The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. The room is very spacious and neat. The hotel is situated near a tram stop ( 8 min walking). Moving around is very easy. We enjoyed the swimming pool ( very big than in most hotels) and tbe skyviewbar.

The bathroom door is made of glass and there is also a big window that you can see inside the batbroom. Thus, there is bo privacy if you are staying with friends or family. I told this during the check out and the acertain that they have bathrooms with more privacy. If you plan to stay there and you are staying with friends and/or family you can ask a bathroom with more privacy ( if you like that)

The beds were really comfortable, the room clean, the rooftop bar was very cool and the staff was exceptionally friendly. I would highly recommend the hotel.

The neighborhood that you have to walk through to get to/from the Lelylaan Station from the hotel doesn't feel safe. I would have felt unsafe if I was alone or if it was dark. Once you are in close proximity to the hotel the surroundings look safe.

Check-in was easy and a glass of prosecco was provided. We also managed to use the pool and rented bikes from the hotel, these were easy to use and reasonably priced. They also had a few games in reception, these were good fun while waiting for the rest of our party in the morning. We easily got the tram to and from the centre of town, which was easy and cheap.

The Sauna was nude only and was 5 euros each, this was not made apparent to us before hand, was only made aware upon check-out. The bathrooms in each room had a fully glass door, meaning that you could see straight from the bed to whoever was in the shower. This was fine for us but if you were travelling with a friend, might not be as suitable.

Property is very stylish, lovely lobby & the pool area is great too. Roof top bar is fabulous! Bed is very comfortable, bathroom lovely and food from the restaurant was delicious. staff are lovely, very helpful in arranging tram tickets, recommendations and a lovely welcome gift on arrival for our anniversary Location: easy to get into city centre, tram 1 or 17 is 5 min walk away. Really easy to get to from the airport via train and then 10 minute walk would definitely stay again

Better attention needed to cleaning.. behind curtains on the wooden window ledge very dusty and dirty. Marks on walls & carpets I always strip the bedding off before leaving … unfortunately when I did this I discovered many dark brown hairs on the mattress protector & stains. On the duvet itself we’re many stains/marks of a variety of colours 🤢 In room coffee tray would benefit from larger, earthenware cups rather than disposable coffee cups which are too small and can’t be recycled.

Hotel decor was fashion. Quiet location. Reasonable distance from airport. 25 to 20 minutes Tram ride away from city centre. Two different Tram routes within walking distance. Room was very clean. Bathroom was clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Able to buy Tram tickets at hotel. Free Baggage storage available while we travelled to Belgium. Able to use Wellness centre after checkout while waiting for ongoing flight. Free use of umbrellas.

Not as close to center of city as we would have liked. Not as much choice of restaurants near hotel as we would have liked. Closest Tram was 200/300 yards from hotel.

Food was great, staff are all very lovely which you don’t see often, the hotel is clean and comfortable and my room came with a bath as requested. They add you to a WhatsApp chat when you book and I’m not sure if it’s AI or a member of staff, or maybe both? But anyway it’s incredibly helpful I asked hotel questions like how to order room service, but also how to use the tram etc. Spa was fantastic and relaxing, Nikol did a wonderful job and my skin is glowing :)

Takes a short tram into the centre there’s not much in the immediate area. Loud drunk americans shouting in the hallway but reception came right up and gave a stern word to. A little rundown in places but nothing major!

Excellent facilities, huge comfy bed (probably one of the best nights sleeps I’ve had in a hotel, and usually I struggle) nice soundproof rooms, lovely swimming pool area, nice bar area, staff very helpful and spoken, great touch with the coffee machine, free water bottles, housekeeping fantastic, and loved that they gave us a drink voucher as it was my partners 30th birthday :)

See-through bathrooms! I went with my partner but I still think bathrooms should be private. I think you’d avoid a lot of the negative feedback by just making the bathrooms private. I did ask for a room with no see-through door but they had separate beds… I also get up much earlier than my boyfriend so it meant that the light from the bathroom went all through the room so that wasn’t great. luckily it ended up not bothering me too much but I just don’t see the point in it.

My partner and I spent few days in Westcord Fashion hotel to celebrate our anniversary this week as it was our first time in Amsterdam. When we arrived at the hotel, we were impressed with the beautiful designs, friendly and attentive staff. This hotel is so classy! When we entered our room, there was a bottle of Prosecco and a Card from the hotel wishing us a happy anniversary which was so unexpected but we really appreciate their kindness and gesture (thanks again guys). I wish I can give this hotel 10 stars. We will definitely be back very very soon. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is great, wide selection of fresh breads beverage - orange and apple juice, coffee machine; hot food counter - bacon, sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes; on duty chef prepares eggs sunny side up, omelette, scrambled per guests orders; four varieties of yoghurts, cheese and cold cuts counter. The room is functional and cosy - toilet is separate from bathroom (standalone shower and bathtub). Bed is comfortable with two big fluffy pillows for each person.

We had to check out and go home.

Lovely clean and sharp rooms. Me and my partner had a lovely bed that was very comfortable. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay we really enjoyed it thankyou

Nit picking really as the hotel was excellent value for money but we found the layout of the toilet a bit strange as it’s a separate room from the bathroom and also there the glass door being your only privacy in the shower was a bit of a strange idea although not an issue for me and my partner I’d imagine being on full view of who ever else is in the room while in the shower may be an issue for some guests
