Very comfortable, good location, very courteous staff, spacious rooms and very thoughtful details like washing machine pelettes and dishwasher soap was kept in the kitchen.

Garbage removal and housekeeping is done only once a week. At least garbage removal should be daily if not cleaning

we travelled for the Amsterdam Marathon which started and finished at the Olympic Stadium a 10 minute walk from this hotel and we used the Train from Schipol airport and the nearest station was literally across the road from the hotel. and the Tram stop was right outside the hotel, so all in all it couldn't have been a more perfectly located place to stay. Market 33 , a multi cuisine venue and bar was near by and was really good for food. There were a Couple of Albert Heine supermarkets locally, so very useful for picking bits up

there was a lot of building happening, across the street and at the Railway station which was a bit noise at times, especially on the Monday night when they were building some sort of safety platform over the footpath and cycle path. it was a bit limited to eat out in the local area over the weekend, as the bars and cafes seemed to be predominantly weekdays / evenings only

It was a big studio not 1BR, pictures are slightly misleading. Apart from that it was very clean and comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped. Tablets are available for both dishwasher and washing machine. It’s very close to main station and bus/tram stops, many restaurant and groceries are walking distance. Already suggested to many friends, great place to stay if you want to avoid crowd of the centre

Fantastic location with transport into city nearby. All the amenities we needed for our stay. Great views over city. Lovely bed linen, towels, and bathroom products. Black out blinds in bedroom.

Were there for a conference at VU, so best location for that. Staff was really nice and the rooms generous. The only thing that we needed to get used to a bit was the noise from the highway. Kitchen was fully equipped and we had two bathrooms for four people.

The location was superb: light rail stop in 50 meters, train station Suid in 100 m., metro station in 400 m. It took us 15 minutes to get from Schiphol to the hotel and 12 minutes by light rail to the Museumplein! Also there is a small supermarket just in 100 meters from the hotel and a huge supermarket and shopping center in 12 minutes of walk. We recommend to visit the Kroon fish store in that shopping center - their herring and fish snacks were fabulous. The suite was impeccably clean, fully equipped, all the facilities worked perfectly. You can easily fix a breakfast or dinner in the kitchenette, use the coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The suite was perfectly cleaned after 7 days. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The closet is big enough to place two suitcases, shoes and coats. The air conditioner was perfect. The staff was excellent, very helpful, always available and ready to provide you with coffee capsules and all the other supplies - they denied us nothing! This hotel stands in sharp contrast to crampy and overpriced hotels and apartments which Amsterdam is notorious for.

Three small things: - The lights in the rooms are too weak, they should be brighter a bit - The room might be provided with a small broom - No shampoo and hair conditioner, only liquid soap

Located in financial district away from the crowds. Easy access by train, Metro and tram to all points of interest in the city and beyond. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room well equipped with essentials. Very good security and room card needed to use elevators. Near cafes, restaurants and groceries.

A lot of construction going on by building. Our room on 15th floor faced large crane and men working on roof of next door building so no privacy unless we kept drapes closed. Beware of 25 Euro charge for early check-in not disclosed before arriving. Room was very warm and could not adjust temperature below 22 C degrees making it uncomfortable especially for sleeping.

The location was close to Amsterdam Zuid Station (8 min walk) or in front of the tram line #5. There are 2 AH super markets nearby that were very convenient and a good amount of restaurants and cafes (but hours may vary due to its business location and not really catered to leisure guests) We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious/plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. There was a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and washer/dryer which were all the amenities we were looking for. However, our washer/dryer was not working and upon reporting to the to front desk, they gave us access to other guest rooms to do our laundry (although a bit inconvenient, it worked for us in the end). It also seemed like they knew it was not working but did not inform us at check in until we reported it.

Location was a bit out of the way but for the spaciousness and amenities we needed, it was not a big deal for us

Staff were excellent, very helpful and polite from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Always happy to answer any questions we had. There is a small kiosk beside the reception which sells tablets for the laundry as well as snacks, drinks and other food items. Apartment was very spacious with comfortable beds. Google chrome cast on the TV so was easy to stream from my own media account. Tram stop directly outside which takes you to Station Zuid - metro and from there easily travel.into the heart of Amsterdam. It's location is only 20 minutes from the airport and the bus stop is only a 6 minute walk from the building. Really quiet and can't hear other guests which is always good.

Premier Suites was near a supermarket and many restaurants. It was also very near the metro and museum district. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great to have a washing machine/dryer. Great to have a luggage storage and tea/coffee facilities in the foyer while waiting.

There was no micro wave oven for convenience, when travelling we like to heat up ready made meals such as vegetables or takeaway. While there was an oven and stove it's not as convenient. The window could not be opened and we prefer fresh air to air-conditioning especially while sleeping.In the bathroom there is no shower screen or curtain to limit the water going everywhere. All the construction on tram and metro lines outside the apartments made using public transport not so convenient (temporarily). We could not hear the noise going on from inside the apartments.
