Awesome hotel, with perfect rooms, super clean, well equipped, very friendly staff. The room that we had has a living room with a confy sofa bed, a small kitchen fully equiped (latest kitchen appliances😉), a separate bedroom with a king size super comfortable bed, a huge bathroom (for accomodation in Europe😀). There were also laundry services, very easy to use by installing an app and top up with the desire amount. A supermarket was very close by. Getting to the city was just 6 min ride by train from Sloderjik Station whic was right across to the hotel. Definetely it is a highly recommended place to stay, as price, comfort and location are super top for the accomodation value for money in such an expensive city like Amsterdam😀

not enough dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, low internet speed, poor cleaning quality; also laundry costs 5.50€ but you only can top up the app for laundry minimum for 20€ and loose other money

Considering the room is hundreds of dollars per night it seemed petty that you only get a few coffee pods for the machine in your room and if you need more you’ll have to stand at the front desk and pay them like a couple of dollars for a few more or 60 cents each!! Seriously?

The location is the best thing about the hotel, Sloterdijk station is 3 min away on foot with direct trains to Schiphol (10 min) and Centraal (5 min). The kitchen is equipped with the basics and more, spacious fridge, even cooking a full meal is not a problem. Staff is very accommodating, we were allowed to check-in earlier than expected, no charge. Cleanliness is 9/10. Overall, the apartment looks practically new, very little wear & tear, the bathroom is spotless.

Minor things - 1) we were told the day when the room was going to be cleaned when we checked in - the cleaning happened a day earlier with no prior notice. 2) The pillows are way too high, really hard on the neck.

* Very good privacy. They clean the room only once a week and there is a possibility to ask to clean only when I'm present at the room. * Very good heating system. It was a very warm room, very comfortable and cosy. * Relatively big fridge and a freezer. That was crucial for me. It was a great stay, I enjoyed it. Everything is very comfortable and convenient for staying for long.

* The fire alarm system makes clicking/ticking noises every 60 seconds. These noises are not very loud, but it irritates a bit, especially when it's very quiet at nights. I wouldn't say it was too bad. Just minor inconvenience. In general, that's incredibly awesome apartment!

The staff were very helpful and very friendly. The room is decorated elegantly. The bed was comfortable. There are blockout curtains and no noise comes in from the outside. The kitchen is equipped well enough for a longer stay: small fridge, kettle, oven and microwave, stovetop, enough cutlery and dishes. The gym on the property is always clean and is equipped well enough with basic equipment. The location is super: close enough to the train station, busses, trams, and shops. Very easy to get around Amsterdam from here. Absolutely suitable for someone staying in Amsterdam for a few weeks for work!

easy checkin and nice reception staff. quiet location and good block out blinds for darkness. good kitchen and bathroom. 1 bed apartment was nice.

sofa bed for a sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on. i would have thought a proper sofa would be better as after a few nights it was not comfortable for relaxing after walking around. cleaners didn’t arrive on my cleaning day until nearly 5pm which is too late as I was back from being out. i asked them to return the next day when I was out but they didn’t, so I had to ask reception twice and the cleaning was two days late. bigger bowls for pasta please!

Quite area outside of the city center. 20 minutes tram line 19" to reach the center ring. The station is 3 minutes of walking distance. The towels soap and other disposable are free in a customer service room on each floor. Public parking ( near the bus station ) gate was broken so we save 4E per day :) Small but nice kitchen

Lack of basic kitchen amenities - To add more plates ... spoons etc ... it's very easy to make the stay comfortable Any way we can use the dishwasher , so it's strange to have only 3 spoons 4 plates and 4 cups for 3 person ? The bedroom mattress base on wheels ?? Very dark living room - not critical at all , but over the eating table one small headlamp it's very strange

Cozy Apartment, Close to all public transports, Comfy beds even the sofa bed.

The bathroom should have a hand soap dispenser instead of a soap bar, The dishes and utensils weren't as clean as i'd expected them to be.

The process was easy, and they even let us check in early!

Of course a complimentary breakfast would have been wonderful, but everything else was great.
