The hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable. Relatively close to transport options and next to a small super market. The neighbourhood was quiet but unexceptional. The location was good for my purpose, visiting family.

The staff, particularly the evening staff need more training or experienced personnel. The power went out in my room, only my room, and they had no idea at all with how to solve the problem, which was obviously a fuse or broken breaker. Their repeated suggestion of "put the card in at the door" did not go down well, they came across as patronizing then frankly stupid. Finally a technician was found, who took less than two minutes to fix the problem.

The reception staff was really helpful and pleasant. I appeciated surroundings of the hotel near canals and park without noises from the traffic. There is a supermarket just on the corner to buy breakfast or other things. Even though the hotel is not situated in the city centre, it was easy to travel by public transport and it felt to be save during dark evening. I did not opt for a breakfast since vegan options were truly limited. I would recommend the hotel for anyone who would love to explore vibrant centre of Amsterdam with commuting back to a quiet suburbs.

After check-in, we found out the fridge in the room did not work. However, the staff acted immediately and after trying to repair it, they offered us transfer to another room or let us use a fridge in the kitchen. The second day the fridge was repaired. For the sake of comfort, I would appreciate to have replaced a hair dryer which is old and not effective. The phone in our room did not work. In the evening and night, we heard a bit noise from the other rooms. Also, I would consider putting a carpet in the room. The room and the common area of the hotel was not perfectly clean, the hotel would need to have a renovation. Overall, it did not influenced negativelly our stay.

Didnt liked light in bathroom. Just couldnt see yourself how very strong light on mirror is. Also didnt liked glass door in bathroom. Doesnt gives you privacy.

A two room stay. The hotel is in a quite location with good sized rooms and comfortable beds. The rooms also had AC, a fridge and a safe which is helpful. The reception staff are helpful and friendly, happy to provide assistance when needed/asked. Food/drinks are available at the hotel (we didn't use so unable to provide review). There are a few restaurants nearby but facilities are limited in the area. There is also a small supermarket opposite the hotel. Journey to the city is approximately 40 minutes by tram which is itself less than 10 minutes walk away.

It was a bit disappointing that there were no USB ports for charging in the rooms.

We liked big comfy beds and space in the roon the whole hotel is very stylish The pizza place next to Spare is very good

Hard pillows, coffee machine didn't work, dust on bed board (lots someone draw a face on it...) Staff didn't know directions and told us to use Google... Location was the biggest issue, the tram bus stop is good 15/20 min walking distance and not in clear direct line... We ended up walking through park. We used taxi to go back to the airport as buses seem to be going each 30 min apart, so could risk to be in huge rush... Not good for a family with small kids (unless you are using taxi)

It was in a quieter location in Amsterdam, a bit further away from public transport (abt 10-15 mins walking to Henk Sneevlietweg metro station and bus stop Antwerpenbaan). The building was really beautiful and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, especially for the little money we had to pay. I felt totally safe in the hotel as well. Room cleaning was done everyday, and there were lots of facilities. There’s also a little supermarket called Spar near the hotel where you can get some fresh stuff like baked bread. You can easily get to the city centre by public transport. The hotel had a peaceful quiet vibe, but not unwelcoming.

Bed was huge and unbelievably comfortable. Panda Teddy was given to my daughter on arrival, which was a lovely gesture. Food in the hotel bar/restaurant was fantastic. Decor was fab and the shower was great. Lots of hot water available and the bathroom floor was heated, which was lovely. Room was lovely and warm. No issue with providing a cot for my daughter. Rang a taxi for us to get back to the airport and it was there in about 5 minutes.

It would have been nicer to be slightly closer to a tram stop, about 8 minute walk.

Inside, the building is lovely and clean. You can buy snacks in the lobby, there's a restaurant and good lifts. The room was the kind of size I would expect. The bed was very comfy and there were lots of draws and cupboards. Bathroom was really clean and had a great shower with good pressure. Coffee machine with coffee pods were provided. Not the best coffee but so much better than instant!

It is 45 minutes into the centre. This is obvious from searching on a map and the distance shown on the advert.

Thank you team Artemis for ensuring my stay is comfortable, cosy and clean. I especially loved the mattress and how soft the bed was with many pillows 😍 It’s easily accessible taking a shuttle bus from the metro station Henk Sneevlietweg and the walk is also around 10 minutes. The hotel has all the facilities that you might need to make you feel at home especially when it comes to trinkets in the bathroom. Thank you to Andra and Yasmine in the reception for being so helpful and professional with anything I needed😍
