Well, everything! First, i found Theodora at the reception desk and she is a treasure! Incredibly friendly always willing to help and provide us with info for the city. Places to eat etc. The room was super spacious, the bed big and comfy. Breakfast was very nice AND included in the final price. There is a whole shopping center when you exit the hotel and this is super convenient!

Location was okay, 10 minutes to the tram. Having a kitchen, coffee machine and kettle in the room was good, the bed was comfy, the room was large enough. The variety of options at the breakfast was pleasant.

Cooktop and the place in front of the window was dusty.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations and offered one of the most pleasant stays I’ve ever had in Amsterdam. Everything came together perfectly to make it a memorable experience. Atmosphere & Design: The interior décor is simply stunning. The spaces feel cosy, stylish, and very well thought-out, creating an atmosphere that is both relaxing and elegant. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease. Value for Money: The pricing is excellent. For the quality provided, the rates are surprisingly reasonable and even lower than what you might expect for such a beautiful property. It feels like getting top quality at a great price. Friendly & Efficient Staff: The team here is fantastic. Every staff member we met was kind, polite, and always smiling. They made us feel welcome from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were smooth, quick, and stress-free, which added to the overall positive experience. Convenient Location: The hotel is located within a modern shopping complex, so you’ll find plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, and other stores right at your doorstep. It’s also about a 15-minute walk to Amsterdam Zuid Station, making it very easy to get around the city. In short, this hotel combines comfort, affordability, and genuine hospitality in the best way possible. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

Gorgeous hotel, situated next to a shopping centre with a great supermarket. Spotlessly clean.

Wish I had known sooner that you are a bus ride to one station and then a train ride to the centre of Amsterdam.. On Sundays the buses don't run until 8am so had to get a taxi to the train station (5 mins in the car €20) Frequent trains to the center. Also would have liked to have known that the 24/48/72 hour tickets cover bus/metro and tram.. a simple message on the hotel website would have been great as we spent a fortune on travel..

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location inside a shopping center was very convenient, with everything we needed close by. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the reception staff was incredibly polite and helpful. A special thank you to Tatiana for her outstanding assistance and attention—she truly made our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options for everyone. This is definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Amsterdam, located just 5–10 minutes from the trams and metro stations. Highly recommend!

Overall, we couldn’t find anything negative to say—everything exceeded our expectations!

I had requested for interconnecting rooms, with one queen and one with twin beds. The second room did not have twin beds, the General Manager and all front office staff were very accommodating and understanding and helpful, particularly Peter Paul, the manager who arranged immediately to accommodate us by giving us a complimentary room right next to our interconnecting rooms- truly went above and beyond, all with a smile and an attitude that was very supportive and helpful.

There wasn’t much to not like, the location is excellent - there are so many shops and supermarkets around- if there is one thing, it was simply an omission on one day that we were out the cleaners / housekeeping forgot to do our rooms- whilst we were out - however that was a small thing compared to everything else that this hotel offers and the beautiful staff , including Gaby, at breakfast . She was really lovely and helpful.

Location in the Mall. Easy access to parking with reasonable price for Amsterdam. Great breakfast and cosy atmosphere in the restaurant. Friendly staff. Big airy rooms, super spacious bathrooms and comfy beds. Kitchenette and table allows you to have meals in the rooms so very convenient. Access to laundry rooms, fitness room, outdoor terrace. Such a great Hotel!

Honestly nothing to say

Everything from front desk to room to housekeeping was fantastic. Very nicely done room. Couch by the window was a delight to sit at in the evenings. Beds and linen was fantastic and so comfortable.

Breakfast, although great spread, was a bit monotonous with almost no change in the menu for the 14 nights stay. Boring. Would have been nice to be able to order some ala carte items but system wasnt setup to enable that. Not a big issue on the whole.

Nice room size, kitchenette was great with dishes and dishwasher. Bathroom shower was powerful. Breakfast had good variety and loved that I could get cappuccino in my breakfast. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The adjacent mall made it a lively location. Just a 10 min walk to the tram.

We stayed for 4 nights and had pretty much the same breakfast everyday. One day they had pancakes, but they were not good. I wish they had the same coffee machine in the corridor that they had in the breakfast area for coffee options.

We loved the bathtub, the very comfortable bed and the TV. The staff was really kind.

There is nothing we didn't liked.
