- Some halls had a bad smell - Dealing with the room temperature was not practical - You don't receive back your deposit after check out so you leave without knowing if it will be returned or not.

Clean room and friendly stuff

I know a bit silly but I would have liked if the kitchen had salt and maybe more bigger cups for example? It was equiped with the bare minimum, which was good enough but if there was a little bit more livable for our longer stay of 4 people would have been great. You do not realise you need something until you need it to use it really

Location. Lots of supermarkets around. A little far away from the center - about 30 - 40 min. But the good thing is train/bus stations just around the corner. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

I wish I could have some kind of (in-house) casual sandal / flip-flops so that we didn't have to put my feet into our business shoes whenever I wanted to go out - for a smoke, for example. Second thing: I wish the Lucia's restaurant downstairs could have more choices on the menu. Although, the food are great!

Nice location near to many supermarkets Halal foods, the apartment has everything you need and many transportation stations are right next the property. We definitely return there when back again to Amsterdam

Paid Laundry service, the lamps of the dining table is very near to heads so each time it’s headed me on eyes.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking and daily life. The towel change service was great, and we also appreciated the garbage collection — both were done on time and made our stay easier. Overall, the experience was very positive. The place felt peaceful, safe, and well taken care of — and that’s something we truly value. We’d be happy to come back. Thanks again!

We stayed in apartment 703, and one thing we noticed is that the air conditioning didn’t cool all the rooms evenly. Some areas felt too warm while others were a bit too cold, so it was a bit unbalanced. Also, there was no broom or dustpan in the apartment, which would have been useful to keep the place clean during our stay — it’s a small detail, but worth mentioning.

This apartment hotel was wonderful and fantastic for a family stay. The apartment was extremely comfortable with plenty of space, including a beautiful balcony overlook. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and responsive. They are eager to assist travelers and make your stay the best it can be. The location was perfect for a tram stop and access to parks. The hotel restaurant (and the next door Turkish restaurant) are a must-try. It’s a beautiful sit-out restaurant with blankets and table heaters for a cool night. The breakfast is worth it!

The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom. The shower was hot with great water pressure. But unfortunately the bathroom didn’t have ventilation. It was very damp due to the open shower, so water was alway pooling on the floor creating a dampness. Something we have to be careful about with allergies.

I had a very positive stay at Cityden Bolo District Apartments. The staff was proactive and informed me about an air conditioning issue before check-in, offering an alternative room – which I really appreciated. The apartment itself was comfortable, with a great bed and a well-equipped kitchen. I also liked the possibility to rent a bike and the convenient parking nearby. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.

The building is located a bit far from the city center, but its proximity to the highway made it convenient for travel, and the thick windows ensured that no traffic noise was heard inside.

The place is beautiful with a gorgeous little park right in front of it. The room is clean, has plenty of space and is very comfortable. The team did an excellent job with everything and the bar/café at the entrance are pleasant, with good options.

The place isn't as close to the center as other areas with similar prices, but it was still worth it. It's a bit too strict about smoking (there's a rule you can't even stay close to the front). Can be occasionally a bit too pricey (they charge for adapters!) but tolerable.

Really spacious apartment. The apartment also has AC, which is super useful to maintain humidity and good airflow in the room. Location is okay, there are plenty of reasonably-priced food options nearby and a few medium sized supermarkets nearby (albert heijn, etc). The kitchen has all the utensils, even though it lacks in basic cooking stuffs. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was fast and stable, didn't have any problems with it whatsoever.

Shower room was a bit small. The kitchen does not have all the basic for cooking (salt, pepper, oil). There's no bedside table, which means that our charging phones are on the actual bed when we were sleeping. Gym was very small and has minimal equipments.

The size of the one bedroom apartment was good and our family of 5, with three large teens was fine there. The kitchen was great bc we were able to cook simple meals. Grocery store around the corner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was 45 minute walking distance to the Anne Frank house. But we bought a bus pass and could easily take a bus to the central station... they ran every 10-15 minutes from around the corner and the staff helped me figure all of that out. I liked the location bc it was quieter and far less busy than the central tourist areas. We felt like we were in "real" Amsterdam rather than with all of the tourists.

The mattresses were not quite as firm as we like and the pillows too fluffy. The shower lacked water pressure. The cushions on the couch kept sliding off. I wish they would have provided a few more cleaning supplies since we only stayed two nights... not long enough to warrant buying our own supplies, but long enough that we ran out of dishwashing soap and had too many crumbs on the floor...from messy kids eating.
