I have to travel though Schipol several times a year on long hauls and usually have to spend a night before my flight back home so I have stayed in almost all hotels in the area and the Sheraton its simply the best. Its worth the extra money to not having to take a shuttle and having access to the airport allows you to have more dining options and purchasing gifts with no pressure.

Age 91, hobbling along solo with a cane, your hotel was my last stay after ten days touring in the UK and Netherlands. It could not have been a more delightful culmination

The hotel is lovely and the receptionists are great. It us clean and quiet, with comfy beds. Rooms look nice. Price I paid per night was around 300 dollars and I stayed 2 nights due to a flight cancelation and rebooking. Nice building right at the airport ... 100 m walk on a ramp that is accessible to all. Elegant halls and clear glass elevators. Several floors. All sparkle.

The restaurants are bad. I paid 22 euro for a hog dog under the wrong description. It said sausage with relish and sauerkraut. It had nothing to do .. it was a plain hot dog of lowest quality, a frank with ketchup on a small baguette. Waiters are nice. The chef should be fired. Way overpriced for small portions of really bad food.

40 euros for breakfast is just not to be justified

Just an overnight stay , room was a reasonable size and was very comfortable with black out curtains.. Great there was a decent coffee machine on each level complementary..

We checked in early our room wasn’t ready, so the girl offered us to upgrade for a room which was ready , we declined and asked if we could just drop our luggage in storage, yes she replied but suddenly there was a room ready .. I really don’t like this upsell style which is happening regularly these days ..

This is one of my favorite airport hotels - it is super close to the terminal at Schipol, you don't even have to go outside. It is super clean and there is an array of restaurants and bars that feel surprisingly lively for an airport hotel. The rates are usually good (unlike the Sheraton in Charles de Gaulle).

The pillows are not that great - they were extremely thin and insubstantial. Sometimes check in takes a while here as there are long lines. Staff is very nice, however. There is only instant coffee in the room and the coffee machines in the hallways often do not seem to work.

Excellent hotel practically at the terminal. Very easy to reach. Luxurious atmosphere. Very good complimentary toiletries. Good view to the airport. Spacious room and nice furniture. The electric kettle in the wardrobe was a creative idea and cute but a coffee machine would be better.

The price is quite high although for this location there was nothing cheaper. The mini bar option at the lobby area was a good idea but the variety of salty things was very limited. Perhaps, sandwiches and salthy sticks could be added. Also, the fresh fruits were only green apples. I would appreciate also red apples, oranges, mandarines, and/or bananas. Complimentary slippers and shoe-cleaning tissues would be nice additions to the room.

Great location, friendly check-in, wonderful and comfortable room, and due to my mobility issues, very, very convenient for my travels ! I stayed there last year when I came to Europe ( with a bit nicer room), but due to arriving very early thanks to the airlines, I was given an immediate room and had a beautiful sleep in your so comfortable bed with warm delicious linens. I'm planning on returning on my way out of Europe, and will come back next year as well. A marvelous hotel accommodation!

I could hear noises from the next rooms, there were not enough channels of English on your TV. And I missed you so comfortable bathrobes to lounge in. That's about it.

Spacious, well-appointed room with a few flaws, but overall very satisfactory. Convenient location along the concourse between airport proper and the parking lots. However, the hotel should be more proactive about instructing guests on how to find it, to avoid undue anxiety since the airport signage is sparse.

Most TV channels were inoperative. Lacked a refrigerator (but there is an ice machine in the snack store on main floor). Hamburger at restaurant was dry and tasteless - the property needs to find a patty supplier that understands what a hamburger is about (and it’s not extra-lean sirloin).
