Location very good near Zuid station very easy to get to town & airport with metro in 6-10mins. Loved that the hotel is new and has luxurious feel. Breakfast really good with lots of variety, everything u can think of, bacon, salmon, and egg omelets on order. Views from breakfast room are calming, right next to a canal with ducks. Whole area is business/residental and very quiet, modern, safe and relaxed. Hotel very clean and new. Best value in Amsterdam i think.

Liked everything, but too few charging places by the bed, in Europe the new standard for cables is usb-c. I hope they update the slots in walls as idk who has usb-a cables anymore. But its not that big deal ofc :)

The hotel is in Zuid, but the Metro is 5 minutes walk and you can be in the centre very quickly. It is not a party area, but ideal for us. It was super quiet, the soundproofing is absolutely amazing, the beds and bedding are fabulous, choice of pillows, aircon but also window opens to quiet green area. My request for a quiet, twin, higher up room was fulfilled. New bathroom, clean and tidy, slightly old carpets and wardrobes but comfortable. Staff fabulous, kind and helpful (except bar staff on that occasion). Expensive like everything in Amsterdam but we shall return!

Cleaning standards a little problematic in places but nothing major and it was rectified immediately.

Does not cater for Muslim breakfast. Our mng.breakfast was limited. A simple omelate could not be made. Cheeses on same platter of ham & pork. Cross contamination. But then so it is with most Hotels in Europe. Someday they would have to have separate kitchen facilities for Muslims.ln countries where it is enforces like some North American countries & one specifically, Mauritius & Reunion Islands, has seen their occupancy shoot through the roof.These Hotels's ratings by their Muslim guests gets easily spread.

The room design was amazing, the bathroom was super-large, the view nice and the main bed good. Breakfast was also good, above Amsterdam standards. Location was great, just a five minute walk from the train station, metro and car rental.

There were a few shortcomings in practicality especially with closets, which were ok size-wise but not in practical locations or opening. The worst part was the sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable, screeching and small. The room was intended for a family of four, however the sofa bed made it comfortable just for three.

My stay at Crowne Plaza Amsterdam was entirely satisfactory. Located in the heart of the business district, it's a solid choice for anyone on a work trip. The hotel offers all the basic amenities you would expect, with no complaints. While there aren't many thrills, the hotel provides a comfortable and convenient base for business activities. The rooms are functional, and the service is decent, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Crowne Plaza Amsterdam is great for those looking for a straightforward, no-nonsense hotel experience. It may not be the place for a memorable vacation, but it perfectly suits the needs of a business traveler.

Great location, clean area with 4 minutes walk connection with the metro to central Amsterdam. Originally we wanted a hotel in Central Amsterdam but now we are so glad that we did not take that choice. The rooms are big and in a like new condition. From Airport to the hotel it takes only 6 minute (YES 6 MINUTES) with the train and cost 3.5euro. This is the hotel to go to.

The hotel has a Japanese restaurant on the premises. As this is a " Concept restaurant" with tapas like portions we can tell you that the prices are way overpriced for qty of food you receive. The restaurant is the only no go item but you have 5-7 restaurants within 200meters. The service is great at the restaurant but the food itself...

It's a great hotel, clean, charming and cozy. The staff is great and one receptionist in particular (Cindy) was simply delightful! She was extremely polite and genuinely seems happy to help! The breakfast there is also always delicious, especially the live cooking omelette station! I've stayed 9 days and wished I had stayed longer! The hotel for trees initiative is also very much appreciated, I've used it for the majority of my stay.

The room was small but very nice. Great view and we were upgraded to a king sized bed. Water, coffee, tea, etc in the room. The location was close to the subway - easy to get to the crazy downtown area but more laid back around the hotel. The front desk staff gave us so much information regarding what trains to take, what other guests liked to do in the city, where best to park, etc. They were awesome! We did not eat at the hotel but it appears to have a new Japanese restaurant. We had a drink at the bar, which is very nice. Highly recommend

Wonderful hotel, professional staff, clean room, good location. Only negative is the ridiculously high priced breakfast at EUR 27,50 per day. I thoroughly regret including it to my stay. The food was okay, nothing too special, with a basic amount of choices. The cooks preparing breakfast were lovely and welcoming. I would definitely stay again in this hotel, but I would go eat my breakfast at one of the many little restaurants in the area.

The breakfast was excellent,very extensive menu with some great omelettes made to order! The breakfast staff were very pleasant and friendly andd made my young daughter feel at home!The staff at check-in were very friendly and professional,providing great advice and tips for the best places to visit in the city. My family and I were very appreciative of this hospitality!
