Loved the location, it was like the countryside, quiet part of Amsterdam. Lovely views by the river. Very quiet. Different living experience, open plan. The shower was like having a massage! We loved it. The sofa was comfy to chill on. Also, loved the hanging chair. Microwave oven meant we could cook anything we wanted.

Stairs were very steep and slippy with socks on. I'd recommend warning guests in advance and suggest putting non slip material on the stairs. I did fall down them unfortunately. Not for the elderly or people who struggle with movement. Open plan toilet did mean the smell drifted through the apartment and it wasn't private but luckily I am close with my friend so we got by. The instructions for using the hob were not clear so didn't use it. We couldn't open the bins outside to out rubbish in. For more than 2 nights stay I'd suggest providing another bin bag and more toilet roll, we had to buy these.

It is a beautiful, rarely designed apartment with a really magic location. If You love cycling like we do, make everyday trips to Amsterdam - there are dozens of paths and every one is beautiful. The nearby is quiet and full of style , there are many places to buy food , to have dinner or to make shopping just close to your apartments.

The stuff is really nice and helpful, BUT it is only if you're lucky to be answered on your message or phone call. Sorry, guys, You shall be more available. Except that, everything is perfect.

Great stay at the hotel, the rooms were perfectly cleaned, looking like the pictures (despite some comments I saw) and well equipped : small kitchen, tv with good streaming Netflix already set up, and really comfy bed. I had some issue understanding how to get the key but the staff replied back immediately and has been very responsive during all the stay. We were 4 people with my husband and two small kids

The place was clean, well equipped, comfortable and perfect for our stay. The communication with staff was friendly and prompt. Would definitely recommend.

It was a little out of the way for getting into Amsterdam City, had to walk about 25 mins to get to the trains/trams to get there so not ideal but we didn't mind too much as it is a very scenic area to walk around.

The accommodation facility was beautiful, the interior has its own personal charm

The only minor downside was the greater distance from the nearest bus or metro stop, we ended up having to go to the metro stop and there we paid a lot of money for parking while we walked around Amsterdam

Great facilities, very spacious (especially the shower and bath), well heated, great space for relaxing. Very easy access and friendly welcoming messages. Parking right in front oftl the property.

Three lights need replacing, no instruction manual available for using the apartment (one offered but not there, asked for one but no reply), would have liked a toaster, stairs are a tight fit, upstairs mattress is to soft and moves to easily. No bedding available for the sofa bed.

Cozy and clean. Bathroom was amazing.

Wifi did not work and we had to connect to another unit. Took 2 days to answer a message.

I was missing small things that while staying a few days would have been handy, salt, pepper, sugar, especially with no stores close by (walking distance)

The surroundings were really nice also if it isn’t so close to Amsterdam. The house was looking like a typical Dutch house, we enjoyed it.

there was some noise from the highway and it wasn’t well organized for four people.

We spent a weekend in an incredible cute little house. Very small, but everything was there. My personal favorite was the very comfortable bed upstairs. And the parking lot was right in front of the house. A very nice restaurant and bar is in walking distance. There was always a very nice contact to the manager.

The stairs were really steep and I missed a stair rail.
