Very convenient. Booked this place to catch an early flight. We visited the cinema to pass our time which was nice. 24h reception and 24h shop. Shuttle transfer to and from Schiphol.

Not really a con, but we booked the Urban hotel. Upon arriving security told us this hotel was unavailable because it is currently being used as a shelter for Ukrainian refugees (very good!). We would receive an upgrade to the appartments, as we did. As much as I appreciate the hotels' decision to give shelter, I don't understand why I am still able to book the Urban hotel rooms. If you know they are unavailable for the coming months, they should not be on offer.

Great facilities, smart clean room but for vit of noise from ground floor foot traffic during the night. The buffet dinner was superb value and very good.

We had originally booked the urban hotel and were not sent any information that this has been taken over by the NL government. We had to carry 100kg of luggage back and forth between on arrival which wasn't ideal. Other than that a great stay.

We loved the spa in the hotel! We knew about the pool but we didn’t realize there was a sauna, steam room and cold water buckets. This was such a nice stay before our flight home in the morning. The shuttle buses were also great they picked us up and dropped us off at the airport! The sign for the hotel was small in the front window of the bus, easy to miss to watch out for it! The room was very clean. I had read some reviews of people being annoyed about being moved from the urban to the apartment which happened to us and I’m not really sure by anyone would consider that bad! It’s closer to the main hotel with the amenities and it was so large! We loved it. We also walked to a restaurant later aan’t water for supper, it was so good highly recommend.

They had a deal for 7.50 euro off your meal at the restaurant. When we tried to use it for breakfast they said we couldn’t use it as we were checking out that day. I didn’t really understand since we had only checked in the day before when would we have been able used this deal? Very minor issue but didn’t understand it as the girl at the breakfast was telling us we could but the girl at the front desk was saying no. The only other thing id note is there is no where to eat breakfast that you can walk to. There’s very little food options around these hotels by the airport. The breakfast was €20 a person.

The large condo was spacious with a kitchen, living room, and a separate bedroom. My condo was also only a short walk to the buses in front of the hotel, which took me to and from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.

I was new to some of the procedures. For example, I knew the blank white card gave me access to my room. However, I thought the other card was just decorative or was to protect the white card. The result was that I couldn't get any of the lights in the room to turn on. When I went to the desk, they were going to send someone to check on the problem. Then they realized that I had not placed the second card into a location on the wall next to the door.

Very nice airport hotel. Good shuttle bus to/from the airport (first one at 4 am so works for early flights). Spacious, clean and comfortable room with toiletries, tea/coffee (espresso machine) and a little goodie box which was a nice touch. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Tried room service and the food was good, but had no time for breakfast.

The swimming pool was really nice, but unfortunately it was full of big, loud men who were constantly on their phones doing who knows what, making several women uncomfortable. Mobile phones were not allowed but there was no staff there to check that the guests actually complied with the rules.

We loved our stay. They even upgraded us to the apartments so that we would be closer to the amenities in the main building. Everything was spotless. We were only there for one night due to an unexpected layover in AMS but could have easily spent a week there! Full kitchen, comfortable living area with couch, very cool decor/design, and the most comfy bed I have ever experienced. Our kids loved it and want to go back just to stay there. Their free 7-minute shuttle to/from the airport was perfect for catching the train from Schiphol to central Amsterdam or anywhere in the surrounding area. Next time, we will stay longer so that we can enjoy the pool/ spa, the dinner buffet, and take the tour of the 747 in their garden. We will definitely return!

It was awesome, nothing to not like!

We stayed in the Corendon Apartments which, I believe, is bigger than Urban. I didn't realize they have these different types of accommodations. We have two teenagers and the extra space was very nice. The place was clean and comfortable. I like that it had 4 twin beds so it made for flexible sleeping arrangements. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The Corendon Apartments a small kitchen with dishes, pots, microwave, stove, etc. but there is not a "starter kit" that I have seen at other places with dish soap, small salt/pepper, dish towels, and a few other things. We weren't cooking so no big deal for us.

The shuttle service, room size was designed by a person who would stay in a hotel to be practical and comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Comfortable bed and linen with extra pillows which in many hotels are a struggle to find. Check in was quick and check out was just drop off key and go. Dining facilities were great with the all u can eat buffet available drinks included or the bistro both on the ground floor.

Shuttle service could be more suited for a larger luggage area. There was plenty of seating but not much area for luggage possible better design for luggage racks on the bus. Hotel was excellent.

Our flight was delayed, making us miss our connecting flight. After KLM put us in an awful hotel, we came across this one. Absolutely amazing; the front desk staff were so helpful and kind. The food was delicious in the bar and bistro. There is a gym which has great equipment and a pool with a sauna, etc. Our room was lovely, so clean, and very comfortable. There is a free shuttle bus, and they have times at the front desk. Didn't hear any planes or anything; it was so quiet. I'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it..

Nothing!

An outstanding airport hotel, with spacious, well-appointed rooms. The courtesy coach to the airport, and easy access to the local shops & restaurants in Badhovedorp make for a great place to stay both before and after a long flight. Unlike so many airport hotels, they do not try to fleece you for your last penny and give you a dingy, depressing room in return.

On site food options could be better. The rooftop bar is nice, but the noisy and raucous ambiance are a bit out of keeping with the character of the hotel
