The room had a good size with a desk and safe. I requested a kettle and right away, I got one. The room was also warm and could easily adjust the temperature. Staff was very helpful when I couldn't make the safe work, and they fixed it. You can also order pizza to your room, which was tasty and arrived super fast. Very convenient.

The staff didn't clean well the cups on the desk one day. They left the tea spoon and mug I used in the morning with marks of coffee. They could pay more attention to it. It's nothing major as it was only one day, but it was a day they did room service, so no excuse.

Hotel is great and the room was really good - clean, comfortable and warm. Staff was kind of a hit-and-miss - some of them were great (specially during the day) and some of them were meh. The location is not perfect, but the public transport is very effective so you can go anywhere in the city (or to other cities) really fast. Airport bus is 2-minutes walk and get to the airport in 30 minutes and the train to downtown is 3~4 blocks away and gets there in 10~15min. There's a beautiful park with a grocery store and Van Gogh's museum (not related) a walking distance.

We actually miss the bus in the night because the night shift guy wasn't at the desk and the exit door was locked when we tried to leave - we had to wait 10 minutes in -4 degree at 3:30am... not cool man (actually freezing cool). The shower is great but there's no cover so the bathroom get all wet every time you take a shower.

Location was great. Trams nearby and airport bus across the road. Reasonable price. Upgrade to superior delux room - although the only difference must have been in the size of the room. Safe in the room.

Paper thin doors and walls. Lots of noise from 07:00 when the cleaning starts including hoovering... Didn't expect it that early! Cleaning crew talking loudly, slamming doors. We had a view of the yard - or a row of windows. Very dark. Heating took long time to work, cold on checking in. Coffee maker in the room, no kettle to make tea so guests better like coffee! No extra blankets.

Location was perfect given it was 15 minutes to the centre. It meant we were not constantly in the noise of the city. The park nearby was really lovely. The staff were very helpful and we were able to keep our bags prior to checkin and after check out. Room was good for 4 people as a family.

The bathroom ventilation wasn’t too great so had a smell very early on. Our light at the front didn’t work and there were 4 of us so someone always had to turn light on and off from the front. Air conditioning appeared to be on when we walked in so a little cold but easy to solve. A little more lighting at the front of the room would have been nice. However overall we loved staying there!

Staff were amazing and friendly. Breakfast was basic but nice we enjoyed it each morning. You are able to make takeaway tea and coffee after breakfast when you are leaving which was great. Very clean, housekeeping each day, fresh towels each day. 2 mins walk to tram to get to center. But also a really nice walk if you prefer as we did.

Only something small but the view was over looking other back gardens so had to keep the blinds closed for privacy. But nothing major we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

You could reach the hotel with just one bus from the airport.

The hotel is great overall. Clean and beautiful inside. Beds are comfortable. Staff cleaned the room every day and switched towels. Location is perfect, 10 min walk to Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum. Staff was also friendly and accommodated our request.

Constant issues with wi-fi, it didn’t work 3 times (few hours x3) out of 5 days we were there. Wi-fi wasn’t working on the day of the departure as well. We couldn’t order Uber, so we had to use front desk contact which was x3 more expensive. Also, if you don’t have cash, it will be even more expensive for this taxi :/

After reading some reviews we were extremely pleasantly surprised - Ideal location for a variety of trips in and around Amsterdam, short walk to a bus route connecting Schiphol Airport and central Amsterdam, firm but comfortable mattress and pillows, Nespresso coffee machine was a bonus, free upgrade to a larger room on arrival, helpful staff at reception, smooth checking in/out process, easy to use safe in room, budget-friendly

Strange WhatsApp-related communication after booking with the hotel via booking.com - urged (by booking.com) not to follow any links contained within communication - book as you normally would, arrive for check-in and enjoy

I like the location the most, very easy to travel and close to amsterdam central station.

The room that we stayed doesnt have proper air exhaust in the bathroom for air circulation. No windows as well which really make us uncomfortable. Lastly the shower room is very small for medium guy like me. For good air circulation I would suggest to modify the ceiling whereby the guest can open and close remotely incase needed. This is doable in my opinion.
