The property was closer to the Airport, provided decent Breakfast options, and the room was moderately spacious (we opted for Queen Room).

We were surprised to hear that there is a 5Euros extra payment for luggage storage, which we never experienced during our hotel stays in Europe!

I would prefer an ice box in the room the window did not make a tight fit, but that was not a big issue

The Breakfast was awesome and facilities were great! The receptionist named NATALI was great too, we arrived early and tired from a long haul but was able to give us a room when we checked in. Even the staffs not to mention their names in the breakfast area are nice making sure that foods are always filled and the area's clean especially the young boy named MARLON, he treats the guest like a family. T hotel was convenient to Schipol airport.

Limited choice of food at night so we went out for dinner somewhere. The lady receptionist when we came back from the tour on Oct 26, 2024 Saturday around 3:30pm. she look's like she don't like her work, not friendly and did not even smile unlike Natali.

Exceptional Service and Warm Hospitality at Hampton by Hilton Hoofddorp My wife Mabel and I (Errol Farro) have been staying at Hampton by Hilton in Hoofddorp for several years now, and each time we're reminded why we keep coming back. During our most recent visit, we arrived very early in the morning (around 8 AM), and the front desk staff - Tine and Natali went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Even though we hadn't checked in yet, they kindly offered us breakfast and arranged a secure space for our luggage. What truly stood out was their flexibility and kindness in offering us an early check-in for only €30 at 9am, which made our long travel day so much easier. Both Tine and Natali were exceptionally professional, helpful, and genuinely kind, making our stay all the more pleasant. The level of hospitality at this hotel is consistently outstanding, and the staff truly make you feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Amsterdam/Schiphol area. There is no longer a shuttle service between the airport and the hotel.

The hotel boasts an ideal location, just a short walk from the Schipphol Center and conveniently accessible by a 10-minute bus ride to JAA TO and 15 minutes taxi ride to the airport. The room I stayed in was comfortable, featuring standard amenities such as a cozy bed, a clean bathroom, and a spacious layout that made for a relaxing stay. While the breakfast offered a decent variety, it didn't quite impress; it was satisfactory but could benefit from more options and improved quality. However, the standout feature of this hotel was the staff, who were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Overall, it's a pleasant place to stay for travelers seeking convenience with a touch of hospitality. ☺️

I stayed at the hotel last weekend. Radu was a lovely person who made me feel very welcome. He was always polite and very respectful and helpful. It’s a great feeling when you get great customer service from the hotel team. Victor was also very lovely when I get back to the hotel in the middle of the night. Very chatty and friendly. Radu and Victor get a full five stars from me - and I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again because of their generosity and kindness. Best, Neil

Superb location. Close to Amsterdam and a few minutes to airport. Conveniently opposite railway station with frequent trains. Good sized and clean room. Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Evening meals nice and not over priced. Great if you're a keen train spotter!

Breakfast was rather disappointing; limited choice especially with cooked option (no bacon!). Could do with more staff at reception. One kept dashing between reception and serving at bar. Limited choice at small bar and not much good if you fancy a relaxing evening drink. Some aircraft noise, though that wasn't surprising.

The property was very clean and staff were friendly. I like that it’s right next to the train station as well so it’s very convenient. The breakfast is amazing😍 loved the fresh croissants!

The food the restaurant serves is not very nice, other than the breakfast they really need to relook at the menu especially if they want to attract more foreign people.

We needed a room close to the airport with easy access to the Keukenhof Gardens. The Hampton met our needs. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station which made getting to the airport fast and convenient. We took Lyft to the Gardens because we had an 8am entrance time. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious; pretty much what you'd expect as any Hampton by U.S. standards. Overall, a good choice

The breakfast eating area is adequate for the size of the crowds, but the actual buffet area is undersized causing crowding and lines. Best to go to breakfast as early as possible, however, be aware that tour groups stay here so they eat early as well.

Really convenient for Schiphol; the trains depart close to the hotel. Note that if you have a really early flight, there is no train but a bus, which is a bit further. Trains are also good for a day to Den Haag. The Staff is friendly, although some only speak bad English, which makes it harder to communicate. Breakfast is okay. Not really special, but enough.

Breakfast is placed in a small area, so it's hard to walk through when it's busy. Also pretty noisy. Not really a good way to start the day. No restaurants nearby. There was, but it's gone. There is a mall nearby, 15 minutes walk, with plenty of things to eat.
