Reading some of the other reviews prior to booking, I was struck how many people rate a 3star hotel by 5star standards. This all new hotel offers more than basic facilities. I Booked the cheapest room in the house (no window) and was pleasantly surprised. Bland in style. but rational, comfortable , and very, very clean. Good bed, decent Wifi and a well finished bath room. What else can you look for? Free parking, working coffee machine other beverages to buy from a vending machine. Quite good taking the type of hotel into consideration. Paid breakfast offers what it needs to offer, the eggs were warm and freshly boiled. Friendly staff too. Taking the location in consideration you are best off with a car. Perfectly suited to discover the Amsterdam area and the rest of Holland.

Bed pillows are not very comfortable and there is no other selection of pillows available. A matter of taste and or manners: Lobby is being used by guests doing work related conference calls out loud and that was deemed perfectly normal in 2024 by the reception. I beg to disagree but it's what you can expect, when it's not in the hotel list of house rules as displayed in the room. Tip: create a workcafe for digital nomads, workaholics and people wanting to share company secrecies. Lets keep the private private, otherwise hotel doors would be made of clear glass worldwide...

This is really high level hotel and we loved to stay here. It’s just 30 min drive to Amsterdam and around 5-10 to the airport, so it’s perfect for travellers and anyone who is exploring Amsterdam. It’s especially good that they provide free parking if you travelling by car. What I liked the most it’s how clean and cozy room. The design is also really modern and stylish, everything is digitalised and even if you need a room service you can just press a button. We had great experiences communicating with personal as well.

We generally liked everything, but I believe it might be not extremely comfortable for travelers who wants explore Amsterdam and uses public transportation. But it’s just an assumption, we didn’t try this option. Hotel itself is great

OZO is a bit of an airport hotel, a bit of a business hotel and delivers what it promises. We booked the suite which comes with a squeaky clean bath tub in the bedroom, but the overall room design is still that of a business suite. The onsite restaurant is beautiful, as is the whole place, which is rather new. Free parking, which is a rarity even in fringe Amsterdam.

Small things: Breakfast was way expensive for what it is; No complimentary airport shuttle; Sound proofing is a bit of an issue. Out room overlooked the parking lot where tour buses were picking up guests rather early in the morning. We got unlucky with big groups of rather inconsiderate and disrespectful Indians who were shouting like crazy under our window and woke us up every morning. First time we genuinely thought there is a fight going on. Turned out they were taking a group picture...

We like the new hotel building, it is in between offices compound located. During daylight, a lot of activities at the offices surroundings. Car parking if free at the moment, not sure if this will be the same in 2025 when the restaurant is open. Hotel location is truly nice, and quiet. Public transportation is 15 minutes walking distance to the train station and bus stop 340, 341 and N(ight bus)397. All rooms are having very nice firm mattresses and spacious bathroom! There is a coffee machine in the lobby free for hotel guests and an automated snack machine as well from Ah to go selections. The Asian lady receptionist during check-in and check-out is charming, and very kind and informative about the hotel and surroundings. The male receptionists are helpful too.

Unfortunately, none shops/vendors to find near this nice hotel area. At evening hours it will be very quiet here, no peoples walking around totally abandon location! Breakfast assortment is too basic for the price of 17.50 euro per person. Not much fresh fruit selections available. Our room doesn't have a water cooker, which is handy for cups noodles, instant soups or just making tea/coffee.

The hotel was very very clean and rooms look new and clean toilets. Staff was friendly but when asked questions, they didnt know much. Location depends on type of stay, for me it was perfect as i wanted to be close to the airport and park a car which was free. Hoofddorp town centre was only 5 min drive. I didnt take train so cant comment. Bed was comfortable and cosy. Nice and warm water for shower and temperature was warm in the room too.

Breakfast was below basic, all i would have wanted was some freshly made eggs, hash browns, etc. Only 2 types of eggs, bland scrambled eggs and cold boiled eggs, no other option of eggs. Rest they didnt have a huge variety considering they normally charge €15. First day they had flavoured yogurts, which were no where to be seen the second day. No goodies in the room like slippers, dental kit, iron, kettle, etc. They had coffee machine in the lobby for anyone to use but had no milk for tea. If you were walking there are not a lot of food options near the hotel. It is in a very quiet place

I had an amazing stay at Ozo. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of my visit was perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Big plus for a TV and fridge :) The hotel’s location was nice, making it easy to explore the Amsterdam by the train. I also appreciated the excellent customer service—every request was met with a smile! I highly recommend [Hotel Name] to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. This is a very convenient place if you travel by car or if you want to stay outside town but not far away, or as in my case if you need to spend a night between flights. The public transportation makes this area very well connected. There is access to busses and train that takes you from and to airport as well as to the city center with ease. The location is very good for these options. The hotel itself is very well organized and functional, and so are the rooms. The necessary things are there, it is minimal but very functional. Everything works well, bathroom, light, water, TV, etc. The beds are comfortable, the sheets are clean and soft (don't laugh but these things can not be taken for granted always). The stuff is what makes the difference. Even for a hotel which is rather functional for work travel what stands out is the attention you receive from people who you meet there. And this was outstanding. Thank you!

Well in general it is rather common in Holland to have steep and narrow stairs, so was the case in this hotel. It doesn't really matter, since there are at least 2 elevators, but it is somewhat unusual compared with other countries.

Everything was extremely clean and welcoming. We loved our stay here. The breakfast was good, and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff overseeing the breakfast area was rude to us, even though we arrived before the 10:00 AM cutoff. By the time we had almost finished serving ourselves, it was 10:02, and a staff member abruptly told us that breakfast was no longer available. His tone was unnecessarily harsh and made us feel very unwelcome. What should have been a pleasant breakfast turned out very uncomfortable.

Since I came for business, I chose a high-rated place closest to the company. Cleanliness, wifi speed and location were very good for me. The staff were always smiling and not only the rooms but also the common areas and lobby of the hotel were very clean. The free coffee and tea machine was also very well thought out, it was a great gesture to be able to drink hot tea as soon as you check in in the cold of Amsterdam.

I had breakfast twice during my stay. I think there could be a bit more variety but everything was delicious.
