Location was very close to the tram which went directly into the city centre, and the bed was quite comfortable. Check-in was very easy as well.

We booked a room with a kitchenette because we were hoping to cook some of our meals instead of eating out for every meal, but there were no cooking utensils/plates/cutlery, etc. except for 2 small glasses. We wouldn’t have bothered booking a room with a kitchenette if we knew we’d have no way to use it.

Was a great place with great customer service ,they were always glad to lend a helping hand when it came to recommending places to eat or explore. Also just really nice people and some tasty food as well.

The only things I had a problem with during our stay was more room issues ,our shower would flood the floor if we took a shower any longer then ten mins ,so we had to make them short and sweet. Also the room gets uncomfortably hot during the day and is also uncomfortable trying to sleep in during the night. We were on vacation so I wasn’t trying to put a damper on our trip with the little things but yeah other then that great stay.

The staff are lovely. The cleaner was friendly, polite, always smiled and working hard every time I saw her. The staff at the cafe downstairs were polite and friendly as-well, they made us feel very welcome ☺️ Upon checking out we left our luggage with staff who put our suitcases in a safe room with a tag and gave us a ticket to hand back over when we were ready to pick them up again to go home which reassured me that our luggage was secure and wouldn’t go missing. The gym is a great addition to the stay, has a bit of everything you need in there (gym matts, weights, running machines, interactive workouts you can follow on screen etc). Everyone was cleaning equipment after use which was nice to see. It was never very busy, max 3-4 people in there from my experience. I really enjoyed the food we had. We had a pizza, and a couple different baguettes while staying here that I found tasty and satisfying. The hot chocolate with pistachio sauce and whipped cream was chefs kiss, I highly recommend having that! You can choose to scan the QR code at your table to order food and drinks, however they had issues with their system so it hadn’t updated letting us know some things were out of stock which we’d already paid for. This was made up to me though with a choice of sweet treat which was technically worth more than the discrepancy, and the lady was helpful and understanding. I would make sure you do ask if there is anything unavailable after ordering though as it wasn’t until I asked about how the app would refund the unavailable items, that I was told to ask at reception about what they could do or I could have something from the cake counter (which is the option I chose). To her credit, they are busy and once mentioned she was quick to resolve the issue. I loved the location. There is a lovely place called Boes & Beis that serve cooked breakfasts and pancakes which were nice and it’s just a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel staff is welcoming and friendly. There is a cafe-bar and a convenient reception desk in the lobby. Free billiards and table tennis, free gym. The room has a large comfortable bed, daily cleaning of the room, change of linen and renewal of coffee capsules, tea bags and bottles of water, there is climate control, a kitchen with a refrigerator.

The problem with kitchen utensils is that they simply aren't there, and also, when you leave the hotel, there's nowhere to go, you have to take the tram or metro only to the city center. And that's about half an hour there and half an hour back.

Overall had a great experience at the social hub. The checkin and check out process was all self serviced however they do have receptionists at the desk 24/7. The vibe gives off a student campus dormitory and is very high tech, eco friendly and secure. It’s a 25min tram ride into the city centre however we found it better to hire bikes from the property and get around that way. It’s about a 20min bike ride into the city centre and everyone uses bicycles as a main mode of transport. The room was bigger than expected, it had all the essentials, and was clean. The demographic is definitely catered to young people with little study nooks, a cafe on site, pool tables, vending machines, laundry facilities, quiet rooms, lounges etc.

Wish it had a mini fridge.

A fantastic stay with a welcoming atmosphere! The staff is exceptionally kind, attentive, and always smiling, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel has a lively ambiance, mainly attracting young people under 30 (mostly students), which adds to the relaxed and stress-free environment. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The parking system is convenient, although it seems you pay a full 24 hours regardless of whether you stay 12 or 24 hours. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, but even if you don’t opt for it, the bar offers excellent coffee along with a variety of sweet and savory treats. There is also a coffee machine and kettle in the room, but I genuinely recommend enjoying your coffee in the cozy café area. Would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and refreshing stay!

Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the amenities were great. The only thing I found slightly inconvenient was that the windows couldn’t be opened for ventilation, and the noise from the air vents—both outside and in the bathroom—was quite noticeable. However, these are minor details that can easily be overlooked and wouldn’t stop me from returning to this accommodation. I would still highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

breakfast, games downstairs, soundproofing, everything!

the fact that kitchen utensils were not in the apartment, apparently we should have asked for them, but we realized that only after 3 days of staying... so, in addition to the fact that we paid more for a unit with a kitchen (that we didn't use), we also paid for the breakfast every day.. it turned out to be more expensive... I think it would be fine if the utensils came with the apartment... or at least that the staff brought the utensils to the apartment right after check in. Or at least mentioned it in person.

The warm caring welcome I received from the staff was wonderful. I stayed there on my own as my mum fell and broke her leg on a cruise ship and had to have an operation in the OLVG hospital across the street. The staff were friendly and helpful and really looked after me as I was on my own in a different country to my own and was really worried about my mum . My room was warm and comfortable and the housekeeper was very friendly and did an excellent job servicing my room. The chef Martin is lovely, really friendly and helpful and the food was good with a wide choice available

No drawers in my Deluxe Queen room to store clothes

Here is very very nice hotel indeed. You can do your check in by yourself but if you wish you can get help from the crew. In general: This place is especially for young people ( or people who think that they are young:) you can stay, organize a meeting (business meeting), play table games or billardo or table tennis too. Location: tramway 13 station is immediate vicinity of the hotel. Also you can transfer to the sprinter which goes to the airport ( you can transfer at Lelylaan station) also you can go other cities in Netherlands by using the sprinter. Arriving to the center by tram13 takes 25 minutes at most. That tram13 also goes to the amsterdam centraal station as well. Room: everything is in order. Rooms are clean, rooms are in standard area. Nespresso coffee machine and 4 capsules are free (and for encouraging of safe sex, two condoms are also there :) the bed was perfect, indeed. All in all,we loved that place and will be our next choice again.

Rooms are heared at most 24 celcius. It was not too cold (as you guessed that we were there in winter - Jan 9 - 12.) but we would prefer a a bit warmer place.

It was very clean and lively. Vibes were great and I felt safe as a solo traveller. Location is good since it's right next to the metro and the staff all spoke English and very helpful and friendly.

I think there are other students living in the building so at times it can get crazy crowded especially the lounge area. I lost my personal coffee mug. And the lightning in the bathrooms are not good at all. It's too dim to apply make up. Room service comes at odd times but they always do a great job of cleaning and tidying up everyday.
