The staff was very kind and welcoming. They really do their best! Rooms are well equipped with coffee machines, and beds are comfy and clean! Pillows in various sizes and my room was quiet. I slept well during my stay, even as a light sleeper!

Although I notice housekeeping is really doing their best to keep everything clean, you might see some signs of usage in the room, which could be improved with a fresh layer of paint. However, giving the excellent value of the stay, it didn't bother me. I would stay again.

close to airport. very helpful guy at the front desk and he had good English as well. He had good suggestions for dining and saved me a bundle on return to airport the next morning via very convenient bus service. room was clean, wifi good, and bed comfortable.

no shuttle service. I booked this place knowing that, but as it was only a few miles from airport thought cab wouldn't cost much. Hah. 33 euros. turns out that there was very good, and very cheap, bus service I could have taken from airport to hotel. I'd advertise this on the site if I were them.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and consider it the best combination of price and quality. The rooms were clean, the bed linen was fresh, and everything necessary was provided — water, coffee, towels, and soap. I would also like to highlight the excellent location of the hotel in terms of transport. There is a bus from the hotel to the train station (with a paid fare in that direction), and a free shuttle back to the hotel, making it very easy and convenient to reach the center of Amsterdam. The hotel is also located close to a park, which is a great bonus. If I visit Amsterdam again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Lovely hotel, ideally situated close to the airport. Spacious room with very comfortable beds, plenty of coffee and tea options in the room. Excellent wifi. The shower is lovely, situated in a spatious and fully equipped bathroom, and has both standard and Brazilian showerhead options.The kitchen is basic. A minus is that there is no mini bar in the room (there is a vending machine in the hotel), and the kitchen utensils need to be requested at the reception. This works fine, but clients then need to be made aware that the hotel does this on check-in. Breakfast is buffet style and excellent, with lots of food options. The service overall is friendly, but oparates on minimum contact.

I liked Amelia very much, it was clean and had everything we needed. The shuttle service was great. That said, the fact that you need to pay for the shuttle back to the airport somewhat undermines the hospitality. I'd rather pay more for the room and have a free shuttle both ways, not only on the way in. The hotel is a solid 20 minutes drive from the airport. I was informed by email of the cost, so no surprises here, but with so many hotels surrounding the airport, the management should consider whether this policy is not somewhat off-putting. All else was great. We appreciated the filtered water dispenser. It was also very quiet and the window could open, which we liked.

The accomodation was good and worth the money.

There was a fraud regarding the booking. The booking included 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids, one room was booked with breakfast for 2 days for 3 people and the hotel denied the booking of the breakfast and denied to refund even after showing the proof. They also asked to pay city tax eventhough I paid it during my booking. Luckily I had screenshort of this particular payment. It's very unfortunate incident and spoiled our trip as we couldn't tolerate this kind of fraud behaviour just for little money. Please be careful during booking and take payment proofs of breakfast and citytax separately as this is not mentioned in your confirmation and the hotel together with booking.com can make those specific payment options disappear from your account as per their requirement.

well my mistake as I booked this place as the place was very good priced but was near the airport but on the other end from where to go to the city was expensive so in the end paid more for my stay > also no restaurants nearby all min 25 min by foot and the hotel only served pizza and beer so had no other choice to eat there >

The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great, although the options were somewhat limited. I had booked a non-carpeted room due to my preference to avoid carpets, but was given a carpeted room instead. This might have been an upgrade, but I didn't like the carpet. Additionally, I was unable to connect to the WiFi as the connection failed to establish. On a positive note, the proximity of the bus stop (just 100 meters from the hotel) was very convenient, and the hotel airport shuttle was an added bonus.

We booked this hotel to escape fireworks for New Year’s celebrations and it was perfect. The location is in a business park, nearby Schiphol airport so it was quiet. The hotel is also well insulated! There were a few rogue fireworks nearby, and while we could hear a noise it was not scary for our pets at all. We will book again next year.

The hotel shows signs of use and age, but for the money I didn’t expect anything exceptional. I do wish there had been a bit more kitchen items - at least a fork or two. Luckily there is a nearby grocery to purchase anything we were missing.

The room was huge with a big bathroom. The hotel is 2 min walk from a bus line where a bus that goes to the airport comes every 15 minutes. It's a 10 minute ride and at the airport where many connections are possible. It is in a quite area. An business park actually but very quite and clean. Nice walking paths around.

The reception are and relaxing area are quite run down which doesn't give you a very good feeling when walking in. When I was there 1 of the elevators didn't work and the other one was very slow. Drinks are very overprices €5.50 for a can of beer from the vending machine and the bar charges the same for a bottle.
