Good location , tram 2 from central station ..nice hotel with nice staff! I would recommend and would stay again. Right beside Vondlpark 🇮🇪

Can’t think of anything really

The breakfast had few choices but we found everything we needed for a cosy breakfast. The tram stop was just across the hotel and you can travel to Amsterdam Centraal, Dam, and Museumplein (T2). The bus stop from Schiphol Airport by 397 is also 5 minutes away. The rooms are small but enough for a comfortable night after a full day out. The candies on the bowl for free were super... The backyard was so relaxing.

The sheets could have been newer.

The location is fantastic - easy walk to a tram that takes you directly into the centre of the old town, plenty of cafes, close to the Vonderpark.

We had a room at the front of the hotel, facing the road. Because of the hot weather, we needed to have the window open at night and it was very noisy with the traffic and trams going past. It is under the flight path as well. If we stayed again I would ask for a room at the back. Our shower flooded but the staff were great and got it sorted out quickly. The stairs are very steep and there is no lift (the description was clear about this, to be fair) so it's not suitable for people who are not strong enough to carry luggage up and down several flights of steps. The staff helped us up the stairs with our suitcase when we arrived.

The hotel is near the Vondelpark. It doesn't have mold, which is a great thing! The furniture is quite recent. The hotel staff was excellent! One night, at 2 AM, a group of girls next doors kept chatting super loudly. I alerted the person at the front desk, and he firmly told the girls to be quiet. I didn't hear a word from them after, and could sleep very well! If you ever have a noise problem, just alert the staff and they'll intervene within minutes!

The rooms were quite clean, although there were some marks from the previous travelers.

The location was perfect, near the museum district, on the tram line, and close to Vondel Park, which is lovely. The room accessed a small porch, in a green space, which was also lovely. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The place was a bit worn and in need of paint/maintenance. The bathroom was cramped, though not unusual for European cities. The hotel is on the airport flight path, so at times, you could hear planes quite well.

We had two rooms our was perfect everything ok. But the other one was disaster, not enogh space between bads, bads sofa catastropha, you woke up 30-40 cm lower because it was like sleeping in tent which is build on hill...but bathroom was so big as all the rest of the app...so ja they have to do something with accomidiation because if you' re lucky as me and my wife, the room was really good and nice also big but if you are in other room even Amsterdam night life whant help....

The hotel's location is quite good. It is a 10-minute walk from the Museum Quarter and is accessible to the centre via tram in 15 minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The single room is small but enough for a one-night stay. There are tea-making facilities and a safe.

The second-floor rooms are accessible only through very steep stairs, which may present a problem. The staff was helpful, though, and brought my luggage to and from my room. The bed could be bigger.

Excellent positioning, in a good neighborhood, about 15-17 minutes by foot from Rijkmuseum and Van Gogh Museum to the hotel. Rooms are clean. The staff was reliable.

The furniture in the room was a bit old than I expected, I mean what you see in the pics from Booking is not the same in reality. The bathroom was a bit cramped and it was difficult to ventilate due to the limited space.

This is an older building in a beautiful part of Amsterdam. If you prefer modern buildings with lifts then this isn't for you! Some of the stairs are typically Dutch - very steep, but our 1st floor room was fine. I liked the vintage feel, and the little courtyard at the back. The breakfast room was very pleasant (and not too big) with a lovely range and variety of continental style breakfast items. No bar, but the hotel has a small range of bottled drinks for sale. Beds were comfy, and the whole place was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy access to town centre via #2 tram and very close to the Vondelpark.

we booked the big room of the hotel with the balcony in the first floor. The location is good & calm, close to the Tram station (No 2), the service is every 10 mins to the central station and that connected/transferred to almost everyplace we desired to see. There's always a coffee machine, beer, muffins etc to grab at all time of the day/night for a minimum price or free apples. Friendly staff.

the hotel does not have an elevator, however we did not have a problem.
