The staff was very kind and welcoming. They really do their best! Rooms are well equipped with coffee machines, and beds are comfy and clean! Pillows in various sizes and my room was quiet. I slept well during my stay, even as a light sleeper!

Although I notice housekeeping is really doing their best to keep everything clean, you might see some signs of usage in the room, which could be improved with a fresh layer of paint. However, giving the excellent value of the stay, it didn't bother me. I would stay again.

close to airport. very helpful guy at the front desk and he had good English as well. He had good suggestions for dining and saved me a bundle on return to airport the next morning via very convenient bus service. room was clean, wifi good, and bed comfortable.

no shuttle service. I booked this place knowing that, but as it was only a few miles from airport thought cab wouldn't cost much. Hah. 33 euros. turns out that there was very good, and very cheap, bus service I could have taken from airport to hotel. I'd advertise this on the site if I were them.

Was a great Hotel in a good location for what I needed! Room was comfortable but a bit warm as we couldn’t work the air con remote to change the temperature but was ok as we were only there a couple of nights. Also there was a shuttle bus to & from the airport which was helpful. Free from airport to Hotel but €5pp from Hotel to airport. Staff were friendly & helpful & there was breakfast & dinner available at an extra cost. Overall very happy. Would definitely stay again.

No water in the room, even tho they say you can drink the tap water, I think bottled water should be provided for guests, especially on their first day/night. Also there was not enough milk provided in the room for the days we stayed. We were there 2 nights & there were only 2 small capsules of milk, which didn’t even cover us for one night! Clear Instructions should be available for use of the temperature control for the aircon in the room as it was too warm & couldn’t change it! The fridge was not very cool & had no freezer section in it!

Although the property is located quite a distance from the city center and typically requires a sprinter or car to get around, we found transportation to be manageable, Uber was surprisingly reliable and reasonably priced in the area, which made getting around much easier than expected. The room itself was a highlight of our stay. It was impressively spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The layout and overall ambiance made it feel incredibly relaxing, just the kind of calm atmosphere you look forward to after a long day of exploring. We really appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design and cleanliness. The staff were also a strong point. They were consistently friendly, polite, and ready to assist with anything we needed. From check-in to small requests during our stay, their helpful attitude really added to the overall positive experience. It made us feel welcome and well cared for. Another practical plus is the location of the nearest bus stop, just about 200 meters away. While not right in the heart of the city, the access to public transport adds convenience. All in all, if you're looking for a peaceful, clean, and spacious place to stay with great service even if it's a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, this place is a great choice. We would gladly return!

We travelled with kids (aged 7 and 10) and were nicely surprised how big the hotel room was. It came with a little kitchenette. The shuttle bus was very convenient and very easy to find- it is located right at the terminal exit and it stops at the hotel front door. Kids travelled on the bus for free in both directions. Staff were very helpful. Overall good value for money

The room came with a kitchenette but didn't offer a fridge. There was no cutlery or any utensils. (these were given to us upon request) There was no shampoo ( also provided upon request) there was a very thick layer of dust under the bed. The nearest shop was a 20-minute walk from the hotel.

Slight lack of clarity about the bus from the airport. I knew I needed to take the bus for the Radisson Blu but the notice at the airport bus stop said it picked up from level 2 (I think it was - or maybe it said 'lower level' - either way it didn't seem to be where the main hotel collection bus stop was). I spent quite some time wondering around trying to figure out how to get to level 2. I used the intercom to the hotel reception and was told it was the bus stop where I was standing and luckily the bus actually came, so I spotted it and got on.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and consider it the best combination of price and quality. The rooms were clean, the bed linen was fresh, and everything necessary was provided — water, coffee, towels, and soap. I would also like to highlight the excellent location of the hotel in terms of transport. There is a bus from the hotel to the train station (with a paid fare in that direction), and a free shuttle back to the hotel, making it very easy and convenient to reach the center of Amsterdam. The hotel is also located close to a park, which is a great bonus. If I visit Amsterdam again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Lovely hotel, ideally situated close to the airport. Spacious room with very comfortable beds, plenty of coffee and tea options in the room. Excellent wifi. The shower is lovely, situated in a spatious and fully equipped bathroom, and has both standard and Brazilian showerhead options.The kitchen is basic. A minus is that there is no mini bar in the room (there is a vending machine in the hotel), and the kitchen utensils need to be requested at the reception. This works fine, but clients then need to be made aware that the hotel does this on check-in. Breakfast is buffet style and excellent, with lots of food options. The service overall is friendly, but oparates on minimum contact.

I liked Amelia very much, it was clean and had everything we needed. The shuttle service was great. That said, the fact that you need to pay for the shuttle back to the airport somewhat undermines the hospitality. I'd rather pay more for the room and have a free shuttle both ways, not only on the way in. The hotel is a solid 20 minutes drive from the airport. I was informed by email of the cost, so no surprises here, but with so many hotels surrounding the airport, the management should consider whether this policy is not somewhat off-putting. All else was great. We appreciated the filtered water dispenser. It was also very quiet and the window could open, which we liked.

Breakfast was great and the shuttle was great though my flight was delayed and almost didn't make it. Room was very clean though a little old-ish but served well to just sleep and rest after a long and late flight. Staff was cery friendly and efficient.

Nothing really bad other than it's a little far so if a flight is delayed and baggage is delayed there is a chance you will miss the shuttle so distance is the main concern. €150 for a short night is a bit steep but considering it's Amsterdam wasn't terribly bad and was great to crash before going home.
