Conveniently located right next to the Amsterdam Zuid train/metro station. Venues at Bijlmer ArenA can be reached within 7 minutes with a direct train. The staff is super nice and friendly. My room was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and well insulated, and had all the needed amenities - and then some more, like a clothes steamer, which was super useful. The bed was comfortable too. Breakfast had good variety also for vegetarians.

Not a fan of hotel rooms where the shower isn't separated from the sleeping area - generally bad design and I wish hotels stopped being designed like this. The lack of privacy may be inconvenient/uncomfortable if you're not traveling solo.

The room was clean and had all the facilities that we needed. The beds were comfy and the hotel was quiet, so we had a good nights sleep. The staff were also friendly. The metro and tram station was a 1 minute walk from the hotel, so although it is not in the city centre it still has good transport links to get there.

Nice room and very well located. The Metro station and other public transport stations are super, super close (1-2 min walking distance) and nice, clean area. The hotel room is very well equipped and has a super comfy bed. What you need to be aware of, that it has a modern room concept where you have only a seperate toilet. The shower and sink are in the room directly. Depending who you are traveling with, you should consider this. I did not book the breakfast, so cannot rate it. Amsterdam has great restaurants and arround the hotel you have many close food choices (restaurants, Kiosk with snacks and Starbucks at the metro station, ah)

As mentioned depending who you are traveling with, you might not feel comfortable with the open shower concept.

Stayed with 2 young kids - 4 and 2 years and their grandfather in connected rooms, which was great for the kids to have space to move around. The staff were super nice to the kids and gave them small bears. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. They were also very quick/responsive to a slow draining sink, which they fixed immediately. We loved that they restocked the minibar with juice (apple, pear, and orange) and water every day. Kids love juice. The location is great for being outside central; it’s a short walk to the metro/tram/train station and then it’s no more than a 10-15 min ride to Central. There’s a supermarket at the end of the block, which was good for grabbing fruit, yogurt, and more water for the kids. There’s Market 33 about 8 min walk away with multiple food options for dinner. I’d recommend staying here with young kids.

Very good location only 2 minutes walk from the Zuid train station. The staffs are very kind and helpful. The lobby also feels very cosy and welcoming. The design is very modern, with large windows and plenty of lighting. Air-con also works pretty well. Free mini-bar is a very nice touch The size of the room might not be the largest on paper, but it definitely feels larger and more roomy then other hotels rooms of similar size.

There is nowhere to place your own items within the shower, which is a little inconvenient. Also, this might be an isolated case, but water manages to leak through our shower room door, and as a result the making the room quite wet. The power sockets underneath the TV also lack depth, such that they are not usable if you need a travel adopter. Luckily there are plenty other power outlets within the room.

Located at the Zuidas, It is not in the city center, but close enough thanks to immediate access to Amsterdam’s public transport system. Traveling to central station takes you 10-15 minutes by metro. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the sky bar is next level (top level actually 😊). It is possible to walk to the city but it will take you some time. There are lots of stores and restaurants (e.g. for breakfast) around.

Parking is quite expensive which probably is the disadvantage of this location. I had some trouble reserving my parking space because the operator’s website kept saying it was fully occupied even though it wasn’t. Eventually I managed by booking multiple consecutive time slots although this caused some practical issues. This is not the hotel’s fault though, just something to be aware of. Make sure you take care or this in advance, would be my advice.

Good location near the subway station, train to airport and tram. Clean room with one exception. Enough space for 2 people. Good shower even considering it’s inside the room, no bad smell at all. Was enough quiet for comfortable sleep, and the bed also was pretty comfortable. Ac, minibar and safe are great. Bikes are available to rent.

Couple minor minuses: The self check-in check-out system via qr code isn’t working at all. After submitting personal data before arriving to the hotel they send email message with broken images, so qr code isn’t possible to use. They don’t provide text version of qr so it’s not possible to generate it yourself. So we had to stay in the line to make check in. The room itself was clean, but the toilet room has a bit dirty walls and it's disgusting.

It’s next to Amsterdam Zuid Station and you get a travel card to hop into town via train or tram super easily! Staff were so helpful and felt very safe there. Rooms have nice feel. Don’t forget to check out the lovely Sky Bar on floor 19 for a drink and bite. Nice surprise.

Bathroom was okay for me in a couple but if you like a bit of privacy then the open plan shower means no place to dry and preen in private. lol was in own area though. The place was clean but the supplies weren’t always stocked up such a s hand wash and body wash and loo roll. But overall very good and I’ll probably return if go back to Amsterdam.

The hotel is in a great safe location, neighborhood is rated as upper class by the locals. Hotel is 2 mins walk to the train station and there's a tram too. Starbucks right around the corner, the hotel room was nice, the breakfast selection was nice, coffee available. Also they have a self-service 24 hours machine and some snacks and drinks you can eat if you come late at night. Room had a nice view, refrigerator, and 24 hrs handy man available if something breaks. We had the sink clogged and the handy man arrived in less than 15 minutes. Front desk staff was friendly. I recommend for couples and solo travelers.

I didn't like that there is no microwave, no balcony, no HDMI connection to my laptop, the refrigerator is too small, and they gave us a corner room with a strange shape.

Loved the 19th floor bar at the end of the day. The design and aesthetics made it a very relaxing space. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The reception area and ground floor restaurant were a nicely designed area. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The Italian lady on reception was really lovely and gave good recommendations on places to see (sorry, I didn’t get her name). Overall, it was a lovely, clean hotel with easy access to the train and tram lines. I would stay again.

Breakfast was expensive for what it was. Our 4th floor room had a lot of road noise.
