The room was clean and had all the facilities that we needed. The beds were comfy and the hotel was quiet, so we had a good nights sleep. The staff were also friendly. The metro and tram station was a 1 minute walk from the hotel, so although it is not in the city centre it still has good transport links to get there.

It’s next to Amsterdam Zuid Station and you get a travel card to hop into town via train or tram super easily! Staff were so helpful and felt very safe there. Rooms have nice feel. Don’t forget to check out the lovely Sky Bar on floor 19 for a drink and bite. Nice surprise.

Bathroom was okay for me in a couple but if you like a bit of privacy then the open plan shower means no place to dry and preen in private. lol was in own area though. The place was clean but the supplies weren’t always stocked up such a s hand wash and body wash and loo roll. But overall very good and I’ll probably return if go back to Amsterdam.

The hotel is in a great safe location, neighborhood is rated as upper class by the locals. Hotel is 2 mins walk to the train station and there's a tram too. Starbucks right around the corner, the hotel room was nice, the breakfast selection was nice, coffee available. Also they have a self-service 24 hours machine and some snacks and drinks you can eat if you come late at night. Room had a nice view, refrigerator, and 24 hrs handy man available if something breaks. We had the sink clogged and the handy man arrived in less than 15 minutes. Front desk staff was friendly. I recommend for couples and solo travelers.

I didn't like that there is no microwave, no balcony, no HDMI connection to my laptop, the refrigerator is too small, and they gave us a corner room with a strange shape.

Good location near the subway station, train to airport and tram. Clean room with one exception. Enough space for 2 people. Good shower even considering it’s inside the room, no bad smell at all. Was enough quiet for comfortable sleep, and the bed also was pretty comfortable. Ac, minibar and safe are great. Bikes are available to rent.

Couple minor minuses: The self check-in check-out system via qr code isn’t working at all. After submitting personal data before arriving to the hotel they send email message with broken images, so qr code isn’t possible to use. They don’t provide text version of qr so it’s not possible to generate it yourself. So we had to stay in the line to make check in. The room itself was clean, but the toilet room has a bit dirty walls and it's disgusting.

- Location very easy accessible from the airport and easy to commute to city center. - very comfy beds - loved the shower and water pressure - mini fridge daily refills - stuff very nice, welcoming and helpful - that you can leave the luggage for a few more hrs at the hotel - liked the design and view from the top restaurants - the fragrance used in the reception is great - tou should sell it - I would have bought it

- cleanliness wise - the floor could have been better cleaned, especially under the sink and in the corners - top restaurant a bit too expensive

Location was great. Breakfast was good, but not excellent. I was glad that my kid could eat for free, because he doesn't eat much. The property had a modern design. Free minibar was appreciated.

Under the bed was a huge amount of dustbunnies. Please clean it! We told the front desk about this. Also, it was hard to adjust the temperature in our room. I used the thermostat but it looked like I couldn't go lower than 18 degrees. Also, I found myself wanting to open a window and this was not possible. I also tried to go to the bar two separate nights, but it was booked for parties so no chance.

Super easy to get here from the airport and the train station is pretty much at the front door which was great! Room was a good size and food restaurants were great too. Front desk is open 24/7 which was great.

A laundry in the building would have been great! Seems strange such a huge building doesn’t have one. We had damp washing that we couldn’t try at the laundromat as it was closing, got a firm no when asked if we could pay to use a dryer at the hotel. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days and did not get a fresh towel. Water in the mini bar is small you will need to buy more to get yourselves through :)

The Hotel exceeded all expectations. We arrived early at 10am to drop our bags off as check in not till 3pm, but we signed upto ne a member and we got early check in and late check out included which was excellent. The rooms were really nice and tidy and metro just a very short walk away. Easy access to the city. The reception staff went above and beyond explaining facilities, showing us amsterdam map and best places to go.

That we only booked for 1 night as would of loved to have stayed longer.

Really nice hotel in the business district with free minibar, yoga mat in the room & great amenities. Liked the table & chairs for work. Enjoyed my stay here. Really close to Amsterdam Zuid station which was very convenient. Also walkable to Amsterdamse Bos (park with forest and water). You can rent a bike at amsterdam zuid station to go everywhere. Supermarket, Bakery and many restaurants are less than 3 minutes by foot.

Breakfast wasn't worth it. Go somewhere else for better breakfast for less money. Also (if you look for Dutch breakfast): it's not Dutch at all. More Spanish but I had better breakfasts in other Spanish hotels. I was alone and didn't mind but if you're traveling with friends: the shower is directly in the room next to the bed.

It exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very well equipped with everything you need. It’s right next to WTC and yet so quiet. The rooms ate extremely well done with maximum utilization of space and all necessities included. Loved the Lobby area which again has a self service snacks counter which I thought was amazing. The staff are extremely polite and ready to help you always. The location of the hotel is just 2 metro stops away from Rokin / Der Wallen. The train / metro station is just outside the hotel door. Comfortable bed and nice pillows. Overall, a very good stay and I would definitely recommend this to others.
