The staff was very kind and welcoming. They really do their best! Rooms are well equipped with coffee machines, and beds are comfy and clean! Pillows in various sizes and my room was quiet. I slept well during my stay, even as a light sleeper!

Although I notice housekeeping is really doing their best to keep everything clean, you might see some signs of usage in the room, which could be improved with a fresh layer of paint. However, giving the excellent value of the stay, it didn't bother me. I would stay again.

close to airport. very helpful guy at the front desk and he had good English as well. He had good suggestions for dining and saved me a bundle on return to airport the next morning via very convenient bus service. room was clean, wifi good, and bed comfortable.

no shuttle service. I booked this place knowing that, but as it was only a few miles from airport thought cab wouldn't cost much. Hah. 33 euros. turns out that there was very good, and very cheap, bus service I could have taken from airport to hotel. I'd advertise this on the site if I were them.

This is perfectly fine hotel for one night stay near the airport before your next flight. It works very well. Instructions for the free shuttle to the hotel from the airport, easy check in and a decent breakfast next day.

The room was little warm and the AC couldn't keep up, so they gave us a free standing room fan, which worked well enough for the night. The return shuttle to the airport is 5 euros apiece. Being near the airport, not much of a location to venture out. No restaurant except for breakfast, had to walk to another hotel for dinner. Not a big deal. Overall it served its purpose to break up our journey very well.

Very good price for Amsterdam, it’s not going to be the most luxury hotel for the price but the room was clean and comfortable, and parking is included. I’ve seen people in the reviews complaining about the distance from Amsterdam centre, but it’s actually not that bad - one bus for 15 minutes and a connecting bus for 20 minutes, both buses running regularly, or the 15 minutes train from Schiphol airport. If you can’t pay central prices, it’s worth the minor hassle.

As of about 7am the noise of planes is constant and loud, the windows don’t seem very thick, so bring ear plugs. Double bed was two singles pushed together which was a bit annoying. Be careful, they advertise free airport shuttle but only coming from the airport - to the airport costs €5.

Airport shuttle. You need to get a voucher, but it runs every 30 minutes. It costs 5 Euro for a voucher TO the airport. Pick up the shuttle at A9-13 outside baggage claim where the hotel shuttles park. Shuttle was at A7 when I arrived. Breakfast was actually top notch. Not sure it was worth 16 Euro more, but it was nice to not have to look or to buy food at the airport. Opens at 630, which meant I couldn't stay long. They check you in to make sure you paid. Very clean room. Nice view. Not sure of what, but it looked pretty. Gentleman at the front desk speaks English well. He was very good at explaining. Just wait, and he'll cover everything you want to know.

Not a big fan of shower gel, but that's Europe for you. I have never seen this before, but you have to insert your room card to get electricity. Not sure if they charge you ips post facto for what you use, and all the lights were on when I arrived, but it was not immediately clear how this worked.

The room is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The shower has a glass door - which can be very romantic. The hotel is full of fun amenitieds, we didn't use much but I did grab a drink and a snack at the bar in the lobby and it was fantastic. Highly reccommend! The location is perfect, a little of center and quiet but still close to the center and right by a subway station. Also perfect if you're traveling for work - planty of convenient work space in the hotel. Overall perfect stay!

Traveled with family, worried a bit about the glass shower, but didn't feel too bothered since it's on the top platform so it can be avoided. The room was overall clean but nooks and crannies were missed, could be a bit better.

1. Breakfast was fantastic - a buffet of foods and options - even some unique items like gluten free bread - starts at 6:30 a.m., which helped us get a meal in before our flight out 2. Location - very close to the airport (yet requires either a bus or shuttle) - we stayed one night - probably not the best option for being close to anything else - heads up - I think they give a free shuttle to their hotel - I think we missed that option and just took the local bus #181 (I think) - which costs, as far as I can tell, a bit more than a shuttle (which is 5 Euros) 3. Was a great Hotel in a good location for what I needed! Room was comfortable but a bit warm as we couldn’t work the air con remote to change the temperature but was ok as we were only there a couple of nights. Also there was a shuttle bus to & from the airport which was helpful. Free from airport to Hotel but €5pp from Hotel to airport. Staff were friendly & helpful & there was breakfast & dinner available at an extra cost. Overall very happy. Would definitely stay again.

No water in the room, even tho they say you can drink the tap water, I think bottled water should be provided for guests, especially on their first day/night. Also there was not enough milk provided in the room for the days we stayed. We were there 2 nights & there were only 2 small capsules of milk, which didn’t even cover us for one night! Clear Instructions should be available for use of the temperature control for the aircon in the room as it was too warm & couldn’t change it! The fridge was not very cool & had no freezer section in it!

Although the property is located quite a distance from the city center and typically requires a sprinter or car to get around, we found transportation to be manageable, Uber was surprisingly reliable and reasonably priced in the area, which made getting around much easier than expected. The room itself was a highlight of our stay. It was impressively spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The layout and overall ambiance made it feel incredibly relaxing, just the kind of calm atmosphere you look forward to after a long day of exploring. We really appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design and cleanliness. The staff were also a strong point. They were consistently friendly, polite, and ready to assist with anything we needed. From check-in to small requests during our stay, their helpful attitude really added to the overall positive experience. It made us feel welcome and well cared for. Another practical plus is the location of the nearest bus stop, just about 200 meters away. While not right in the heart of the city, the access to public transport adds convenience. All in all, if you're looking for a peaceful, clean, and spacious place to stay with great service even if it's a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, this place is a great choice. We would gladly return!

The young lady at the reception desk very helpful. While attending to her tasks, she was also training a colleague. I arrived earlier than check-in time however I was able to complete my check-in. She handed me the key was room was prepared. Breakfast provided a nice selection of options that are popular in the Netherlands. Was a nice start prior to a long day of travel. Oh, and I applaud the company's contributions to a cleaner earth.

TV would play for several minutes then shut off. It didn't affect my stay since I was just seeking soft sounds in order to catch some restful sleep.
