The hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable. Relatively close to transport options and next to a small super market. The neighbourhood was quiet but unexceptional. The location was good for my purpose, visiting family.

The staff, particularly the evening staff need more training or experienced personnel. The power went out in my room, only my room, and they had no idea at all with how to solve the problem, which was obviously a fuse or broken breaker. Their repeated suggestion of "put the card in at the door" did not go down well, they came across as patronizing then frankly stupid. Finally a technician was found, who took less than two minutes to fix the problem.

The reception staff was really helpful and pleasant. I appeciated surroundings of the hotel near canals and park without noises from the traffic. There is a supermarket just on the corner to buy breakfast or other things. Even though the hotel is not situated in the city centre, it was easy to travel by public transport and it felt to be save during dark evening. I did not opt for a breakfast since vegan options were truly limited. I would recommend the hotel for anyone who would love to explore vibrant centre of Amsterdam with commuting back to a quiet suburbs.

After check-in, we found out the fridge in the room did not work. However, the staff acted immediately and after trying to repair it, they offered us transfer to another room or let us use a fridge in the kitchen. The second day the fridge was repaired. For the sake of comfort, I would appreciate to have replaced a hair dryer which is old and not effective. The phone in our room did not work. In the evening and night, we heard a bit noise from the other rooms. Also, I would consider putting a carpet in the room. The room and the common area of the hotel was not perfectly clean, the hotel would need to have a renovation. Overall, it did not influenced negativelly our stay.

Self check in was easy with staff on hand to help if needed. The room was lovely and clean. There were tea & coffee making facilities and a mini fridge in the room. There is a Spar shop just outside the hotel which sells anything you might need, and a small self-service shop area in the hotel lobby. The restaurant and bar area is nice, with a lovely outside seating area. There is a lot of choice at breakfast. We had a really nice meal in the restaurant on our first evening. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The tram stop is a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and the tram to Amsterdam central takes around 30 minutes. Trams are every 10 minutes or so, and you can tap on and off with your bank card.

Space for clothes could be slightly better, with more coat hangers.

I had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful, which made a good impression right from the start. I also appreciated the 24/7 mini shop in the lobby — it was very convenient, especially late at night. The location is quite good as well, with some nice spots nearby.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to reach the hotel directly from the airport by public transport without transfers, though a taxi is a reasonably priced alternative. The beds were very high and moved a lot — the mattress kept sliding off during the night, which was a bit uncomfortable. Also, I’m not a fan of bathrooms where the toilet door doesn’t close tightly — I would have preferred more privacy.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, yet still close to Schiphol airport, and the city center can be also reached within 30-40 minutes even with public transport. The hotel’s building is amazing, minimal but great attention to detail. They used a lot of natural materials and colours which make it welcoming and comfortable. You find everything you could need for a problem free stay.(everything included and functional as described by the hotel) One, if not the best thing about the hotel regarding the structure of it is the water terrace. It is very beautiful, set up with mood lighting for unforgettable evenings, surrounded with green environment and beautiful wild life (birds, fish etc) It creates the perfect atmosphere to enjoy quality moments with friends and loved ones. The checkin/checkout process is automised, but should you have any problem or further questions the staff is ready to help 24/7

While its in a very good location overall, if you plan to rely mainly on public transport calculate with a good 10-15 minute walk in the beginning and at the end of your journeys, as the nearest bus / train / subway stops are a little far on foot. (By default nothing challenging, and you can walk through a nice park area)

A two room stay. The hotel is in a quite location with good sized rooms and comfortable beds. The rooms also had AC, a fridge and a safe which is helpful. The reception staff are helpful and friendly, happy to provide assistance when needed/asked. Food/drinks are available at the hotel (we didn't use so unable to provide review). There are a few restaurants nearby but facilities are limited in the area. There is also a small supermarket opposite the hotel. Journey to the city is approximately 40 minutes by tram which is itself less than 10 minutes walk away.

It was a bit disappointing that there were no USB ports for charging in the rooms.

Nice and stylish breakfast area The food was delicious Cozy terrace for dining outside with lovely pond with ducks, that was so cute. Location is little bit far away from center, there is a tram N2, station is 10 min walking from hotel Supermarket spar next to the hotel, that is very convinient

Cleaning services its could be better, it was dust in many places in the room, I requested for cleaning a room after 3 days of my stay, and nothing changed...just they did a bed and towels, dust stayed in the same places My room was on 4 th floor

The staff were very friendly and I found them ever so helpful. Always had smiles on their faces and willing to help!

The hotel room was dirty. I felt that when we occupied the room, they probably only changed the bed sheets. Underneath the beds, the floors were dusty and throughout the time we were there, no one swept the room. Also I think the previous guests must have spilt a hot drink because by the bin, the floor looked very dirty and there was a brown stain by the wall. It's sad because they got everything else right, but that 😏

The hotel was large and easy to access, which made arriving and getting dropped off really convenient. The property itself looked beautiful and well-maintained. I appreciated the little touches, like having an ice machine available on my floor even though I didn’t end up using it, it’s a nice amenity to have. My room was very spacious and comfortable, with great air conditioning. I especially liked the bathroom, which had both a separate shower and a bathtub. It felt like a proper, relaxing space. The bed was large, though it was made up of two mattresses pushed together, which made cuddling a bit uncomfortable;) but overall, we still had a good night’s sleep.

The only downside was the bed. It was made up of two separate mattresses pushed together, which kept shifting apart. This made it uncomfortable to lie in the middle or cuddle, since there was a noticeable gap. We had to stay on one side or the other to sleep close together, which wasn’t ideal for a bed that size.
