Breakfast was very good. There was a good variety of choices including rolls, eggs, bacon, fruit, and more. The room was cosy but had everything we needed. Also, we appreciated that even though there were many airplanes flying overhead, we weren't able to hear this. There were a few places we could walk to for dinner as well. Lovely location.

That the confirmation number was the first question asked as opposed to the last name for the booking. Not a major challenge but just something simple to think about - make sure you have that handy.

In the quiet bliss of big puffy pillows , white cotton sheets, a pristine clean room with black-out curtains and dark sound proofed walls, I slept like a baby ! All the Staff are adorable - as a solo traveller I appreciated the generous assistance of Lily & Asheek on reception. Shweta who does the lovely buffet breakfast (very high standard) took great care of me, a sweety! Mustafa the manager takes hospitality seriously, and a very interesting & respectful person. The place has a luxury feel, with exquisite decor, surrounded by wooded areas and canals. The South Indian restaurant nearby called Atchaya serves the most delicious Asian food I ever tasted. This is quite a fancy area yet the rooms are affordable. Cant recommend it enough for your trip.

A pleasant, modern hotel in a residential neighbourhood in Amstelveen, just south of Amsterdam. Breakfast is self-service and quite nice, with cold buffet, pastries and fruit. A nice dining areas, though food is only served at breakfast. However, there are a number of eateries close by with a very nice bar/restaurant called the 1890 a short walk away Desk staff helpful and polite, as were breakfast staff. Modern very clean bathroom with walk-in shower. Very well served with buses to and from Schiphol Airport, and into Amsterdam proper.

The overhead shower button didn’t work properly in our room, and the desk lamp didn’t come on. Housekeeping was hit-and-miss - bathroom service fine but the bed was not made up until we specifically asked for it.

It was close to a good bus stop to get us into town. We stayed there as it was easy to get to the Olympic park where my son was running the marathon. The bed was comfortable and the shower was always good and hot.

On checking in I found the person on reception very abrupt. We had amended our booking to include a second adult to the twin room booking, which I had confirmation from the hotel to say that it was all fine. I felt she did not believe I had contacted the hotel and I felt she wanted to argue with me about this. I felt anxious that she was going to refuse our booking. It was a moment we didn't need. The other staff we encountered were helpful after this. The decor is quite dark but it was fine

Clean and nice

All good except a wuite expensive coffe at the loby and an odd cleaning. Every day cleaning lady took all towels (not only the one on the floor) but put less new ones. Last day she gave us only one towel per person, and didn’t refull coffee for the machine. She took away our tooth brush caps also. Odd.

Nice sized room considering there was 3 of us. We had enough space not to feel crowded. Very nice bathroom. There is a smart TV and air condition. The area was quiet, close to bus stop and around 15 min from Tram station and supermarket. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.

- housekeeping was a little bit un-organized - One day the did not make our beds. Another day they made up beds but left some pillows on the floor and forgot to give us 1 set of towels. But this is details and we have not complain about this. - air condition was not working the first night, so I have reported it in the morning at the reception to the young lady. But when we got back in the evening it was still not fixed. I had to go to the reception once again and luckily a helpful man managed to get it work after fixing main panel.

The welcome, the breakfast, really great staff who I enjoyed talking to. Thanks so much for recommending Utrecht, what a fantastic place to visit. Easy to get to on the bus. Good quiet location. Really also liked the selection of sockets in the room for different countries. That was really thoughtful for guests from other nations Also coffee machine was great..

Room was a little hot and the air conditioning didn't really work. Couldn't open the window enough to get the heat out. Coffee machine not good for tea as the water wasn't hot enough.

The room was very clean and the size was perfect for a short term stay. The location is very good with phenomenal restaurants nearby and a park. It came with a coffee machine and a mini fridge which were very nice to have. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

There's not many things to complain about at all, any negative things were minor annoyances that either didn't bother me enough to mention or was easily fixable in the moment. The one thing that bothered me was the temperature in the room. It was very hot and I couldn't figure out how to turn the temperature down.

Room was nice and clean when we arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was terrific with a variety of options and very good coffee and tea. The hotel is on a main bus route in to the city center so it was very easy to travel to Amsterdam and also back to Schipol. There are several local bars and restaurants near the hotel as well as an Albert Heijn within a 10 minute walk through a lovely residential neighborhood. We were there for a hockey tournament at the Pinoke club which is a short walk from the hotel so the location for us was exceptional.

The hotel was ideally located for us as we were going to a concert in P60. We found all the staff to be both friendly and helpful with advice on what to see locally and how to get there.
