The apartment is wonderful and has everything you need: from a hairdryer to various baking dishes (if you prefer to cook for yourself). Hanni is a great host - she will give you a detailed tour, recommend her favorite places, and answer any question you have. It was very nice to meet her and very sad to say goodbye. For some, the downside might be that the apartment is far from the city center, but for us, this was an advantage because we wanted to explore Amsterdam not just as a place for entertainment and travel, but as a city where people actually LIVE. It was always interesting to ride the tram or bus and observe the different residential areas.

Everything was perfect. It is a fantastic apartment and in a quiet neighbourhood with supermarkets and public transport close by. It’s only a bus ride to the city centre. Hannie was a warm and friendly host and welcome us with a lot of food and it was so welcome after our long flight over. I highly recommend it. Thank you Hannie!

What a fantastic studio apartment! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s well-furnished, comfortable and has some excellent touches. Hannie and Sipke are excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Location is in a lovely quiet suburb of Amsterdam and a trip into the centre takes about 25 minutes on the nearby tram. This was exactly what we expected and it was brilliant. We would love to stay here again.

Our stay was perfect and we would definitely recommend this b&b! Hannie is a very kind and lovely host. The b&b is extremely clean and well-equipped and was perfect for our short holiday. The neighbourhood was peaceful and it was really easy to get to the centre by a bus. We would have loved to stay longer! :)

Kitchen utensils were sufficient. Host Hannie was friendly, polite and helpful. Getting to the center of Amsterdam by tram was easy. There were too many trees around. The fact that it is a green area and that there is a lot of oxygen made us happy. It was also very close to the markets.

The apartment is fantastic. The place is practical and we had everything we needed (and more!). It's super clean and well-organized. There are many public transport options around the area, as well as restaurants and supermarkets. It's in a quiet and relaxing neighbourhood too. Hannie is one of the warmest hosts we've met so far. Everything she did is super thoughtful and generous.

Our host was very kind and helpful with us, the room and the bed was super comfortable. We can reach the city centre with only one bus, so we recommend the accomodation for everybody.

It was quite far away, but we knew this already when we booked this apartment. The room was constantly cold for me, that's the only thing.

We have had a fabulous time staying in Hannie’s property. We were welcome with complementary drinks and amazing bouquet of tulips. The apartment is absolutely amazing. very well equipped in high end utilities. The electric bed was definitely a great attribute. The kitchen area had everything you can imagine to make you feel very homely. There was enough food for breakfast to last us the whole trip. The bathroom had very luxurious touches, like the mirror and the ceiling shower. The apartment had very lovely atmosphere, and you could see that Hannie has put a lot of character and love into the apartment. The decorations and elegant touches are not to be missed. There is plenty buses, and trams to get you anywhere you need to go and the public transport is around 25 min away from the busy centre/ main square. We enjoyed it very much and we are going to recommend the apartment to all our friends.

Very cosy with all the facilities, feels like home. Bohemian and beautiful landscape, many flowers, birds and rabbits ìn neighbourhood.

Sometimes, the sound of the planes passing through the buildings, but is just during the day. Nights are quiet.
