room was going to be cleaned when we checked in - the cleaning happened a day earlier with no prior notice. 2) The pillows are way too high, really hard on the neck.

* Very good privacy. They clean the room only once a week and there is a possibility to ask to clean only when I'm present at the room. * Very good heating system. It was a very warm room, very comfortable and cosy. * Relatively big fridge and a freezer. That was crucial for me. It was a great stay, I enjoyed it. Everything is very comfortable and convenient for staying for long.

* The fire alarm system makes clicking/ticking noises every 60 seconds. These noises are not very loud, but it irritates a bit, especially when it's very quiet at nights. I wouldn't say it was too bad. Just minor inconvenience. In general, that's incredibly awesome apartment!

The staff were very helpful and very friendly. The room is decorated elegantly. The bed was comfortable. There are blockout curtains and no noise comes in from the outside. The kitchen is equipped well enough for a longer stay: small fridge, kettle, oven and microwave, stovetop, enough cutlery and dishes. The gym on the property is always clean and is equipped well enough with basic equipment. The location is super: close enough to the train station, busses, trams, and shops. Very easy to get around Amsterdam from here. Absolutely suitable for someone staying in Amsterdam for a few weeks for work!

easy checkin and nice reception staff. quiet location and good block out blinds for darkness. good kitchen and bathroom. 1 bed apartment was nice.

sofa bed for a sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on. i would have thought a proper sofa would be better as after a few nights it was not comfortable for relaxing after walking around. cleaners didn’t arrive on my cleaning day until nearly 5pm which is too late as I was back from being out. i asked them to return the next day when I was out but they didn’t, so I had to ask reception twice and the cleaning was two days late. bigger bowls for pasta please!

The reception staff were totally amazing. I am so impressed with their level of service. Other staff are also very friendly and helpful.

The self-catering kitchen is not well equipped. 1. There is no baking tray to cook things on when you put them in the oven. 2. There is no salt. It's such a small cost and easy detail. I am confused as to why this is not available. 3. No big bowl to make pasta or salad in. 4. A microwave would also be nice. The beds are so small. It's difficult to sleep because I feel like I'm going to fall off the bed. In my country even single beds are much wider.
