The hotel room was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable king-sized bed. The hotel also provided a 24-hour free shuttle service and allowed for late check-ins. The staff were friendly and facilitated a smooth check-in process upon our arrival.

We had trouble finding the shuttle when we arrived, so we contacted the hotel to arrange for it. The shuttle arrived 45 minutes later, but unfortunately, by then the airport had closed. We were forced to wait outside in a storm for at least 15 minutes. In my opinion, the hotel's shuttle service needs improvement. Additionally, I found it challenging to communicate over a voice call, and I believe a messaging system would be useful. My dad also mentioned that the breakfast wasn't good.

The room was spotless, very comfortable bed, air con worked well though loud until the temperature reached. Everything was new and in excellent condition. The staff were welcoming and explained the situation regarding refurbishment. Shops nearby and bars with places to eat, 10 mins walk.

Before arriving I was not aware that redevelopments were happening, breakfast was possible but no restaurant though they had a nearby sister place and offered a discount. A nice touch. They could tidy the entrance approach to make it more welcoming. A 10€ parking fee though secure and off street should be included in the price.

Breakfast was nice in that you could opt for continental rather than a full breakfast (we're not breakfast people.) Our room was comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect for flying out of Schiphol airport, and they have a reasonably priced shuttle service (free airport pickup and fixed price service back to the airport.) We stayed a day to break up our travel and spent it walking to the local beach and water tower, which we climbed for a great view of Amsterdam and the surrounding areas. It's definitely worth doing if you have time and energy to climb a tower! The hotel restaurant had a very good dinner menu at reasonable prices. In addition, there were several beachside restaurants at the harbor. Aalsmeer was convenient for the airport, and I didn't explore what else was there. IF you have time, it might be a pleasant place to visit for relaxation.

We really didn't have anything that we didn't expect or like. This was just a landing spot to get ready for heading home and it was perfect.

Beautiful hotel in picture perfect neighbohood with shops, restaurants, and a grocery nearby. Loved the room, bedding, and modern shower. The in-house restaurant is trendy and popular and not overpriced. Sea bass special delicious. All staff is kind and of good cheer even when shuttling you back to the airport at 4am. Since Chariot owns its own shuttle you don’t have to worry about it showing up or not, whatever the hour. The ride from the airport is free and it’s only €26 to go back. Even though it looks close on a map, it’s quite a long route, you’re out there on highways, I hate to think what a taxi would charge and there’s no way you’re walking it. I booked and messaged through Booking that I’d be arriving around 10am and asked about early check-in. They messaged back they’d do what they could and I could wait in the lobby or restaurant which I did. I was in my room by 11am :)

A fridge would be nice. It looks like my room had a built-in at one time.

Close to the airport. Booked 3 months early got 3 Nights at 700€ for 2 rooms which was a very good bargain. The road leading to he hotel is filled with beautiful houses ,plants and canal ways..so we enjoyed a quiet walk after dinner at hotel Chariot. We ordered the meat platter for 2 times 2 and that was amazing. A bit on the expensive side but well worth it.. 235 with a wine bottle for 5 adults... Very hospitable staff , always responded when we queried anything.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. Too soft and as they were 2 single beds making a double bed it was tricky to have a good sleep. Sleeping lengthwise across the bed helped... Overall good stay.

Located about 15 minutes drive from the airport. I stayed overnight in transit so I can’t really comment on the location for anything else. Pick up shuttle was helpful (and included), but I had to wait 30 minutes for it to arrive late at night. Only one shuttle is included so I paid 25 euro the next day to get back to the airport. In hindsight I should have paid for a taxi at night on arrival, and used the taxi included shuttle trip to airport the next day. The bar has a nice atmosphere. Bed was comfortable.

TV and room phone not working due to a change in provider the day I arrived. No bar fridge. No drinking water provided in room unless you paid for it.

This hotel is very close to Schipol airport and offers a 24/7 shuttle to the airport. It is a simple hotel but the beds are comfortable, the shower is very clean, they provide what you need for an overnight stay, and you get to see a little of Amsterdam. We left too early to take advantage of breakfast and decided to go into the city for dinner so we did not use the restaurant but the menu looked great. We requested rooms next to each other and they were able to fulfill the request.

It was an exceptionally hot day in the Amsterdam area and the rooms do not have good AC. However they did provide a fan for one of the rooms but were not able to do so for the second room.

We have stopped here many times and we find it a very comfortable hotel (Executive room) with ample parking and friendly (daytime) staff. The rooms still have baths which is a very big plus, these days. We think that other reviews about poor staff experiences must be overnight porters, as it is also a non-stop 24hr transfer hotel for Schiphol airport. Our room (206) was totally insulated from traffic and aircraft noise. We have e-bikes and it is well located for some excellent bars/restaurants in nearby Aalsmeer or Amstelveen as well as the the country cycle runs around the Meer. Ability to take our e-bikes to our room at night, for safety/weather protection. If you're a plane spotter then the road to Aalsmeer must be a delight though I notice that we are the only people looking up at the underside of the latest plane to land!

Shame that they have removed the room fridges. Come on - get some new a+ rated fridges, even if they are compact units.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. They were very kind as we changed our flights to arrive one day later and forgot to update the booking. In any case, the staff were kind and found us another room us at no charge. Their shuttle to the airport was also very accommodating and took us earlier than we initially booked. The rooms were very clean, and comfortable with good wifi and the hotel itself was conveniently located next to the airport, as well as a fun restaurant/bar with a comfy vibe. We even made an evening trip to Amsterdam city center in the evening which was not too far away by uber. I will likely stop by here on my next vacation to the Netherlands and highly recommend this hotel if in transit through Amsterdam airport.

All good! Nothing that I didn't like.

The junior suite is very nice, it has a big double bed and a sitting corner With a couch and some small tables. Very spacious and convenient space for luggage. We got one with a very big bathtub that easily fits 2 persons. The breakfast buffet is very varied and with many good quality choices. It is, however, a bit expensive for a small breakfast eater like me, so I would suggest a ‘continental’ option, just coffee or tea, juice and a croissant for example. My husband is very happy with the big choice!!

The shower is in the bathtub and the screen in this particular room does not keep the water from going over the side so after every shower there was a puddle on the floor. The breakfast buffet is very copious, but quite expensive if you are not a big eater in the morning..
